- Danny (1/5): Poor follow up on cancelled booking - Got a booking confirmation for 2 nights, but property cancelled on day of arrival without us being directly informed. Had to give them a call and they said they had put the wrong pricing on booking.com. From a customer perspective, don’t confirm a booking if there’s a mistake on your side - we were therefore left stranded on the day with no accommodation available in Manyana. Had to drive to another town to find a booking which disrupted the coastal trip in terms of cost and where we wanted to spend our time
