- Andrea (1/5): Don’t recommend - Location was good. Living room was spacious, and came equipped with washer, microwave oven, rice cooker etc. we did not test if they worked though Water heater was not working. Bathroom was mouldy and had a bad stench. Couch had stains.
- Peter (9/5): - Gleich am Checkpoint nach Singapur. Wollten deswegen in Malaysia übernachten. Die Grenze mehrmals zu passieren war ein besonderes Erlebnis für meinen Sohn. Nerviges System mit Schlüsselbox.

- Wati (1/5): Bad - Already book, tried calling host but to no reply...after calling booking.com for help they reply by watsapp saying me to cancelled the booking coz aircon is not working....not giving any alternatives aa i hav no place go stay...thet just insist to find other hotel myself...as u know we need to wait for refund and that is not on fhe spot..what if guest has no money to find a new hotel how is that gonna be? So please do not post if ur place is not working.

- Lydia (1/5): Avoid at all cost - Location It has a pungent sewage odor from the toilet and if the door is not closed, the whole will be reeking of the odour. The internet has issues and took a whole day to rectify, poor support. The bed mattress is horrible. You could feel the springs and your sleep is badly affected.
- Izzuddin (2/5): Poor cleanliness and security. Owner had to be more responsible in renting out to public. - I like that the hotel is well located near shopping malls and nearer to the JB CIQ. The toilet was'nt clean. It has a foul smell that spread throught the entitre apartment. The tap at the kitchen sink kept leaking. The ledge lock was broken. Hence we only had the main door lock to rely on. But even the main door lock was misleading. The word "close" on the door appears to be actually open. The television could not be switched on despite multiple attempts and there were 3 remote controls that made it more confusing.

The key card for the door didn’t work, so I had to use the key. The floor was sticky, and there was a strong sewage smell throughout the apartment.
The TV didn’t work, the sofa had visible stains, and the toilet was not that clean.

- Zur'ain (2/5): Worst stay - Nothing, not value for money paid near to 200 for 2nights. The room have smell the moment u enter, our 2nd day, the room smell like dumpster & there where ants on the sofa. The toilet smell like public, imagine paying like hotel but thats what u get.. some may ask why i never stay hotel, on the day of my stay there wasnt any hotel available sadly. Since i every stayed at suasana before. So we tried & to my surprise its been taken over by air bnb no longger a hotel, didn't realise until my day of check in. Dont get me started on check in. Carpark key have to request, no wifi. Agent dont seems to understand. did get to sleep well becoz if the smell. Very disappointed. So i spent 2days out from morning & back appt just to sleep. Cant stay in becoz the smell was bad not comfortable.

- Ida (6/5): Pleasant - The location is good. The host is prompt in replying and we managed to get the key before check-in time. The cleanliness needs to be better especially the toilet. Everything in the toilet is not clean and there are sewage smells.
Stain on the bedsheet.
There are a few small cockroaches and plaster worms.
I only stayed for a night, so I can still leave with it but if it is for a few nights, I will request to change room or get a refund.

3. Paid more than RM20 for the parking (for few hours only). They didn’t give the parking card as promised and refused to pay back the parking fees when it’s their fault.
4. Poor check-in instructions. You have to figure out yourself where to park & way to the lift.
5. Worst customer service. Hardly reply to texts and answer calls.
