На первом этаже кухня-гостинная, где есть тв, стиральная машина, холодильник, посуда и инвентарь для готовки, были даже переходники для розеток. Второй этаж это спальная комната с выходом на балкон и отдельная душевая с санузлом. На третьем этаже 2 спальные комнаты и также отдельная душевая с санузлом. В каждой спальне кондиционер. Мы жили втроём как короли😁 легко разместятся 2 семьи, либо одна большая! Wi fi роутер находился на 1 этаже и доставал только до второго. Хозяин был очень любезен и отзывчив на протяжении всего нашего пребывания.

• Alain (4/5): L'habitation n'est pas à la hauteur du minimum, à réparer d'urgence et à valider ou à retirer. - Il n'y a que l'emplacement, à 3 minutes de la plage à pied, qui soit appréciable. Tout est cassé, branlant, sale, certains points de la présentation sur le site Booking sont faux, en fait il s'agit d'un copié/collé d'une annonce d'hôtel de classe supérieure. Certains aspects sont même dangereux pour les visiteurs, lustre de la cuisine en verre est cassé et laissé en place, pieds de chaises mal fixés et branlants, chambre anti-allergique à la climatisation salle et très allergénique (a provoqué de l'asthme chez une personne sensible), interrupteur de salle de bains dans la zone de douche ! Nous avons passé 2 jours sur 14 sans pouvoir se doucher, car le système d'eau n'est pas fiable. Un tiers des ampoules sont défectueuses, piles usées dans une télécommande d'air conditionné, pas de chaines satellite, les seuls consommables disponibles sont ceux laissés par les précédents visiteurs. La batterie de cuisine, la plupart des casseroles, poêle, plats à gratin sont préhistorique, leurs revêtements antiadhésifs très détériorés et pas utilisables, une poêle à le manche qui tourne complètement, donc inutilisable, les tiroirs de la cuisine sont tous mal fixés et difficile à ouvrir/fermer. Les adaptateurs de prises UK/EU sont usés et ne font pas bien contact, voir grésillent et font des étincelles quand on les utilise. Coffre-fort inutilisable Présence de cafards de 5cm de long ! Bref, une catastrophe !.... Et j'en passe !

• GILBERT (7/5): Notre séjour à Flic et Flac pour 4 jours - L'emplacement, l'accueil . Ville agréable et bien située pour les visites. Le descriptif indiqué sur Booking ne correspond pas à la réalité des équipements qui sont très endommagés. Les salles de bains sont vétustes, placards cassés,eau chaude uniquement dans les douches, piscine inutilisable car pas entretenue Des dangers: un lustre cassé ainsi que des chaises de cuisine. c'est un appartement sur trois niveaux pas précisé sur le descriptif avec un escalier en colimaçon.
• Maureen (10/5): - Excellent location, just a short walk from the beach. The owner is very friendly and welcoming. The apartment is clean, well-equipped, and situated in a quiet area close to shops and other facilities. The swimming pool was also well maintained. Kids loved it ❤️ we really enjoyed our stay.
• Ramsamy (2/5): - Propre mais état de vétusté déplorable. Je ne comprends pas comment ce type de logement puisse être proposé. Entre les bains de soleil déchirés, les lustres cassés, les armoires aux étagères qui ne tiennent plus, les portes sans poignets. Le comble, les salles de bains avec l'électricité apparant, les lavabos cassés, l'espace douche non entretenue. L'escalier pas stable et dangereux. Manque de luminosité car très peu eclairé. Obligation de tirer les rideaux de la baie vitrée pour avoir un minimum d'intimité. Les ustensiles de cuisine cassés ou non nettoyés. Pas d'espace pour sécher le linge correct. Vue sur la mer qui représente 1/3 du balcon. Les photos ne sont pas mensongères mais depuis la date de leur prise de vue, il n'y a eu aucun entretien. Je ne recommande absolument pas. Dommage car les propriétaires sont très réactifs. Tout

• Gary (10/5): Great location with fantastic beach on your doorstep. - The apartment is in a great location, a 2 minute walk from the beach which is quieter than Flic en Flac main beach. There are also excellent restaurants around a 10 min walk away. The apartment was very clean and provided essentials like tea, coffee, washing powder and beach towels etc. The host was very friendly and welcoming and provided good info for our visit to Mauritius.

• Kate (10/5): Well equipped apartment just metres from the beach - Loved being so close to the beach - I often took my cup of tea over to drink by the sea! Our kids really enjoyed the pool, which was maintained twice a week, and it was easy to monitor them from the patio. We had everything we needed for a month's stay, with excellent internet connection. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe, with a bus stop 2 minutes away and therefore well connected, e.g. to the shopping mall at Cascavelle and to Port Louis. Having two bathrooms was a definite plus. Thank you, Kiran, for being so helpful and responsive!

• Brian (8/5): Very good - Good location plenty of wardrobe space Aircon in all bedrooms kitchen facilities good and good swimming pool. Sadly a noisy dog at rear on occasions mainly early morning or in the evening, no toilet on first floor
• Pieter (9/5): RSA family holiday. - Close to beach, private swimming pool, close to public transport, walking distance to mini market for basic groceries Not many restaurants, shops or night life close by for young people.
• Dhanvee (8/5): Definitely worth it - First of all, the owners was very welcoming and gave us a full tour of the apartment, which was in excellent condition. They even provided with a SMART LED 4K TV and Canal+. We were provided with numerous towels, bed sheets, and blankets during our stay. We were even given shower gel, shampoo bottles and paper towels. The swimming pool was clean and large enough for a small family. The bedrooms were in excellent condition and were spacious, two of them with doors overseeing the pool and all the rooms had air conditioning. The apartment was small but surprisingly had a lot of facilities. The kitchen also had salt, pepper, sugar and premium coffee available along with a coffee maker. The apartment also has a barbecue grill. The location of our apartment was convenient and had lots of shops and restaurants which were in close proximity. The apartment was also overseeing the beach perfect for morning and evening walks. There were few inconveniences such as lack of kitchen utensils such as strainers and utensils for boiling food items. The bathroom doors were difficult to lock from inside and would sometimes open by itself. The toilet on the second floor also had a leak which we had to clean up.
