Louise (1/5): Dreadful and potential scam. Lost £1,200 - NOTHING. Nil communication. Finally advised that they do not receive messages via Booking.com. Host had no idea we had booked this - stated Santa-Maria and Orlando apartments! Booked and paid circa £1,200, complete waste of money. Dreadful experience due to nil / poor comms. were we scammed? DO NOT BOOK. Nil communication - waste of money - perhaps a scam?
Elaine (5/5): Wouldn’t book this apartment again the only positive was the location - The location was good For first two days we had no hot water to shower There is no air con or fans expect for one in living room which didn’t work very good we all struggled with the heat in the apartment The kitchen utensils and appliances were very limited
