• Karlo (10/5): Najbolje mjesto na kojem sam bio u Zagrebu, ponajviše zbog lokacije, parkinga i cijene - Izvrsna lokacija, simpatičan vlasnik, super cijena, velik apartman, velik parking ispred apartmana što je rijetkost u Zagrebu, a pogotovo u centru. Definitivno ću se vratiti i više ne razmišljam da idem drugdje. Sve je bilo u redu, nemam nikakvih zamjerki.
• Lino (10/5): - The location is perfect to city centre walking wise. With free parking. The place itself is going thru renovations but you don't feel it. The other Branko not sure if spelled correctly is friendly and flexible.
• Carmen (8/5): Correcte, aucun problème. - Aucun souci, tout en place et à disposition. Les photos envoyés par l'hôte pour trouver l'appartement sont très bien et m'ont bien aidée.

• Christian (10/5): Ich werde immer wieder gerne herkommen - Es ist super nahe am Zentrum und mit Parkplatz. Das Apartment ist geräumig. Man kann sich Wasser für Kaffee oder Tee warm machen, und Bäcker und Supermarkt sind gleich in der Nähe. Besser kann man es gar nicht treffen. Die Dusche hat viele Düsen und man muss wissen, wie man diese bedient. Aber das ist auch schon alles

• Edvard (10/5): - Retro stil i odlican izgled apartmana. Vise nego odlicna lokacija sa besplatnim parkingom. Na 5 minuta setnje od glavnog trga i svih atrakcija. Odlicna komunikacija sa vrlo susretljivim domaćinom.
• Rodrigo (10/5): 5 nights in this accommodation. - This accommodation is very close to the city centre and located in a quiet area. It’s perfect for relaxing, as there is no noise at all. The owner was also very friendly and welcoming. While the carpet could be improved, the accommodation offers great value for money in terms of location and comfort.
• Venkata (7/5): - The apartment is comfortable, neat, and has a pleasant heritage charm. While it is located slightly deeper inside the entrance, the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, and adding basic items such as sugar, tea bags, milk, coffee powder would make the stay even more convenient. Overall, it is a highly recommended place thanks to its central location, close to the bus stand, railway station, and city centre.

• Radostina (9/5): Great value for this price - Despite the expectations, the studio was very quiet, in an interesting interior design and had basic amenities. I think the only thing I lacked were bigger mugs. I did not understand how to turn on the moving shower head instead of the top shower or the spray. It needs some sort of manual, because I did not figure it out.

• Ariadni (1/5): Warning ! Health hazard! - The location was good. Close to the center. How can I describe the level of filth we found in this room ? The toilet and the shower were used and left uncleaned with diarrhea and hair from previous occupants. It only had one towel which we didn't use as it had yellow stains. The carpet had collected dirt from a long time ago and the whole room was covered in dust. So much dust that we had a cough all night. The chandeliers had spiderwebs and the whole state of the room was as if it was a horror movie stage room . Absolutely disgusting 🤮

There is a living room with a sofaThe bed is huge and the shower is excellent. It's close to most things. We missed a kitchen. We like to cook.

• Eric (9/5): Superb - Large apartment in good location. Owner is very friendly and personally welcomed us at check-in. Free parking is great additional value. Apartment is located in older Hotel Ilica. There is a lot of antique furniture to use. Shower is very unique, old but fully functional (see photo) Carpet is noticeably outdated also fairly clean.

The location of the apartment is truly priceless. It is situated right in the heart of Zagreb, making it easy to explore all the city's landmarks, restaurants, and shops, all within walking distance. Despite being in the center, the atmosphere in the apartment offers peace and privacy. All in all, this is the perfect choice for those who want to be in the heart of Zagreb while enjoying comfort, style, and exceptional service. I highly recommend it to everyone. We'll definitely be back.
