• Anna (8/5): - The apartments left a very positive impression overall. The pictures fully match reality, which was greatly appreciated. The location is excellent — very close to the sea and all the necessary facilities. The view was absolutely beautiful and made the stay even more enjoyable. As the building is old, there were a few minor issues, but they did not affect the quality of our stay or overall experience. We had a great stay and would recommend these apartments.
• Taiana (1/5): Pessi soggiorno, guardate le foto caricate . Acari su lenzuoli, zero risposte, arroganza e silenzio - - L’apartamento aveva una forte umidità. Sono venuta con una collega e ho dormito nel divano letto. Solo perché non ho avvisato subito, anche iscrivendoli 8 ore prima del mio arrivo mi ha trattato male perché ho chiesto le lenzuola e una coperta per dormire al caldo visto che eravamo davanti al mare e ad aprile fa freddo. Ho preso un piumone “lanciato “ bel guardaroba . Ho avuto prurito fortissimo, come se ci fossi acari. Ho inviato la foto alla proprietaria chiedendo anche un cambio di asciugamano e che non stavo bene. Non mi ha aiutato, non mi ha risposto sempre con la scusa di avere una figlia e di non potere venire a gestire il suo appartamento. Il guardaroba ha un lucchetto messo da loro. Quindi senza orazioni di cambiare lenzuola o asciugamani. . 5 notte e nulla cambiato. Ho iscritto diverse volte su whatsapp ma ignora ogni cosa, non chiedi scusa ed é molto arrogante. Io non consiglio questa struttura a nessuno, più per il comportamento di questa persona Marica che per tutto il resto. Avrei potuto andare dal medico , denunciarla e richiedere i soldi indietro. Ora iscrivo una email a Booking, anche io ho un negozio. I clienti vanno accolti e ascoltati, altrimenti non fare un B&B SE NON PUÒ venire a risolvere questione importanti .

Gli ospiti lodano la vista mare spettacolare, il balcone panoramico e la vicinanza alla spiaggia, offrendo un'atmosfera rilassante e comoda.

• Rafaello 1 (9/5): Wspaniała Apulia - Lokalizacja apartamentu cudowna, widok z tarasu i okna - fantastyczny. Bliziutko do malutkiej plaży, gdzie można zamoczyć nogi, blisko kawiarnie i restauracje, oraz targ rybny. Ogólnie Molfetta (śródmieście i głowna trasa do dworca kolejjowego) cudowna, czysto, spokojnie. Naprawdę polecam. Sofa w salonie do siedzenia ok, ale do spania już nie, rozłożona rozjeżdża się(nie ma blokady). W kuchni przydaloby się zrobić odmalowanie, bo wychodzi za szafkami wilgoć - co jest normalne przy takim polozeniu apartamentu. Ogolnie jednak miejsce świetne do wypoczynku i swietna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Apulii

Trudności w znalezieniu miejsca parkingowego blizej niż 400m od apartamentu, Temperatura pomieszczenia w chwili zakwaterowania wynosiła 14 st C, a po dobie 18st C. Wszechobecny kurz i miejsca które dawno nie były sprzatane.

It was a wonderful time spent in I - The apartment is located in a wonderful place with a sea view, in the beautiful old town of Molfetta. The apartment is very well equipped. The owner is very friendly and helpful, with excellent communication. I highly recommend this apartment. We arrived by car and had no problems with parking. There were paid parking spaces near the port, and a bit further away it was possible to find free parking — about a 10-minute walk to the apartment, which was not inconvenient at all. Right next to the apartment there are charming restaurants with delicious food (it’s better to make a reservation in advance). We felt at home here and will definitely come back as soon as we plan a holiday in this part of Italy 🙂🇨🇮 Everything was fine.
• Angiola (9/5): Tre giorni di incanto a Molfetta - Appartamento delizioso nel cuore del centro storico in edificio in pietra di Trani, a due passi dal Duomo. Il mare bagna direttamente il muro perimetrale e la vista dalle finestre è mozzafiato. Interno ampio e ristrutturato ad arte, attrezzato con tutto quel che serve per sentirsi come a casa, inclusa lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Pulizia impeccabile, attenzione per i particolari. TV in soggiorno e in camera da letto. Ci siamo stati in famiglia in periodo prenatalizio e l'atmosfera per strada e all'interno era magica e ci ha lasciato la voglia di tornare a Molfetta. Comodo il check in in autonomia, Marica è stata gentilissima. Grazie. Se posso permettermi un consiglio, visto che è una casa con orientamento a nord e con finestre necessariamente limitate per il rispetto dell'architettura storica, giocherei più sulle luci interne, con tonalità calde e punti luce che definiscono gli ambienti. Questo per creare in casa un'atmosfera accogliente e rilassante anche in inverno quando si è costretti a tenere luce accesa anche di giorno. Per lo stesso motivo giocherei con elementi di colore chiaro, perché la mobilia nera, indubbiamente bella ed elegante, non riflette però la luminosità del mare di fronte. Ma ovviamente è gusto personale.

• Alexandra (9/5): - Poloha apartmánu je naprosto jedinečná. Fantastický výhled na moře, katedrálu, pláž a přístav. Velmi flexibilní check-in, přijeli jsme dříve oproti domluvenému času a nebyl problém to vykomunikovat. Bohatě vybavený apartmán. Určitě se chceme vrátit někdy v teplejším období, abychom si mohli vychutnat nádherné posezení na terase. Drobné vady na zařízení, které člověk rád přehlédne s ohledem na unikátní polohu

Lokalizacja w kamienicy na starówce, balkon z widokiem bezpośrednio na morze. Polecam z całego serca! Nie ma takiej rzeczy. Obiekt spełnił moje oczekiwania.

• Marta (10/5): Cudowne miejsce na wypoczynek, bardzo przyjazny i kontaktowy personel. - Usytuowanie przy samej plaży. Blisko do sklepu i restauracji. Duży parking publiczny blisko apartamentu. Personel bardzo pomocny i miły. .
• Rebecca (7/5): Tolle Lage, Ausstattung sollte überarbeitet werden - Super Lage, schönes Gebäude, Supermärkte in Laufnähe, Bad modern und sauber Durch die hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit Schimmel in der Küche (laut Bewertungen schon lange bekannt) und auch im Schlafzimmerbereich bzw. Treppenaufgang. Grundsätzlich sehr viel Deko, die es definitiv nicht braucht und teilweise kaputt ist. Es ist zu viel und vor allen Dingen nicht gepflegt. Irgendwie ein Sammelsurium an Dingen. Auch in der Küche. Die Stühle auf dem Balkon sind super unbequem. Sofa hat ebenfalls mehrere Defekte.
• Angela (6/5): Für leicht verfrorene Menschen nicht zu empfehlen - Die Lage der Wohnung ist mitten in der historischen Stadt, traumhafter Blick aufs Meer Obiges ist zugleich die Schattenseite, da das alte Gemäuer, das direkt an das offene Meer anschließt, um diese Jahreszeit, also Herbst, sehr kühl ist. Es gäbe zwar genug Heizkörper, aber auf Nachfrage, ob die Heizung noch nicht laufe, wurde per WhatsApp nur lakonisch erklärt, dass die Wartung noch nicht erfolgt sei. Es stehe ein Warmluftgebläse bereit. Bei unserer Rundreise Latium , Kalabrien und Apulien war dies zum Glück die einzige Ausnahme, dass sogenannte Gastgeber keine Heizung anhatten! Wir haben eine Wohnung statt Hotel genommen, um uns gemütlich aufhalten zu können, das ist jedoch, wenn es innen kühler als außen ist, nicht gemütlich! Auch Duschen im kalten Bad ist unangenehm!

• Roger (10/5): Fantastisk. Jag kommer att återvända - Vi var tre kompisar, det fanns en bra dubbelsäng och en bäddsoffa . Läget är nog det bästa i hela Molfetta. I gamla staden med havet utanför dörren. Det var rent och städat och hade alla bekvämligheter.

• Christa (9/5): Kochen direkt über dem Meer und schwimmen neben einem wunderschönen, mittelalterlichen Dom - Die direkte Lage am Meer , die wunderschöne Aussicht, der wunderbare kleine Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe Dass der Weg zur Toilette in der Nacht sehr weit ist und man über die Treppe nach unten gehen muss . Aber wir sind schon ältere Personen und für jüngere Menschen ist das gar kein Problem .

• Anna (5/5): - Close to the sea. The view from the terasse. The flat is facing the sea. So it was very humid, hindering night sleep. No sunlight gets in the flat due to its facing. There was direct sunlight only in the terasse in the late afternoon. Decoration should be improved. Unfortunately I didn’t feel comfortable.

• Romina (9/5): Ein Traum wer das Meer liebt - Die Wohnung ist sehr toll gelegen mitten in der Altstadt. Der Blick aufs Meer war phenomenal den haben wir ausführlich genossen & wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Francesco hat uns sehr sympathisch in Empfang genommen und wir waren immer in Kontakt falls wir was gebraucht hätten. Die Stühle auf dem Balkon sind leider nicht wirklich gemütlich und es hat z.b. auch keine kleine Liegestühle oder ähnliches damit man mal auf dem Balkon ein Buch lesen kann.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

• Dave (8/5): Hosts very helpful & polite. Property was clean & has what you need. Location is perfect! Would come again. - The property is lovely & in a superb location! The hosts were very accommodating & polite as we had issues flying out & had to wait for a replacement plane causing us to be 4hrs late. The property has everything you need for a week’s stay. Amazingly despite the hot weather the property with no air con was perfectly cool enough. We didn’t even need to use the fans that were supplied. Only one issue which we didn’t notice till the day before we left. In the kitchen in one corner is a lot of black mould that needs rectifying.

• Zoran (9/5): Two best things in Molfetta are Ciccio the owner and Aquamarine apartment. Amazing human being. - Location was superb. Everything was a walking distance. Beach was a few steps away. Proximity to the water and 24 hours a day a sea smell. Kitchen was fully equipped, as well the washer was available in the bathroom. Small balcony gave us 180 degrees sea view and very comfortable place for a glass of wine and breakfast. the sunset and sunrise were visible from the apartment. Parking was an issue. For some people AC might be an issue however due to the historic building code it was not possible to have the AC there.
• Simona (10/5): Charming apartment with fabulous view - We booked this place for the location and the view which was fantastic! A lovely terrace, apartment itself not new but very well equipped and cozy with lots lot lovely interior features, small but perfectly functional and fully equipped kitchen, plenty of coffee capsules was a bonus:) Toiletries in the bathroom, powerful ventilators were enough for comfortable sleep; hosts were always reachable and helpful; it was also nice to find a useful information about Molfetta and the area in the apartment. We had a great stay there, thank you Marica!:) Just minor things - shower looked old and had mold everywhere, not very pleasant showering experience ; also sofa bed downstairs wasn't stable and kept "splitting" which caused more laugh for us than inconvenience to be fair :) but worth fixing it somehow:)

Nice balcony, location is just in the middle of the historical old town and inside this apartment is just amazing. Sound of the waves from the window. Apartment has everything you need Sometimes we had to wait longer for hot water from the shower because it's gas heating. Some drawbacks are only 2 windows and could be more hot
• Paulius (10/5): Perfect stay with breath taking view and accomodations. - Very acommodating staff, saved a parking spot before our arrival. Property is in the heart of the city, with breathtaking window view of the sea and balcony overlooking city and sea. Property itself is very spacious and has all utilities for extended stays. Sqeeky stairs were minor inconvenience in otherwise perfect stay.

• Teresa (8/5): Very peaceful and relaxing stay. - The sea view, breeze and location to beach were great. It was quiet too, and peaceful (in September). Maybe one small suggestion: a piece of paper explaining things in the apartment in English and Italian. Things like how to light stove (the igniter was out so we used our own matches), how to work washing machine, favorite restaurant, etc. check in was rushed on Sunday so one piece of appear could help foreign travelers understand.
• Tóth (10/5): Exceptional - We spent 6 nights at the accommodation, everything was fine, the hosts were very kind and helpful, it was easy to communicate with them. The apartment was very clean, spacious, bright, everything was available, wonderful sea view from the balcony. I can recommend it to everyone, I hope I can come back here again ☺️
