- Alan (8/5): A really enjoyable place to stay, away from the crowds yet within easy access to the wonderful East Yorkshire coastal wa - Quiet location, yet also on a bus route to Bridlington and Flamborough.
15 minute pleasant walk to Sewerby village for walks along the cliffs and 2 pubs, The Old Forge and the Ship. The walk in shower and electric unit could do with a renovation

- Paulina (10/5): - Lovely location and beautiful place.
- Linda (5/5): -
- luke (7/5): Good - Great location and the house was well kept and comfortable 1. WiFi is poor, Not sure what is the problem but streaming even youtube was a struggle
2. Can you please inform guests who do not have electric vihacles not to park or block the EV charger at the back. I wanted to charge my car but a non electric car was parked in front of EV charger even though there was lots of parking space elsewhere.

- Andy (4/5): Very dissapointing not the luxury we expected at this price point. - Cleanliness was poor crumbs on suite cups dirty worktops worn
Bombarded with aimless communications
Shower room substandard and smelled. Shower head taped up and mould on floor.
Bins not emptied with tissues and cotton buds from previous occupants.
Blinds fitted poorly and no curtains or blackouts so woken early by daylight

- Ann (10/5): An excellent cottage, beautifully presented and delightfully quiet although close to tourist hubs. - The cottage was in a really convenient location for local amenities, with access not only to tourist activities, but day to day amenities eg shops and petrol stations. The place was spotlessly clean and the heating was very good, warming up quickly as and when needed. The mobility adaptions were sufficient for our needs, with a level access to the bathroom and a ramp to the cottage itself. We didn’t have enough teaspoons ( only 2) and we didn’t find any facility for separating recyclables.
- Leanne (4/5): - Location was great. The regular communication and the amount of information to make the stay easy. The smell of mould was clear when entering the property. When I moved the bedside table to plug my charger in, there was mould growing up the wall. There were small patches of mould in other places too.
- jason (9/5): Really enjoyed it and would definitely book again - Everything was great I wouldn’t say I didn’t like it but the shower itself wasn’t great

- Nathan (10/5): Excellent little spot - brilliant for disabled/elderly also. - It was lovely and clean, tidy and well maintained. It was perfect for my grandad and I. My grandad struggles to walk, this little gem was perfect for us as you can park right outside the door, it’s so cosy and the rooms are all very close and easy to get it and out (for anyone not as able) the bathroom is a wet room and there is also a seat for the elderly to aid them in the shower. We didn’t stay long but loved it whilst we were there. Thanks N/A
- maria (10/5): - Everything.
- Louise (9/5): I wouldn’t hesitate recommending this property! - The property was perfect for our stay, the only reason not given 10 stars is that we had a couple of minor problems. However once we let the owners know they were quick to respond sorted very promptly.
- steven (10/5): - Great location lovely and clean very spacious great nights sleep Nothing
- Philippa (10/5): -
- Shirley (10/5): - Lovely cottage, quiet area, convenient for surrounding places of interest.
- Linda (10/5): Fully enjoyed our stay would definitely return - Private garden, walking distance to sewerby . Near bus stop, clean and comfortable No dishwasher

- Michael (7/5): Perfectly fine - Warm.
Practical.
Welk-resourced. Bathroom and kitchen area a bit dated.
- Flemons (10/5): Lovely great location. -
- Adrian (10/5): Brilliant - Cleanliness
Location
Value for money Nothing
- Yorkshire1 (8/5): Relaxing pleasant stay - Only one toilet roll! Shower overspills on to the floor. Would have been nice to have had both beds made up in the twin bedroom as i sleep on my right hand side and don’t like facing a wall! Other than that everything else was good and we enjoyed our stay.
- ian (7/5): Enjoyable stay in a nice area - Good location for what we needed Extra towels would have been nice
- Nicola (9/5): -
- Hoyle (10/5): Exceptional -
- David (5/5): Disappointing - Location, parking, lounge Dirty cooker.
Mould in bathroom.
Bathroom extraction does not work.
Bed smelt of dogs.
Bedding not ironed.
Dead flies in rooms.
Rooms not very clean.
Iron board dirty and damage.
Only three bowls, lucky we were a three
- Colin (9/5): overall very good - location perfect for our plans more comfortable bed
- Sean (8/5): Lovely setting and great accommodation. - Great location and setting Beds were a little uncomfy.
- Janice (10/5): Stunning property - So peaceful and nothing was missing to make this the perfect relaxation treat Nothing
- Elaine (9/5): Superb -
- Mark (10/5): 10 out of 10 - Price was excellent
Cottage was very clean, great area outside and fantastic views Only 1 bin liner available
- Jonathan (10/5): Exceptional - Took my 19 year old son away for a night. Lovely cottage and location. Outside garden and patio set was a welcome addition which was used until dark fell. Cottage was very well presented and comfortable. Only slight issue was the mattresses which were uncomfortable and lacking in support both in the single bed I slept in and the double my son used. Toppers would help I'm sure. Otherwise highly recommended and will be booking again. As per details above the the mattresses need some attention. Still slept ok though and won't stop me from booking again.
- Jessica (9/5): Superb - It was so so lovely, location great, we didn’t get to spend much time there as only in the area to visit family so really just needed a base. But will defo be back! Everything was very tidy The only thing I would say is maybe getting curtains in the bedrooms or better blinds, it was so bright in the morning.
- Allen (9/5): Superb -
- Helen (8/5): Very good - PIN code provided before arrival and could check in any time after 1500. This suited our requirements and meant we weren't tied to a specific time. Plans change when children are concerned so this was very useful.
- Paul (10/5): Exceptional -
- Carter (9/5): Superb -
- Lisa (9/5): Superb - Everything was lovely and super clean The only thing I would change is the blinds for super Privacy and a blackout blind in the bedrooms are a must for me.
- Simon (9/5): Superb -
- Stephanie (10/5): Overnight stay - Well appointed. Everything you would require. Comfortable beds and seating. Stayed one night for an excellent price.
Ideal for walking to local restaurants and pubs.
Near to many nice beaches.
Would definitely stay again. The only thing I could say was that there was only 1 bedside cabinet in the double bedroom.
- Dominic (8/5): Very good -
- June (9/5): Great stay and accomodating owners - Cosy and warm Frying pan not very good
- Les (8/5): Very good - Everything you need was there.
very good accommodation.
ideally situated and value for money. would recommend. seats in living room too low.
toilet cistern leaking.
shower curtain not clean.
microwave not clean.
- Andrew (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mark (8/5): Good little find - Ideal for flamborough, easy reach for beaches, few pubs in the village. We only needed a one night stay and not many don't allow dogs now, I won't stay where dogs are so would use again purley for this reason. However I did hear a dog barking next door so not sure if it is allowed and booking.com have it wrong stating no pets. Generally quiet and excellent value would stay again.
Nice outdoor area to sit in summer and sheep in the field. There was some dust on the skirtings and lamp base in the second bedroom and the blinds don't fit properly in both bedrooms letting in light it would be very bright in summer as there's no curtains either. There were bits on the carpet but we do have high expectations and particularly fussy. All in all it was clean and tidy. The quilt was thin for winter in the second bedroom.
- Brian (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ian (9/5): Superb -
- Sarah (10/5): Fab stay, we’ve been before, and we’ll book again - Love the location, nice cosy and clean little cottage. Nothing
- Paul (10/5): Just stayed one night we walked into Bridlington to watch a show at the spa taxi tide so just needed somewhere to stay t - Location is good
Rooms big enough clean and tidy
Very common Nothing
- Middleton (10/5): Exceptional -
- Philippa (10/5): Fab stay - short ride into town centre but fabulous - Amazing and very clean. Bedding felt a little damp
- Graham (9/5): Exactly what was required. - It was everything we needed, in the right location. Nothing
- Christine (7/5): Light, spacious, well refurbished accommodation in an excellent location. - Location excellent. Cottage spacious, light, stylish, very clean, nice decor. Well refurbished. Shower water spilled out over bathroom floor. Shower head difficult to adjust and lower as blocked on pole. Insufficient toilet paper provided. Bed mattresses not well padded, spongy and could feel springs, so seemed "tired".
- Cathryn (10/5): Perfect stay for our overnight accommodation would have liked to stay longer - So comfortable, tasteful decor and well equipped Nothing
- Wendy (7/5): Nice property - Nice property, good location, no issues. Would stay again. Really needs a new shower curtain.
- Penelope (9/5): Comfortable and convenient - Location was very convenient for us. Property was spacious and comfortable. It would have been convenient to be left a pint of milk,
- Bell (7/5): It's ok just for a night or two if you don't need to cook. - The outside of the farms was nice, the host was friendly and helpful and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen was very basic, cooking utensils were poor quality and no cooking ingredients at all making it hard to do any cooking. The shower was very weak, the shower curtains were too short to keep the water from spilt all over the bathroom floor making your feet so wet when using the toilet.
