• Juge (9/5): Grand appartement central, idéal pour visiter Lecce - Localisation, appartement très proche de la veille ville. Possibilité de laisser la voiture de l'autre côté de la route. Grandes chambres, grand salon. Literie confortable. Échanges très fluides avec la propriétaire, qui est très disponible et qui donne beaucoup d'informations sur ce qui est à faire à Lecce. Équipements conformes à la description. La deuxième "salle de bain" est composée d'un lavabo et de toilettes. (Une seule douche au total dans l'autre salle de bain)
• Ezio (10/5): El departamento del consenso - El departamento era bellisimo, comodo, amplio con buena decoracion, una cocina luminosa y bien equipada, los baños fabulosos. Nos gusto tanto que cambiamos nuestro itinerario en la ciudad y pedimos otra noche a Laura pero lamentablemente no estaba disponible. Volveremos!! Lamentamos no haber reservado por dos noches donde Laura, valia la pena.

La proprietaria è gentilissima e pronta a rispondere ad ogni domanda e/o esigenza. Discreta e professionale. Letti abbastanza comodi e aria condizionata in tutte le stanze. In cucina abbiamo trovato tutto ciò che ci serviva per cucinare. Se proprio devo trovare un neo, onestamente, è l’impianto elettrico davvero davvero datato. Ci sta una presa vicino al lavello dove schizza l’acqua. Se invece dovessi dare un consiglio, rinfrescherei il mobilio delle stanze e aggiungerei qualche cestino in più per la differenziata in cucina (quello che sta è proprio piccolo)

Overall, we had a lovely stay. Laura was very helpful and responsive, it made our stay much smoother. my only small suggestion would be to consider slightly more comfortable mattresses to make the experience even better.

Aircon not adequate (was very hot however). A unit in the living space would make the stay better. Power supply an issue. Could not get iron to work as power kept tripping (even with all ac off). Shower very small. A welcome book /file would be helpful. ( not just WhatsApp texts).

Era un error en la descripción pero la dueña respondió super rápido y lo reconoció que era un error de descripción.

Gemakkelijke check-in met key locker en goeie instructies. De host (digitale versie) is zeer receptief en geeft veel tips Keuken gerief was te vuil om te gebruiken, bed matrassen zijn ver voorbij end of life, 1 van de airco's lekte water.
• Gabriel (9/5): Huge and nice apartment - Huge apartment, rooms are really big with windows and AC. Good location you can walk to the center. Parking close in the streets for free but not guaranteed. 2nd floor with stairs. Some electricity plugs missing in rooms and kitchen. WiFi was not working fine at our stay.
• Mary (6/5): This apartment is in a great location, but beware it has only 1 bath/shower room and another toilet, - Location was great, host was friendly and helpful, rooms big light and airy, plentiful towels. We understood the property to have 2 bathrooms from booking.com and we categorically would not have booked had we realised 4 of us would be sharing one shower. When did a toilet and handbag in become ‘a bathroom?’. In some ways the appt was well equipped but we were shocked to have no wine glasses (who would want to use plastic glasses?) and to see the absolutely screwed up state of the sheets. Whilst we were there the host left sheets in the washing machine during our entire stay, and we realised that the sheets in the pink bedroom must have had the same treatment. They weren’t just unironed and a bit creased, they were positively screwed up. So we felt that a bright light appt was let down by a false description snd and a lack of attention to detail.

• Marina (7/5): Spacious and well located but not as comfortable as expected. - The apartment is spacious and comfortable for 3 people, we each had our own room, and there were two toilets which was great. It has everything you need in the kitchen and has laundry facilities, a big plus. It is very well located just on the edge of the historical center so it was very easy to walk to museums, shopping and restaurants. Quaint artwork and decor. The host is nice and responded immediately when we had an issue. However, there is no dedicated parking as I expected from the listing, just street parking (free) behind the building across the street which is first come first served. We got lucky and found parking both nights. The apartment is on the second floor, no elevator, stairs only. We had issues with the hot water the first two days. There were no instructions about how to turn on the heat or the hot water. It was very cold in the house when we arrived and there was no hot water. The host came twice the following day to deal with the lack of hot water, and the issue was not resolved until right before we left. The hot water issue, the bathroom flooding when we used the bathtub, no streaming possibilities on the very small TV set, and the limited parking were what brought down the experience for us.

• Amandine (10/5): Tout était top :) - L’appartement était top, bien équipé, de belles chambres, tout ce qu’il fallait dans la cuisine! L’emplacement était bien aussi même si il fallait un peu marcher (pas beaucoup non plus!) pour rejoindre le coeur de la ville. Des places gratuites sont proches de l’établissement ! Merci à l’hôte pour les indications claires afin de trouver l’établissement et comment y rentrer ! Funfact: C’est pas quelque chose qui nous a dérangé, plutôt qui nous a amusé mais ça sentait la saucisse fumée (seulement dans le salon) on a jamais réussi à trouver d’où ça venait alors qu’on est resté plusieurs jours ☺️
• YLWguy (9/5): Perfect location for touring Lecce - Very convenient location. A short walk with suitcases from the train station to the apartment. Also, a very convenient location for visiting historical Lecce sites. Having 2 washrooms & laundry was very nice. Cupboards were reasonably stocked with grocery items left behind by previous guests. Laura was extremely helpful. No elevator to apartment so might be a concern for those not able to lug large suitcases up the stairs to the 2nd floor although it was not an issue for us. Lava coffee machine was difficult to figure out. Instructions for use of this machine would be helpful as it was difficult to find a manual for this older model online.

Parking - this may have been my problem as I thought parking was available on site. Free parking was available across the road, but it was limited and tough to find a space. Stairs - again, this may well have been my issue, as I did not appreciate the flat was on the second floor with no lift available.

• Kathryn (10/5): Our family celebration in Lecce was just wonderful and it was Laura’s home that made us feel so comfortable. - Laura’s home is just beautiful. The apartment is so spacious (with high ceilings) with a fully equipped kitchen, great beds with air conditioning in the bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is perfectly located, literally a 5-minute walk from the train station and a 5-minute walk in to the old city. Laura is the perfect host who helped me with several things such as where to get the proper coffee pods and booking the Air Shuttle when we left. So immediate with her responses. Very much appreciated. There is nothing I didn’t like. Everything was perfect.

La casa amplia y limpia, estuvimos 5 personas muy cómodos. Aire acondicionado en las habitaciones que funcionaba perfectamente. La zona está muy cerca del centro pero justo en el límite para poder aparcar sin problema.

• José Ivan (10/5): LECCE tem que ser visitada, tanto por sua história como por sua beleza. - O Apto é próximo do Centro Histórico, ou seja, pode-se fazer todo o percurso turístico caminhando. A cidade é ótima para se usar como ponto de apoio para se conhecer as cidade próximas, tanto no lado do Mar Adriático como do Jônico. O box do banheiro poderia ser um pouco maior (aliás esta é uma constatação em quase todas as acomodações em que nós estivemos).

L'hôte a été extrêmement réactive et sympathique, elle nous a donné des renseignements sur tout ce dont on a eu besoin. Rien à redire.

There hasn't been one thing that lacked regarding utilities during the stay from a blender to a wet&dry washing machine. The location is perfect because it is near the centre and there is always free parking in front of the building. The neighbourhood is quiet and full of markets and cafes. The owner is very helpful and full of information related to places to see or restaurants/cafes. There hasn't been one remark except that sometimes the Wi-Fi was off.

• LineMarie (10/5): - Grand appartement confortable et bien équipé parfait pour 6 personnes. La deuxième salle d'eau ne comprend en fait qu'un WC, un bidet et un lavabo, mais c'est un plus. L'appartement est calme. Le centre historique de Lecce est à 5 mn à pied et il est très facile de se garer en face de l'appartement. Les informations données pour accéder à l'appartement sont très précises. La communication est très bonne Rien
• riccardo (10/5): - La casa di Laura è un gioiellino. spaziosa, luminosa, situata a 5 minuti a piedi dal duomo, ma appena fuori dalla ztl dunque molto conveniente per chi arriva in macchina (c'è un parcheggio libero proprio a 2 minuti dall'abitazione e mai affollato). Ma dista pure 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione. camere ampie, due bagni, cucina-salotto fornita. tutto pulitissimo e tenuto con cura. Laura è molto disponibile, gentilissima e prodiga di consigli e attenzioni. Tornerò sicuramente.
• Dottie (8/5): - Excellent location near the historic area and very large, clean apartment. Laura is a great host who quickly responds to questions and provided restaurant and other information. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the necessary items (plates, cups, tea kettle). The combination washer & dryer was a big plus. We were a group of 4 who traveled with one small carry on each. But after climbing the 42 steps to get to the apartment, we felt we had overpacked. It was great having 2 restrooms, but only 1 had a shower/tub so it took some planning in the morning to get ready.

Insonorisation pas terrible certaines fenêtres ferment mal, un bruit régulier qu'on a pas réussi à identifier nous a obligés à dormir avec des boules quies. Et légère odeur d'égouts vers les 2 salles de bain. Mais rien qui nous ait empêché de passer un bon séjour !

Owner was very helpful and I would highly recommend the property. Although it wasn’t a problem for us, it should be noted it is up 2 flights of stairs with no elevator.

It is also very spacious. We were 4 adults but it could easily accommodate 6. No complains at all. Laura is a great host, replied to all our queries quickly. 100% recommended

Laura was highly communicative and very responsive, provided several great recommendations for food and local specialties and answered all our questions. Check in instructions were very clear and quite easy. The apartment is spacious, with three large bedrooms, an eat-in kitchen and two toilettes, one with a full bath and shower. The location is fantastic for accessing the old town, we walked everywhere with ease. Free parking is street parking, not on property, and it was quite busy during the days and Sunday festival.
