Приєний та ввічливий персонал - за нашим проханням нас заселили на годину раніше. Співвідношення ціни до якості відмінне. Єдиний момент у вбиральні відразу біля туалету стопер для дверей, можна на нього наткнутись з необережності. Більше суттєвих завваг не було

• Veronika (10/5): A beautiful, comfortable hotel with an amazing view, great restaurant, and very thoughtful service. - An incredible hotel. I asked for a room with the best possible view, and it was even better than I expected. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We also really liked the panoramic restaurant on the top floor, especially the deruny. The bed was big and very comfortable. We stayed here after our wedding and received a wonderful complimentary gift, which made the experience feel even more special. Thank you very much. There was nothing we disliked. Everything was great. The only small thing is that the hangers in the wardrobe are placed quite high, which can be inconvenient for shorter guests like me. The wardrobe system also does not make them very easy to reach.

The AC was turned off so for someone who needs a vit of cold and ambient sound the room was too quiet as good soundproof windows.

• Paul Makarov (10/5): Мне очень понравилось - Отличный отель с очень высоким уровнем сервиса, номер отличный, все в номере есть (девочки, и фен тоже). В отеле есть убежище с раскладушками, к счастью, бегать туда не пришлось. Отель отлично расположен, рядом метро "Университет", полно магазинов и кафешек, даже есть вареничная. До Крещатика 15 минут пешком. Всем рекомендую Началась Олимпиада, а в списке телеканалов не было того, который ее транслировал

Oh and good gym! - The staff was extremely helpful and kind, the fitness center was well equipped, the restaurant was excellent and with stunning view. The security issues were very well taken care of. The location was great. Nothing comes to my mind.
