Guest Reviews
- Claire (10/5): Exceptional - Nice location right on the beach. Good parking. Nice and quiet holiday park
- Caroline (10/5): Exceptional - Thank you so much for letting us stay at your beautiful caravan we all had a wonderful time. Hopefully we can return again next year!!
- Daniel (9/5): Superb - Great location and set up
- Anonymous (5/5): Passable - Perfect location very close to the sea. The caravan was modern and looked lovely from the outside. Unfortunately upon entering it was evident that it had not been well cleaned. There was excessive amounts of dog hair on the sofa and carpets. The mugs had to be re washed before we could use them. There was dog hair on the shower glass along with dirt and grime.
Perfect location and lovely caravan, would have been perfect had it had been clean inside.
- Anonymous (10/5): Would definitely recommend it to anyone - Amazing peaceful place right near the sea beautiful location Sea shops and dog friendly

- Sam (9/5): Home from home, can’t wait to stay again! - We only stayed for one night so didn’t use the kitchen other than to make tea and coffee but it all seemed to be there if you needed it. Very homely feel clean and tidy. Excellent communication from host on how to locate and access the property which is in a perfect location. 1 min from the beach and 3 to the club house where the locals and staff were all very welcoming and friendly. There was a folder with loads of useful information about the van and the local area and even takeout menus. The hosts have really put thought into ensuring guests enjoy their stay. Beds were comfortable and everything worked as it should. Cleaning materials and hover were available to use so we gave the place a once over when we left as a thank you! In our opinion the place was great. 5*
- Patrycja (7/5): Good - It was our second year staying at Seaview Holiday Park (different caravan). It's a beautiful location with very good on site facilities. Great communication with the host, we appreciated the early check in. The cleanliness of the caravan let us down, it seemed like it hadn't been cleaned before our arrival.
- Aneta (9/5): Will stay again :) - Great location that’s the main thing
Great for us three
Kids enjoyed
Everything is in the book provided by owner
Would deffo stay again
Could improve with cleaning
- Godfrey (9/5): Superb - The location was perfect for walking and getting into whitstable
- Gupta (1/5): Bad -
- Jean (9/5): Very comfortable - All the conveniences plus
- Mel (10/5): Just perfect - Lovely caravan. Modern, spacious, very clean, and less than a 2 min walk to the beach. Everything was perfect for a short break. Just wish we could've stayed longer.
- Timothy (8/5): Very good -
- Daniel (1/5): Bad - The location was really good and the checking in instructions were easy to follow Filthy accommodation. Smelt when we arrived. The shower and toilet had to be cleaned, there was a soap dish with an old bar of soap and hairs in the soap dish. There were stains on the sheets and sofas, the dirty bedding that had been changed was screwed up and stuffed in the wardrobe . The kitchen was dirty and again had to be cleaned. There was old food and milk in the fridge and crumbs/sugar all over the insides of the cupboards. Generally dusty and dirty everywhere else.
The patio doors didn't lock so the property wasn't secure.
We ended up leaving before even staying one night.
Raised a complaint and got absolutely no support from booking com despite plenty of photos all because the owner said the standard was acceptable (probably because we'd done some cleaning) and we didn't give them a chance to rectify the situation. Despite the owner being at work and giving no indication of how long it would be before they could get to the property and us having to make a decision to either drive home or find alternative accommodation.
I would not recommend this property and I will never use booking.com again.
- Jack (9/5): Great stay, loved the place - Great location, nice and cosy place Once you are able to find the boiler, you can have hot water
- E (10/5): Amazing 🥰 - Amazing place ,amazing area 🥰,I will come back soon
- Shezj27 (6/5): Great location and ideal for couples with a dog for visiting family in Kent. - Great location ideal for anyone that has a dog and wants peace and quiet. The Caravan was well equipped and had everything necessary to accommodate us and our dog, including some essentials that you would not expect to be supplied. The caravan was well lived in and although surfaces were clean and tidy some of the furnishings and carpets could have done with a good scrub, but that may be me being very particular.
- Sharon (8/5): Great stay overall as we were visiting friends in the area - Nice location in a quiet area of the park. Easy access to the property Tv didn’t work & minimal utensils.
- Tavernier (9/5): We had a lovely one night stay, great location right by the beach. Would reccomend! - Great location right by the beach, spacious and tidy! Comfortable bed too. Was slightly cold but lends to the time of year - pack your layers!
- Maz (10/5): Comfortable, well equipped and maintained safe accommodation - Spacious and well equipped NA
- The (7/5): A nice caravan in a great location - The caravan's location is great. Under 10 minutes to Whitstable, 20 minutes to Canterbury, and just 1 minute to the beach!
The caravan is warm and the water good and hot. Although one of the gas bottles ran out, Ben got it replaced with just a few minutes!
There's also a super-friendly marmalade cat which comes to visit :-) Not the cleanest property we've stayed in. Although the bedrooms and bathrooms were good, the kitchen area and oven could benefit from a good deep clean.
Kitchen cookware is a bit sparse, with just one saucepan and one smallish frying pan.
There's a bit of noise audible from the on-site bar on a Friday and Saturday night, but it didn't go on too late.
- Tracy (8/5): Great location, great property, great host! - The location was amazing and the property clean with all facilities you would need. The host was very helpful and accommodating. Will definitely return and recommend.
- Diane (8/5): Overall the stay was good - We liked the location We was disappointed with cleanliness , the oven was dirty and the quilt covers smelt damp .
- Joanne (9/5): We had a lovely stay - booking again for next year -
- Zehra (10/5): Exceptional -
- Maria (8/5): Very good - Had everything we needed for a 1 night stay.and the dog was welcome. The weather was hot, hardly surprising for summer and we had chosen Rydale because it had air conditioning. Unfortunately it was only in the living area and not in the bedrooms which would have been more useful.
- Sevda (9/5): Superb -
- Sebastian (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sebastian (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was brilliant.
I highly recommend this accomodation. N/A
- Elzbieta (7/5): Good -
- Aj00700 (5/5): 2 Night Stay - Close proximity to the seaside, club House Cleanliness of the accomodation ie: dog and human hair on the couch, stained cushion covers, smell of sweat in bedroom, Unwashed bedding left in the wardrobe. Some basic necessities were not made available like bin bags, kitchen towel, hand-wash, food waste bin, oven gloves
- Kent (9/5): Superb -
- Randeria (9/5): Superb - Modern van. Location two minutes to the beach and swimming pool by foot.
Dog friendly
Friendly neighbours.
- Jasmine (8/5): Very good - Being right by the sea Needs a few gift shops and more places to eat
- Corinne (9/5): Great stay by the beach - Lovely caravan. Spacious, clean and everything we needed. Was great to have access to the holiday park facilities- swimming pool, playground and restaurant. Also good parking Nothing.

- Cindy (9/5): Superb - Spacious, well laid out, comfortable accommodation with everything you need.
Great location, right next to seaside. Disappointed that the one night we chose to go to club room to have dinner, we were told kitchen was closed that night 😔
- Starna (10/5): We loved every minute, we managed to feel relaxed, even with a 4 year old. We will definitely be returning. - It was very close to the sea which made a wonderful morning walk. It was home from home. Very comfy, lots of storage. Very practical.
- Am (8/5): Convenient & comfortable 2 bed mobile home in Seaview Village near Whitstable - We had a very pleasant stay at Rydale - myself and my 15 year old son. I liked the location, right next to the seafront. Ben was helpful in his communications, so I knew exactly what to expect. We were visiting friends in the vicinity, so it was a perfect bolthole to explore the area. Whitstable and Tankerton are very pretty, and we also took a detour to Herne Bay on our journey home. I certainly would have appreciated a cafetière or some kind of coffee machine. I don't drink instant coffee, so if it's that or tea I'll go for the latter until I can refuel with proper espresso etc.
- Sarah (4/5): Was ok - It was located very close to the beach There were areas in the caravan that were very dirty, including toilet shower cookerhob and oven.
No mattress covers a hand towel and teatowel were dirty. The dustbin needed to be cleaned. There were also ants in the kitchen.
- Lyndsey (8/5): Amazing- beautiful spot, very clean and perfect for a weekend away - Amazing location, super easy to get there, host was amazing with communication. There was no shampoo and conditioner, something everywhere supplies nowadays, and the shower was a little dodgy - couldn’t get it to stay upright, but that might have just been me!
- Kristina (7/5): Great location, unsanitary property - Great location Property needs a good clean and updates. Mouldy shower, kettle full of scale, rusted heater , unpleasant smell throughout .
- Julie (9/5): Very relaxing - Lovely caravan, comfortable and looked after, felt very homely and nice personal touches by the owners by leaving tea, coffee, milk and breakfast items, and items for the dogs. the location was just right, lovely walks along the coast to either Whitstable or Hearn bay and a short drive into the lovely town Canterbury, would definitely book again. Nothing
- Alan (7/5): Could of been better - Good location and peaceful when we was there.
Clean.
Comfy bed. Only there for the wk end saturday gas bottle run out spare only had a few hrs in it and took until lunch sunday to replace, host did apologies and offered a discount said refund in 2wks,it never happened. For nearly £300 for a wk end you expect better service.
- Nick (10/5): A beautiful chalet in a gorgeous setting. - Perfect place to stay for a short weekend in Whitstable. A beautiful chalet among gorgeous surroundings and the host couldn’t have been more accommodating. Thanks so much for having us - I thoroughly recommend it!
- Andrea (9/5): Lovely few days away with our dog, great location with easy scenic walks. Excellent host providing relevant information - Great location, very clean and comes equipped with some good essentials. N/a
- Harmeet (9/5): Superb -
- Aletha (9/5): Superb -
- Rook (10/5): Exceptional - Close to beach, comes with everything you need
- Tina (10/5): Great location . Fab facilities. Helpful owners!!! - Felt like a home from home. All the little finishing touches made the stay so much better. Nothing really. I suppose the only thing I would say you could do with a tap and a short hose outside to wash the dogs feet off. That is a suggestion though not a complaint 🥰
- Rachel (10/5): Perfect - Clean, airy, modern and comfortable Nothing
- Abbe (9/5): Superb -
- Paul (10/5): Perfect location - great for a couple or family ( dogs welcome too) 👍 - Property was perfect - very clean with little extras - great communication with owner too x everything was great!
- Amanda (10/5): Exceptional - close to beach and whitstable itself a bit of attention to cleaning, bustwebs on windows
shower screen needs a bit of cilit bang descaler and the kettle aswell
had to clean the fire glass as very dirty
but bedding and towels brand new.
- Dee (8/5): Excellent location and super easy check in - Excellent location, right by the sea wall. Stylish interior and everything you need. Dog friendly and nice touch with the dog bowls 💚
- Sue (9/5): Only one night but really enjoyable site was really clean - It had everything we needed, Ben thought of everything even dog biscuits! Lovely location Nothing
