- Alvaro (10/5): - Un establecimiento muy moderno y lindo, la habitación tenía vista al mar En mi habitación tenía una puerta grande de vidrio, y las personas podían pasar por allí porque tenía escalera en esa zona, eso no me gustó por temas de privacidad

Desayuno agradable (Me dijeron desayuno continental pero me sorprendieron con desayuno buffett.. pequeño pero suficiente). Para uso de piscina.. desayunos debes salir de una sede e ir a la otra... En la sede de tiendas y habitaciones hay eventos públicos hasta la medianoche... Tendrás q esperar hasta esa hora para recién dormir si tú objetivo fue visitar San Bartolo para luego de un día de playita descansar en silencio...

- Velita (9/5): HERMOSO LUGAR, me encantó.. - Su diseño tiene una buena distirbucion y el diseño es hermoso adoro los detalles que para preder el ventilador tenia q prender la luz, sugiero disociarlo, y estaría muy feliz si tuviera aire acondicionado.

- Ina (7/5): Schön gelegen für ein paar Strandtage - Die Lage ist toll. Das Hotel ist schön und das Zimmer war modern und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Musik lief immer recht laut. Das Zimmer wurde während meines Aufenthalts nicht sauber gemacht. Erst am letzten Tag habe ich Milch zu meinem Kaffee bekommen, vorher gab es keine?! Viel Kommunikation über WhatsApp.

- Luis Fernando (9/5): Muy bonito! - La habitación, la vista, bien ventilada e iluminada. Más agilidad en el cheking. Se sugiere que se realice la limpieza diaria en las habitaciones. Como sugerencia también, que se haga de conocimiento al huésped los servicios que estan a disposición: Internet, sauna jacuzzi, la ubicación del parking, limpieza de la habitación.

- Fabiene (8/5): Bom! - Os funcionários são muito simpáticos. Cama confortável e água do chuveiro bem quentinha. Quarto muito pequeno. O café da manhã começa às 8h, o que considero tarde para um hotel, e durante a minha estadia não foi servido no horário; houve atraso todos os dias.

Hotel cannot disturb its own customers just for the hotel’s bar profit. - Loud music within the hotel bar until past 1am contrary to municipal regulation and hotel conditions. Party goers are more important than clients apparently. Moreover, staff kept tell me they will shut down music and they didn’t until o asked government claim registry.

- John (6/5): Nice hotel. Good value. Watch out for overcharges and misinformed staff. - Location was great, right near the main street where you'll find all the restaurants, and also right near the beach. Everything seemed very new and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel added an 18% tax to my charges, which by law is not supposed to be charged to foreigners. I asked one staff member about it and was told (incorrectly) that everyone must pay it. I later spoke to the manager who admitted that it was incorrect, but was for some reason unable to refund it to me. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company in order to get it refunded. If you are not Peruvian, please make sure that they do not charge you the additional tax, and do not let them tell you that you need to pay it.
