Спасибо! В душе вода постоянно меняла температуру от прохладной к горячей и наоборот. Пожалуй, единственный минус. И ещё, проживала 6 суток, за это время не было уборки. Возможно, она предоставляется по запросу, я не уточняла, потому что мне было ок.

You can easily find food, drinks, and other necessities shop nearby. 🗻The room is cozy and comfortable with good views. Except for the occasional noise from upstairs, mostly it’s very quiet . 💃Communication with the staff is very fluent and pleasant. 🍽️Kitchen facilities and washing machines are available and convenient. The mattress and pillow are a little bit too soft for me. To set up the sofa bed is a little bit struggling.

Дворец спорта Балуана Шолака через дорогу, в Алматы не в первый раз но расположение идеальное , бот сад, Арбат будут недалеко от вас на такси или пешком. Также рядом много кафе и ресторанов. Квартира в хорошем состоянии, много замков для безопасности. Был небольшой подарок при заселении, все необходимое присутствует. Хозяйка всегда на связи и интересуется нужна ли помощь или что-то ещё. Из окна вид на горы. В итоге однозначно рекомендую, когда снова буду в Алматы первым делом постараюсь бронировать это место -

Отличная локация, рядом метро/остановки автобусов/такси, удобное понятное самостоятельное заселение, чистые апартаменты, без посторонних запахов, свежее постельное бельё и полотенца, чистый санузел, вежливый и приветливый персонал - всегда на связи, чистая кухня со всем необходимым, посуда в состоянии новой, напор душа отличный, слив работает, фен👍🏽Блок 4 расположен внутри двора - ни машин, ни мотоциклов ночью не было слышно. Отдельно хочется отметить очень приветливых и вежливых соседей по дому💖 Ничего отрицательного не обнаружили - всё замечательно👍🏽

Having the kitchen and washing machine was such a great help in making the apartment feel like a home. The staff at Miracle Apartments were the best. Amina and Aizhan went out of their way to help us in numerous ways, from providing excellent transport from the airport, helping us navigate the entry system, sharing the locations of amenities, and helping us with our inward travel plans. Amina was very responsive indeed and answered all our questions with a moments notice. I would highly recommend staying at Miracle apartments without a doubt! Nothing comes to mind, other than if you’re a foreigner paying for the apartment can be a little cumbersome.

Host Amina in touch from the outset, quickly responding to WhatsApp messages with relevant instructions and information about the apartment, including access, and she also provided a series of helpful advice about how to get to the apartment complex and where to find good restaurants in Almaty. Apartment brand new and with very comfy bed, and a great view of the mountains!
