- Phil-jonathan (1/5): I didn’t even stay here and i paid.. - nothing It’s not even available, this booking is song
- Soner (1/5): İt's a scam - This property is closed and I still didn't receive my money booking.com just allowing me steal my money and they said money will be refunded but I'll write a letter Korean police it's by law illegal because booking.com it's part of this fraudulent thing. And that place also on Agoda website still continuing to advertise. İt's a fraund booking when you go to building outside there's a sing says it's closed. And number they left if you call they'll say deal with booking sites.
- Edward (1/5): completely terrible - nothing it was a scam i couldn’t even stay there
- Declan (1/5): Bad - I turned up tried to check in and no one was there. Rang and messaged them no response. Locals shouted at me for no reason. I waited 3 hours then booked different hotel
- Panagiota (1/5): Bad - The bus stop across the street No-one ever showed up, the description says there is a bathtub, but you can't use it, no-one ever cleaned,it smelt really bad and it was dirty, even the bedsheets were smelling really bad. It's on the fourth floor, the elevator is out of order constantly.
- Haji (4/5): Disappointing - No
- Kelera (4/5): - The property was ok, comfortable bed. Very close to the bus stop and railway station, and convenient store.
However, aircon was not working, lift was not working and we have to climb up to level 5 with all the luggage.
No staff available on site to assist with queries and bath towels were not available.
- Kabirou (8/5): - The place is okay globally for short term stay. !
- Penelope Janie (6/5): - You get what you pay for. It's cheap but clean if a little scruffy so works for someone on a tight budget who doesn't mind appearances. It's close to a lot of attractions in Seoul and it is even possible to walk to Yeoido and Hangang river from there.
One thing I would say is that lone female travelers might need to be a little wary. Not a problem with the hotel in of itself but maybe because of the low cost the type of guests it attracts. I was propositioned a couple of times by another guest which did make me a little uneasy. If it wasn't for this I would be recommending it more.
- Emilina (1/5): Bad - I liked that it was convenient to Yeongdeungpo station It was dirty. There were cockroaches in the bathroom. The room had a urine kind of smell. It made me feel sick and I couldn't sleep well. I couldn't wait to check out.
- Jairo (5/5): Passable - It was close to the KTX Station. I didn’t realize it would be on the 5th floor of the building.
- Gearoid (8/5): Very good - In a very good location that's well connected by transport and has many great bars/restaurants. Overall excellent value for money. The bed was relatively comfortable and it has everything you need despite being basic. I didn't like the amount of steps I had to climb as there was no lift.
- Amy (8/5): - You get what you pay for, which isn't a knock on this place. It's bare bones, but it's affordable, convenient to the local subway station (a short trip from several of Seoul's touring sites), and affordable. The front desk situation is hands-off, but the proprietor reaches out to me for check-in and came out to assist me when I couldn't find the hotel.
I tried to Google Map the location and had a hard time, so I'll leave directions herebin case they're helpful to someone in the future. Exit the station at Lotte Department store (or Exit 6), turn left. The entrance to the building is just past the animal hospital, and the hotel is on the fourth floor.
There is no elevator (or it seems to be permanently out of order), so be aware if you're traveling with heavy bags or have a disability that makes stairs difficult.
- Janina (8/5): - Very friendly and helpful staff!
