- Catherine (5/5): A great location but the property is shabby - The location is fantastic and although it’s by the side of a busy road, it’s set back far enough and the bedrooms are all at the back. The log burner is nice and there’s a good sized fridge freezer. It’s quite basic, shabby and needs a lot of maintenance. The kitchen dining table and chairs are actually garden furniture. The doors are all drafty, difficult to close and lock. The windows all need replacing and the curtains and blinds are all shabby. Light fittings were hanging out out of the ceiling and didn’t work in some cases. Bedside tables, although in the photos, do not exist. Cobwebs hang from the ceilings and window reveals. The downstairs bathroom shower leaks water all over the floor. The water pressure upstairs is poor, it took 30 minutes to fill a bath. Although Pets are allowed to stay, the garden is not secure at all. Finally, the phone signal is poor and the WiFi completely unreliable.

- kapil (9/5): Good property, excellent location, dont expect internet or wifi - Location, number of rooms, utensils for cooking, crockery and dishes. Property will benefit from good size tv in reception, some books, board games. Especially the wifi and internet is must in this day and age. It is impossible to get the phone signal and for us wifi and internet hardly worked. Multiple calls to the numbers provided, but there was no resolution to the internet problem. For a week stay, it was challenging to be without internet while phone signal was understandably patchy. I would say that internet problem almost spoiled our stay at this lovely property.
