Guest Reviews

- Jose María (10/5): Ideal por calidad y situacion - Perfecto apartamento en zona tranquila y bien comunicado Nada
- Kemz (5/5): It could have been great but for the way it ended. - We liked the space, most of the facilities and amenities, most of the interior decor, and the location... we generally liked the apartment. It looked as advertised on Booking.com and the kitchen appeared well equipped. The host received us kindly and ensured we were immediately connected to the WiFi. In fact, one of us immediately started planning to rebook it for another trip.
We were hardly in the apartment since each of our five full days in Rome was truly full. So we didn't use most of the amenities - we didn't cook or use the laundry area at all, for example. Neither did we attempt to switch on the television. But we were quite happy with our accommodation until the second to last day, when our hosts' attitudes and actions shocked us as explained below. We didn't like the host and manager trying to charge us for a shower box door that was faulty from the outset and exploded while someone was trying to come out after a shower. Their excuse was that they thought maybe she mishandled the door. I'm not sure in what ways a shower door could be mishandled, but she didn't. She only attempted to open it and step out after her shower, as any normal person does, and the shattering of the door was traumatic for her and for all of us who ran to the scene when we heard the loud noise. Luckily, she was only slightly wounded by the falling glass; it could have been much worse.
We let the host know immediately and sent them pictures and they were initially cordial and came to clean up the glass and to request all of us to only use one bathroom for the rest of our stay. However, we never got an apology for the damage and trauma. Instead, to our great astonishment, we got a message demanding payment for a shower box and the issue is still hanging now, almost a month after our stay.
Apart from this, the only other issue we had was the ACs constantly going off. These two issues combined to defeat our expectations of a stress-free stay.
- Guest (9/5): -
- Matteo (9/5): Superb - Big flat, big space, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms
- Anonymous (10/5): A brand new apartment very cleaned and very spacious. Our host was very helpfull. - Not enough plates, glasses.... Coffee maker too small.
A welcome booklet was missing.
- Hristovska (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing apartment, really helpful host!
One of the best apartments that we stayed in!
Thank you!
- Roman (10/5): Overall the apartment was great. Thank you to the hosts. - Nice large apartments, everything you need for life is there, in the very center of Rome near the Vatican. I recommend it. Kind and polite hosts, always help with various questions and problems. Kitchen pots and pans are a bit too thin, cheap, it's hard to cook real Italian dishes to feel the national cuisine 100 percent. But if you're not going to cook at home, then it's fine for heating. High-quality dishes enhance the impression and durability.
