• Bernie (9/5): - The apartment was very spacious and centrally located. It had everything you could possibly need for your stay. I would highly recommend staying here for visiting Cinque Terra.
• MM (10/5): - OK, good location, very large apartment, clean, very well equipped (including salt, coffee, olive oil..) Street might be bit noisy.
• Igor (9/5): - Удобное месторасположение. Шаговая доступность до вокзала. Рядом набережная для прогулок. Кухня со всем необходимым. Есть стиральная машина, не всегда можно найти. Мебель новая. Много мест хранения. Было довольно шумно по вечерам. В выходные дни люди на улице шумели до 12.

Dog gjorde den centrale beliggenhed at der - Det lå meget centralt med kort afstand til restauranter og havet. Der var et fint køkken med alt man skulle bruge for at lave mad. Fjernsyn og internet fungerede som det skulle. Rart at der var ventilatorer i alle værelser. Værelserne er ikke særligt hyggeligt indrettet og det føles lidt tomt. Da lejligheden ligger på gågaden, er der ekstremt meget støj næsten døgnet rundt. Det kan godt være forstyrrende.

• Claudia (10/5): Haciendo base en La Spezia. - La ubicación. La amplitud. La limpieza. El equipamiento. Fundamental la lavadora! Al reservar no advertí que no tenía aire acondicionado. Mi error. Pero los techos altos, la gran cantidad de ventanas y los ventiladores en todos los ambientes hicieron una excelente estadía.
• Pracownia (9/5): Superb - The location is excellent, right in the city center, by the main shopping street. It can get noisy, but on the bright side, there is an elevator opposite the exit leading to the main attraction, Castello San Giorgio. The apartment is large, spacious, and clean. There is a washing machine, microwave, and comfortable beds. Nice view from the corner room. The elevator in the stairwell goes to half-floors and does not start on the ground floor, which may be important information for some. I found living here very comfortable. Three rooms provide a sense of privacy. And there are Italian, Schuko, USB, and USB-C sockets here. Alessio, the host, was very helpful, responded quickly, and was very kind.
