• Nathuan (5/5): - Location I couldn't sleep on my first night. There was a group of guys disturbing since around midnight until 2am or later. Entered and left the building many times, shouted, banged doors, had phone conversations on loud speakers... I was already sleeping when they got in and they woke me up. Every time I was about to sleep again, they left or returned, shouting as if they were in a stadium. This was until 2am or later, terrible.

• Andrea (4/5): Good location, but overall far below what should reasonably be expected from a hotel. - The only real positive was the location. The hotel is very central and convenient for visiting Cologne. The room was also reasonably clean. Overall, the experience felt much closer to a hostel with private rooms than to an actual hotel. Reception is only open until 6 PM and after that everything is automated through door codes and self check-in, which makes the place feel completely unstaffed. The biggest issue was the noise insulation. You can hear absolutely everything from the corridor and nearby rooms because the walls feel paper-thin, making it difficult to rest or sleep properly. The room itself was extremely small, with no wardrobe or proper storage space, so it is only suitable for a very short stay. The beds were thin and uncomfortable, and the pillows were among the worst we have experienced. The bathroom was unbelievably small, with the shower area so cramped that water floods the rest of the bathroom very easily. There is also no elevator and no blackout curtains, so the room becomes bright very early in the morning.

• Fernando (9/5): - The hotel is perfectly located in the city center, close to the river, the main cathedral, good restaurants, shops, and places of interest. It is a comfortable place with good rooms. Check-in starts at 2:00 PM, and the hotel only has reception service in the afternoon.

• Nino (10/5): The Excellent Hotel and the Excellent Price - The excellent location: the hotel is in the center of the Old City, near the Cathedral and many Romanish churches, also cafes, restraunts, shops are nearby; you can reach any location in Cologne easily. The room is clean and comfortable and the staff is friendly and helpful. I recommend to everyone enjoy Cologne with this Hotel. And also the price is excellent!

Odamız çok çok küçüktü bavulu açacak yeri bile zar zor bulabildik. Resepsiyon 14.00-18.00 arası açık olduğu için checkin öncesi ve checkout sonrasında bavullarımızı bırakma konusunda yardımcı olamadılar. Checkin saati 15.00 olmasına rağmen checkout 11.00 biraz erken geldi açıkçası en azından 12.00 olabilirdi.

W pokoju dwuosobowym było tylko jedno krzesło przy stole, ale wynikało to z metrażu pokoju - drugie krzesło by się nie zmieściło. 15 minut po otrzymaniu kluczy do pokoju Pani Recepcjonistka weszła samowolnie do naszego pokoju, zobaczyła nas w środku i wyszła - nie rzucam żadnych podejrzeń, ale była to dziwna i niekomfortowa sytuacja

Das Zimmer war modern, nicht abgewohnt und entsprach absolut den Erwartungen. Bett war superbequem! Ja ok - es ist nicht grad leise dort. Darüber muss man sich absolut klar sein in dieser Lage. Es gibt auch keine Klimaanlage, ich kann mir vorstellen, dass das im Sommer ungemütlich werden kann

Kahvaltı var yazmışlar hiç denk gelmedik bilgi de verilmedi. Çalışanlar oldukça kabaydı. Odalar sözde iki kişilikti, iki tek kişilik yatağı birleştirmişler. Uzun süre kalınmayacak kadar konforsuz bir odaydı. Eşyaları koyacak dolap yok. Oturup dinlenecek bir kanepe yok.

Tv et sèche cheveux, rien de plus.Pas de rideau occultant ni volets . Chambre faite un jour sur deux. Ça ne m'a pas trop gêné mais il faut mieux le savoir à l'avance.

L’hotel è situato in una posizione eccellente, a due passi dalla cattedrale, dalla stazione e dalla città vecchia. L’unica nota negativa è che non c’è la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check-out.

• Joachim Maria Clemens (4/5): Nie wieder Bürgerhofhotel! - die Lage des "Hotels" Vollkommen überzogener Preis. Personal habe ich nur einmal gesehen... bei der Anreise. Ansonsten war die Rezeption unbesetzt. Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig. Ich hatte zwar kein Frühstück gebucht, aber normalerweise kann man das vor Ort trotzdem zu sich nehmen und im Anschluss bezahlen. Die Frühstückszeiten weichen von den im Internet angegebenen Zeiten nicht nur ab... ich habe kein Frühstück gesehen, da niemand da war. Zumindest nicht zwischen 7:30 und 8:30 Uhr. An der Eingangstür war eine Telefonnummer angebracht, die jedoch nicht erreichbar war. In der direkten Nachbarschaft gibt es jede Menge andere Hotels mit Frühstücksbuffet und Personal, die sich um die Gäste kümmern. Jedes der anderen Hotels würde ich dem Bürgerhofhotel vorziehen.

Є можливість автоматичного заселення якщо не встигли перетнутися з адміністратором. Трохи здивував автоматичний вмикач світла в ванній від детектора руху. Таймер виставлений на доволі великий інтервал, тому якщо хочете, щоб світло та вентилятор вимкнулися, треба не ходити повз відчинені двері Номер був на нижньому поверсі і вікно віходило у внутрішній двір, звідкіля чимось тхнуло. Довелось спати з закритим вікном.
• Michael (7/5): Zentrale Lage für Unternehmungen zu Fuß - Alles in allem ein ordentliches Hotel mit perfekter zentraler Lage. Aufgerämt und auch sauber! Etwas hellhörig, aber noch ok. Aber wer kommt auf die Idee sämtliche Lichtschalter in das Kopfteil des Bettes zu installieren??? Wir waren zwei Nächte dort und während derNacht ist immer mal wieder eine der Leuchten angegangen. So ist der Schlaf natürlich nicht sonderlich erholsam.
