• Joseph (8/5): Not pretty on the outside, but a dream on the inside. - The room was a dream inside. Spacious living and warm bathroom. The bedroom was cheerful and had a beautiful view of the mountains. If you can deal with a bit of uncertainty, it is worth it. Best of all, the bed was firm and comfortable. The place was difficult to find and the host couldn't speak English. Most hosts can speak at least a little English. If they had told me to look for the Bulgarian flag and showed the outside of the building, that would have helped. You may have to ask locals to point you in the right direction. The GPS may send you in the wrong direction. The taxi driver had to look at the address about four times.

• Silentium (1/5): Terrible, unprofessional and amateurish! - Nothing! The place cancelled my reservation at the very last minute, telling me that the apartment has been booked through another site. They took my money and now I cannot get it back. No one is replying to the messages, no one is picking the phone. Absolutely terrible service, unprofessional and amateurish. Keep in mind when booking this place, you may end up with nothing. I tried the free cancellation but they don't want to approve it.
