• Paul (1/5): - It was nasty first off. Took over an hour and a half for the lady to get us in our room. Loud at night. People arguing, fighting and screaming until 3am.

• Woodard (4/5): I could of went somewhere else - The staff was pretty nice along with other guest The area , cock roaches in the room, sheets dirty, bathroom light flickering, only one tv and one ac unit with 2 parts of the room. Didn’t have no towels ready after waiting 45 mins
• Ronda (3/5): It was terrible no cleaning service the whole 4 days and 3 nights we was there and no clean towels had to wait for 3 day - It was close to my event and the beach I had to wait for someone to come check me and my family in at 2am so we waited 15 mins for someone to come and want no towels and rags or foot towels in the room or trash cans it seemed like the room wasn’t ready for checking and they had roaches

• Letisha (1/5): I pretty much would remove this hotel off the booking site. - Not a very clean place. Bugs are bad, no linen like towels or wash clothes were supplied. The pool had trash at the bottom of it. It smelled like cigerate smoke, when it was a no smoking zone, very noisey. The bathroom was very dirty , not even enough toilet paper to wipe. I was charged a 100 deposit for both rooms, with roaches crawling up the wall, stained bugs killed on the curtains. This is not a good place to stay even for one night. I did not like at all, folks around you seemed intoxicated, loud music playing, not very quiet at all. Refer to the statement at the top.

• Felicia (3/5): - I liked the location. The lady that checked me in was extremely nice. This place is extremely outdated. I think the most up to date amenity is the Roku TV. It was too late for me to back out of my reservation so I just went with it. I had a hard time sleeping because of the noise from other guests. I was located at the end of the building, so I wasn't sure why they were loitering around my door. Overall, the place could use some renovating. Otherwise, if you are looking for a quick cheap stay and can tolerate the motel vibe, this is your place.
• LeAnn (10/5): Pretty good overall. - The beds were super comfy and clean. The staff was extremely friendly even going to lengths of waking in middle of the night if something was wrong. The place was mostly quiet even when cops were just across the street with sirens and a big window which would usually entail no soundproofing. There was no place to rinse your feet from sand or dirt so it did track the sand into the room and on the beds which was a little gross.

I get off after 11pm and coming here there's always a lot of noise, or I would have some stay by me that wants to be outside talking on there phone loudly, or kids running around making loud noise early morning when I am still sleeping, and they don't stay on this floor

Do not go in the office and he is in there and ask for; tissue, towels.....ect... one roll, one towel.....you can guess the rest he is just beyond words.

Cant add enough photos to show how gross this place is!! - Nothing the pictures they have posted are about 20years old Smelly dirty bug infested my daughter has hives after being in the room for a minute and she touched nothing didn’t sit on anything. Has mold, hair still in shower,bugs everywhere,i immediately checked out and cancelled stay.

• Doris (3/5): We will not be returning & suggest you might find somewhere else also! - Beds were comfortable. The employees were friendly and helpful. When we arrived the floor in our room was full of sand - we asked for a broom and swept it ourselves. There was also a very strong smell in the room. The pool had a "closed" sign and was very dirty. We asked about if it might open and were told they needed an hour to clean it, this was around 1:30 on Friday afternoon. It finally "opened" around 5:00 on Saturday evening. It was still not clean, my kids only wanted to stay in for about 15 minutes before they decided it was "nasty" & the water "smelled funny". We only booked this room because it was a last minute trip and there was nothing else available in the area.

• Edward (2/5): don't stay here - very close to beach, but not beachfront listing said it was beachfront, it was not, it's across the street. staff was very odd, kinda rude. not family friendly at all. do not recommend staying if you aren't 420 friendly cause that's all you smell. (but to be fair, that is most of myrtle in general) room was gross, hair left on the shower, floor and beds sandy from previous guest. the hot water wasn't hot, beds were springy. ac was pretty decent but started smoking and set off the fire alarm. turned it off for a few mins, then was fine the rest of the stay. towels have to be checked out at the front. pool was filthy, I honestly thought it wasn't open because it had beer cans, coke bottles and cigarettes floating in it, but some people allowed their kids to swim in it, so i guess it was open. I'm usually not one to complain but this place was truly awful. other things that wasnt in the hotels control was being woken up to fireworks being shot towards the pool(and our room) from across the street, people asking for money while trying to get in the car.. 10 out of 10 don't recommend.
• Whitaker (7/5): Good - Thought the room was comfy had enough space to accommodate our little group, good comfy beds and a good bathroom. Super close to food and the beach. Floor was obviously sandy sandy, yes its at the beach but its like at least attempt you know ? The smell of the room was a little off putting when we got there and the wifi was horrible it was on and off the whole time.

• Graham (4/5): Cool, but room for improvement - I loved the location and the faculty. The check-in was smooth, with no hassle. It has a good checkout time. It's close to the beach. The smoking section is a plus, and u can view the strip and catch some sun or a breeze. Another table would be cool, maybe a grill. No ice, I couldn't take a showe till after 10 because I had towels, but no wash clothes. Couldn't stream or watch TV because of the wifi signal I had to stream thru my hotspot. The shower curtains and shower were dirty. i had to clean before I took a shower. And the pool wasn't clean. I had to go to another property to get in the pool

Would not recommend this hole to anyone at all!

• Latrina (2/5): Horrible Room, Great Customer Service - The customer service was great and it wasn't too far from the beach. The room was very old, it didn't have enough plugs in it, and it they really needed to upgrade their rooms. There was also a dead cockroach on the floor. The front lobby stank really bad as well. The curtains didn't close completely. The shower didn't have enough pressure. The refrigerator did not work, but they did replace it, but the replacement was dirty. The wifi sucked really bad. I honestly would never stay there again. I give them an A for customer service, but an 1/10 for the environment in the room.

They was nice and polite. Just that it want enough towels and rags for my family and the room was hot and I didn't have a stove on my room. But that's was fine. The pool wasn't clean enough.
• Neff (1/5): Bad - It was close to the beach First the hotel employee was awful. Attitude from the beginning and very hateful. When I went to check in he had 3 papers posted and he said alright now to start the common sense part and pointed to them and said read it. Continued being very rude and hateful. We got booked in and he was telling us about the deposit and said "fuck up my rooms and I'll fuck up your card". The room was dirty and the ac didn't work. It had a musty smell. My room advertised having a kitchen and it only had a mini refrigerator and a broken microwave. The bedding was stained and the pillows were flat and gross. The location was convenient but people were outside fighting all night and even started banging on the doors to the rooms.

• Tiffany (10/5): We had a wonderful, peaceful, stay. We was there 4 nights and 5 days. - Going into this trip I was a little worried after reading all the reviews. I can honestly say though it wasn’t bad. It was great, especially for the price. No one bother us. I had 5 kids with me, and my sister, no men. Not one person bothered us. The kids played in the pool. There was no drugs, no cops, no hookers and all the other things I read about. It was just a great stay. The staff is great, very friendly, always welcoming, and helpful. No loud music or people all night. We slept great. The beds was clean and comfortable. The location is so close to the beach. I will be staying again Nothing. It was great.

• Jordan (5/5): i’d only recommend if you don’t plan on staying in your room long, or are searching last minute. - the staff was really nice and the beds were clean. one of our sinks couldn’t drain, no towels or anything in the bathroom, one room didn’t have an ac unit but instead a super dirty box fan. the dresser was broken as well. the beds were clean and comfortable. it’s not worth what they charge plus the $100 security deposit, but it’s a decent place to stay if you don’t plan on being in your room long.

• Robert (8/5): Good value. Really would have been nice to hv towels, but office was closed overall would stay there again - Great location and value No towels or wash clothes. No soap. The side window by the doors should be tinted for privacy.
• Sandra (4/5): Also, they need to control the noise around the area - I like the location where the property is. What I didn’t like about the property was the rooms smell like mildew and smoke they need to improve on that and clean your carpets.
