• Iris (7/5): - El apartamento era demasiado grande para solamente dos personas. En nuestro caso solamente utilizamos la habitación y el baño. La habitación era amplia. Al llegar no nos recibió la dueña (quizas por las horas a las que llegamos), toda la comunicación fue por móvil y con los dueños del bar de debajo que son quienes nos dieron las llaves (muy simpáticos y buen desayuno). Que tuviéramos que pagar en efectivo; se que lo pone al reservarlo pero, hubo una pequeña confusión con el tema de la tasa que hay que pagar, la cual ya estaba metida en el precio de booking y nos quiso cobrar unos euros más (quedó todo aclarado, pero todo por móvil) y porque decidí no pagar en el momento en efectivo en el bar, sino hacerla una transferencia. El baño me pareció demasiado pequeño en comparación con lo enorme que es el piso (no estaría mal plantearse una obra y modificarlo).
• Zana (9/5): Good location - The apartment was spacious with good location in a calm neighborhood. The host is great, very helpful, and she managed to arrange a late check in for us :)
• Barbara (6/5): - Good location, clean and communication with the host. The air-conditioning in the kitchen didn't work and when mentioned to the host the answer was that the one in the bedroom will be able to acclimatise the apartment. Due to the distribution of the flat, that wasn't the case and with high temperatures was really uncomfortable. There was an uncomfortable smell of cigarettes in the apartment. Check out time in Booking was at 11:00 but host reach out to do it by 10:00am. When mentioned that the website stated at 11:00, the host then confirmed it was okay to leave by that time. In general, not good value for money considering the points above.
• Gabriele (10/5): Perfetto. - Struttura fantastica e spaziosissima, ideale per il soggiorno nella fantastica città di Palermo. La signora Tiziana è super gentile e cordiale e ci ha consigliato varie cose tra le quali ristoranti e luoghi più iconici da visitare. Gentilissima! Non riusciamo a trovare niente che non ci sia piaciuto, tutto veramente fantastico.

• Gaspare (8/5): Ottimo, con qualche miglioria potrebbe essere eccellente - La posizione perfetta sia per visitare i siti storici sia per la sicurezza del quartiere. Spazioso. Cucina e frigo molto grandi. Lo scaldino dell' acqua è piccolo, è stato sufficiente per noi che abbiamo visitato la struttura d'estate. Le finestre non insonorizzate, quindi si sentiva molto il traffico mattutino, abbiamo risolto con dei buoni tappi per le orecchie. L' aria condizionata nella cucina abitabile non funzionava, ma nella stanza da letto andava bene.

• Yolanda (10/5): Very good experience - Tiziana was an amazing host - kind, helpful, and welcoming. The apartment was spacious, fully equipped, and ideally located near the city center in a quiet area. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it to others!
• Viktoria (8/5): Very good - The apartment had very good location, was clean but a little cold so we had to use the AC to warm up the bedroom. The owner Tiziana was great, very helpful and kind. I do recomend this apt.
• Enza (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location to visit Palermo . Tiziana was very helpful with everything. We had an issue with the parking but she took care of it asap. Small bathroom and small shower but didn’t bother us.
