• Sandrine (7/5): - L'emplacement, la chambre était propre. Le personnel aimable. L'hôtel est très beau et propre offrant une vue sur la vallée. Pas de rafraîchissement à l'arrivée ou (payant). Attente de 10 minutes devant la porte avant d'être accueilli. La salle de douche un peu spéciale ( eau s'evacuait dans toute la pièce. Le vol de montgolfière réservé et au final départ tardive.. Pas au levé du soleil et le montant augmenté sur place... Prière en haut parleur de la mosquée juste en face à 4h30 du matin.

• David (10/5): epic views of Luxor's famous hot air balloons. - The hotel lives up to the hype with sensational views over the west bank of luxor. i woke in the morning to see the epic sight of the hot air balloons set off for their flight over the ancient sights. from the rooftop it is a wonderful view. the staff were very helpful and a sizeable breakfast spread. The internet didn't work well, and there is much in the immediate surrounding walkable area aside from alabaster shops.

In the morning we could see the balloons even from the room through the window. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was also correct. If someone is looking for a reasonable and good price-value place I can only recommend it. The shower in the bathroom did not have a separate shower tray; instead, the entire room was on the same level, so when bathing, the water flooded the bathroom. In addition there was only lukewarm water.

Nous a amené a la pharmacie, nous avons rendu les clés de la chambre le matin mais nous ont gardé les bagages le temps d'une visite et nous ont laisser l'accès a la piscine et l'extérieur toute l'après midi et ont même laisser notre fils malade se reposer dans une chambre Les repas sont servis sur place et très bons! Ils répondent même aux demandes particulières Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres La vue est est splendide le matin avec les montgolfières mais le soir également avec la vue sur la vallée des rois éclairée. L'emplacement permets de visiter les sites autour facilement L'hôtel est entouré de fabrique de sculptures de pierres diverses. The day I missed, I saw many other people miss their flight and had to leave because they had to travel. What a bummer !!

Une fois appeler on nous a ouvert la porte, arrivée à la chambre ce fut un désastre. Frigo laisse à désirer, fuite d’eau des toilettes dans la salle de bain, pas d’eau pour se doucher, draps et serviettes sales, nous avons contacté l’établissement pour l’eau car après une journée en visite nous avions qu’une envie c’est de se doucher donc il nous dit d’attendre 10 min ce que l’on fait voir plus ( 1h du matin ) on le recontacte il nous dit qu’il va réglé le problème et que dans 20 minutes ça sera réglé.. nous avons attendu jusqu’à 2h30. Il ne nous a jamais recontacter ni même venu nous voir.

Petit déjeuner salé/sucré très correct. Propreté des lieux parfait . Nous avions un petit froid (réservation en janvier) un chauffage d’appoint nous a été mis à disposition . Rapport qualité prix top ! L’emplacement rends difficile l’obtention de taxis ce qui entraîne une négociation avec les chauffeurs . Peu de commerces et restaurants proche de l’hôtel. Mais l’emplacement est proche des différents temple ce qui veut faciliter votre séjour.

You can eat whatever you want, you won't have any problems with your stomach, which is a big advantage. The room very clean and big, the bathroom is also clean. Great views of the mountains and balloons. In a great location if you're wanting to explore the valley of the King's and all the cult sites. Rezerwacja była na 4 pokoje, byliśmy grupa znajomych 11 osób z dziećmi. Otrzymaliśmy 2 pokoje, po interwencji otrzymaliśmy 3 pokój bez poszewek i ręczników. W jednym z 2 pokoi nie było również poszewek, po zgłoszeniu powiedziano że otrzymamy rano o 10-tej, a my byliśmy na jedną noc, dano nam 2 komplety w tym jedne brudny używany. Proszę uważać na ten hotel szczególnie przy większej grupie. I dokładnie wypytywać przed otrzymaniem kluczy jaki to pokój

The location is perfect for exploring the West Bank and visiting iconic sites like the Valley of the Kings. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. We loved relaxing by the pool after a day of sightseeing. If you’re looking for a peaceful stay with great hospitality and easy access to Luxor’s wonders, this is the place! On the downside, the access road is a bit tricky and the area is very quiet, so don’t expect restaurants nearby.

Poza tym wszystko było super - przyjazny personel, ładny teren, suszarka do włosów w pokoju, smaczne śniadania. Mały minus - obok znajduje się meczet więc słychać modlitwy. Ale jeśli wstajesz wcześnie rano oglądać balony, to wieczorem jesteś zmęczony i ten meczet nie przeszkadza aż tak bardzo bo śpisz mocnym snem. ;)

They even changed the room when we said tv was not working. It’s nearby to valley of the kings and hot air balloon sites. Complementary breakfast was nice. The location is far away from Luxor city in a village. No nearby restaurants where you can eat your lunch or dinner. After 5 pm, it’s deserted area. We had to take dinner at the place, but it lacks variety and very costly.

Bon rapport qualité prix pour 1 ou 2 nuits Hôtel proche des sites à visiter sur la rive ouest. Le matin vous pouvez voir les montgolfières, très joli paysage. Pas de restaurants ni de supérettes à proximité. Les prix pratiqués au restaurant sont un peu élevés. Le petit dej est composé principalement de salé (oeufs, falafels, omelette, fromage....). Pour le sucre, jus de fruits en brique, yaourt et banane. Le café n'est pas très bon mais on s' y habitue. Manque des serviettes car 1 seule par personne pour les deux jours.

• CAI (8/5): 还行 - 地理位置优越，设施看着也不错，以及干净。但是最近应该是在给房里的柜子全部刷了新的油漆，太臭了！ 也不开窗通风，开门一瞬间臭味扑鼻，马上跟前台说然后两套普通的换了个一套大的，退了差价。新房间喷了好多空气清新剂，稍微好点但是也能闻见。一个卧室整晚开窗，另一个窗户对着公共区域的走廊就没开，还好只住一天，住久了怕得白血病 需要开窗通风，油漆气味太大了

• Eduardo (4/5): Muy mal barrio donde se ubica - Hotel bueno en mal barrio. El sector donde estaba ubicado el hotel. En una palabra: horrible. Nos duchamos von agua fría. No logramos obtener agua caliente para la ducha. Por el sector nos sentimos inseguros.
• Sabine (6/5): Er war in Ordnung - Die Anlage war sehr schön. Gut erreichbar zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Frühstück war in Ordnung. Der Besitzer spricht deutsch. Unserer Bad stand unter Wasser. Das Bett von unserem Sohn war wie Stein. Hotel außerhalb von Luxor und schlecht erreichbar in die Innenstadt um was zu essen. Teuer zum Taxi fahren im Verhältnis zu Kairo und Ägypten.Für den Preis bekommt man auch was gutes in Luxor. Aber danke für die Hilfsbereitschaft

Le personnel est très à l écoute ils sont adorables ! Si vous passez par Louxor je recommande vivement ce magnifique hôtel avec une vue imprenable sur la vallée des rois ! En plus nous avons très bien mangé des plats cuisinés un régal !! Rien.

• Louisa (10/5): Excellent - L’hôtel est neuf et très propre, la décoration est magnifique, la piscine est parfaite, le personnel est gentil, la cuisine est bonne. C’est un hôtel moderne qui a une vue sur les montagnes. On s’attend pas une telle surprise en entrant. Le patron est serviable et à l’écoute de ses clients pour rendre le séjour impeccable. L’emplacement est bien mais assez excentré pour uber, en revanche indrive fonctionne pour se déplacer la bas sinon l’hôtel peut organiser pour nous les trajets vers la ville en payant un chauffeur à nos frais si besoin.

• Agnese (7/5): Ok. Hope they will be more accurate with their food menu and don’t lie.if there isn’t something, that’s ok, just say it - It had nice view from public spot as in general picture. But not other windows. Right next to air balloons, though we were driven there for 30minutes because they picked up people from all around the place, could have been 5min. They kindly made breakfast in evening as we asked, so we can eat it early in morning on our way to tombs. It seemed that communication was understood 60%. Also we took airbaloon trip to see sunrise, but it was delayed, so sunrise we saw in a bus full of people. Was not happy about that, because it looked like they misunderstood something about who comes and who is not coming. Some Food from the menu will not be as described. Written “Grilled vegetables”, but will be French fries with peas and carrot cubes (nothing grilled). “Grilled Half chicken” will be peaces of dry filet. They said “we cut half chicken as such”, but I don’t buy it. They had this kind of filet in other dishes, but the difference was that it actually was said “chicken slices”.. was angry about that, because it was not cheap.

Le calme est appréciable, la clim est silencieuse. La piscine est très bien entretenue. Le petit déjeuner est varié et copieux. Nous avons testé à plusieurs reprises le restaurant qui est excellent. Food is absolutely delicious we chose to eat at the hotel often instead of eating out as it was that delicious! Location is perfect. Peaceful, and in the Valley of the King's in such powerful energies. Every morning you wake up to sunrise with the hot air balloons in the sky. Highly recommend staying here. I'm definitely coming back!
