• christine (7/5): - Emplacement très facile pour visiter Philip Island. Il manque un coin repas intérieur. On peut prendre ses repas sur la terrasse mais le soir quand il pleut en automne ce n'est pas forcément agréable même si elle est couverte. Une petite plaque de cuisson serait un plus .

• Bart (10/5): Heerlijk, rustig en zeer comfortabel! - Een heerlijke rustige plek maar wel op loopafstand van het strand en het gezellige centrum van Cowes. De kamer was zeer compleet, met zelfs een wasmachine in het keukendeel. Heerlijke regendouche. En een heel goed bed. En dat alles voor een hele schappelijke prijs. We kunnen niets vinden.

• Jude (10/5): Quiet stay in a lovely natural location, close to Cowes - Location perfect for us, about 100 steps to the beach, quiet and close to nature. Very comfortable bed, great shower, varied breakfast options. Vanessa was very welcoming and attentive, with great local suggestions. We would be very happy to stay there again.

• Carol (10/5): An enjoyable 2 night on Philip Island. - It was everything we needed and more. In a great location.The place was well equipped. Close to the beach and local shops were a short distance away. Plenty of provisions to last the 2 nights. Would definitely recommend this accommodation. Vanessa was a very accommodating host. TV aerial was a bit temperamental. Difficult to get a signal. We like to watch the news to see what was happening but it was a bit annoying when the signal wasn’t very good.
• Julia-Carolin (10/5): The warmest welcome in Australia - Uringah is a beautiful place near the beach and with a lovely garden. The hosts are very welcoming and let me check in early. The fridge was fully stocked for breakfast and I was invited to a cup of tea at the terrace. Because my tour of the island was cancelled, Vanessa offered to show me around and we drove to the main sights together. She was my personal tour guide and I couldn't have wished for a better one! She also gave me a lift to the bus station the next day.

• Ian (8/5): Compact living with comfortable sleeping. - It suited our requirements perfectly for the short stay we had. There were no comfy chairs to sit on inside as there was not sufficient room to house them. We didn't realise there was no real sitting area inside, but it did not really have an effect on our stay, so no real problem.

The unit was very comfortable & everything you could need. The staff interaction were just enough & local information supplied very informative.

Unfortunately for us, we only planned to stay one night on Phillip Island—we would have loved to spend several days in this apartment. It was the best place we stayed in during our 5 weeks in Australia! 🙃

Comfy bed with lots of pillows, soft carpet underfoot A little difficult to find, maybe a map with instructions for which driveway could help but otherwise not a single gle problem.

Lovely self serve breakfast provided. Easy access to Cowes and just 20min to SanRemo. Thank you for looking after us so well. There is a big step into the unit and smaller internal step from bedroom.

• Lily (10/5): Such a cosy and happy stay!! - Vanessa and Dick could not be a more hospitable couple. The accommodation was perfectly attended to, with amenities well thought out and a homely feel. The short walk to the beach was perfect, it felt so secluded for such an open stretch of foreshore. Guides for walking and what to do were provided, along with local advice from the hosting couple (the best), all made for a stay bountiful of experiences. We felt so welcomed and comfortable in this little guest house, what a stay!!!
• Andrea (10/5): Beautiful and cosy place to stay - Amazing and unique place to stay in a very peaceful residential area of Cowes, the main town of Phillip Island. Vanessa was a fantastic host and very welcoming. She allowed us to stay a little longer than checkout since no one else was arriving, which gave us more time to explore the beautiful island. Cereal, bread and milk were provided for breakfast, along with Vanessa's homemade jam. The bed was huge and comfy. Really wish we could have had more than one night. It was all lovely!

The shower had instant hot water that never ran out. The TV included subscription services. The light breakfast supplies were varied and ample. The host couldn't have been more helpful. The quiet and peaceful surrounds, close to the beach, increased the relaxing outcomes for us. We'll be back at every opportunity. WiFi was too weak to use reliably but was of little consequence since my phone data proved sufficient.

The owners are very kind and helpful and they have the cutest and most friendly dog. We will definitely be back in the future for a longer stay.
