Julie (1/5): Stressful, unpleasant - A few days before departure, I sent many messages to the host on Booking to know how to check-in. Since I had no answer, I finally decided to write the host on WhatsApp and the night before my departure, he finally answered that the apartment wasn’t available. I had to find another place to stay!!! This apartment was booked and confirmed five months ago and the payment had passed! Booking was waiting for his message to confirm that he couldn’t honour the reservation and he took 4 days to answer them and I had to write him many times. So although I didn’t see the property, I can say I would never recommend such an unreliable host.
