• Greco (8/5): Ottimo soggiorno in pieno centro! - Posizione eccellente in pieno centro. L'appartamento era spazioso, con due stanze e due bagni molto comodi. La scomodità delle scale. Salire tutte quelle scale è stato veramente fastidioso, ma il disagio è stato ampiamente ripagato dal graditissimo check-out posticipato che ci è stato concesso. Ci torneremo sicuramente..

• bettylou (7/5): It was good - The host was quick to answer any questions and provide us with missing cups. Good for 2 couples with 2 bathrooms and a washer and dryer to use. Was a very old building and didn’t feel real sure what we would do in the event of a fire with all of the gates and codes and stairs. Lots of stairs to access the location! The rooftop deck needs repairs.

Heureusement qu’en examinant de près les explications dIMMOCTO on a vu que c’était sur le trottoir d’en face. Beaucoup de codes à retenir et parfois difficiles de compréhension : très gros pb Appel sur le boîtier pas de réponse. Dépannés par des autres locataires A 21h du soir c’est très stressant voire angoissant La semaine s’est ensuite bien passé et nous avons dompté les codes et les étages !

The description can be adjusted and include that also. Additionally, something that I have seen in other apartments is that there are free coffee shots for the coffee machine. That will be a very good addition to the services you already provide.

The apartment is dark even with the windows open, and there is a strong smell of mold and dampness. Overall, I felt that the money I paid was wasted. This is honestly the worst apartment I have ever rented. The experience was extremely bad. The kitchen utensils are inadequate, you can hear footsteps whenever someone moves above, the insulation is very poor, and the apartment was not warm. The situation was disastrous, and I felt embarrassed in front of my wife and children for renting this place.

Comfortable bed and acceptable apartment. Good stay for 2 person that will not be in the apartment for too much time and without children or people with disabilities (too many and unwell stairs). All the instructions within the app were great to check-in and check-out easily. All the information we needed was available. - The apartment had a bad smell that comes from the bathroom of the principal room. - In the description states that there is a kitchen in the apartment and what we found was “kind of” a kitchen with one stovetop. It was an arrange kitchen but not a real one so we were able to cook there. - The facilities were not as clean as we expected. - The entrance and the building are in terrible conditions. I’m aware that most of Pest’s buildings has that same condition but this was too much. We were really worried when we entered there, too dark, dirty and horrible.

• Mustafa (7/5): Nice to stay but should be enhanced - We stayed here as a five-people group for3 days. It was easy to find the property. The location is great and close to the tourist attractions. It was quite warm and clean. The entrance of the apartment is amazingly dirty and discomforting. To reach your flat you need to walk for a couple of minutes and climb up many steps and pass through a few different doors unlocking each with a digital code nearby. No elevator inside the building and that makes it really hard to carry the luggages up and down. That would absolutely be stated in the introduction of the flat. You’d better decide to stay knowing all of these.

Pulita e contatti con il gestore che risponde subito se ci sono problemi. Buone le spiegazioni per arrivare alle camere anche se i passaggi sono diversi da effettuare. Noi non abbiamo avuto problemi, ma è necessario specificare che ci sono diverse rampe di scale.

• Mark (7/5): A good apartment that needs attention to make it more comfortable and safer. - Well equipped apartment in a good location. Good communications from the owners of the apartment. Two health & safety concerns: 1. No fire alarm, no fire extinguishers & no signage for fire evacuation 2. The roof top terrace has rotten patches in the wooden flooring The beds are not comfortable as the mattress is very firm & the duvets very thin.

The bedroom on the top floor doesn’t have a curtain or blind covering the large window, so you will easily get woken up by the light. Bedroom on the bottom floor is on the small side.

• Robert (9/5): - Excellent location in the centre of Budapest. Apartment was reasonably spacious, clean & comfortable. Our party included 5 people & it worked well for 2 night stay. Very secure with multiple security gates & key box. Apartment company are also very communicative & provide a smartphone app & can be contacted via Whatsapp. The only thing not in its favour would be the dimly lit spiral staircases to climb to access the accommodation, but overall we were satisfied with our stay.

Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona, pokoje przytulne, czyste - Trochę problemów sprawiło nie tylko nam, ale i mieszkańcom innych apartamentów znalezienie kodu do ostatnich drzwi . Był on podany jako pierwszy , we wiadomości przewodniej , a nie tak jak pozostałe w instrukcji. Apartament na samym poddaszu, dużo schodów do przejścia po zawiłych korytarzach.

Abbiamo subito il furto della borsa dove avevamo le chiavi di accesso e come unica soluzione ci hanno proposto l'intervento di un fabbro per € 125, per la sostituzione della serratura, che abbiamo dovuto pagare

• rama (8/5): מיקום מצוין עם תמורה טובה למחיר וצוות אדיב! - מיקום הדירה בעיר נוח מאוד, מרחק הליכה מכל מקום. הצוות זמין, יעיל ואדיב מאוד. בסך הכל היה נוח ונקי. מכונת הכביסה והמיבש נוחות! המקלחת היתה נהדרת, נוחה עם מים חמים מאוד בשפע. דירה שבהחלט אפשר למצוא בה נוחות סבירה ומעלה בשהות של 4 לילות, ותמורה טובה למחיר. אל הדירה מובילות דלתות ומדרגות רבות. לצעירים זו אינה בעיה. המטבח קטן ולא נוח לבשל בו. המזגן בחדר רעש, לא יכולנו להדליק לאורך זמן. גם הוֹונטה באמבטיה רעשה מאוד. החלל המשפחתי המשותף קטן, ללא נוחות (שולחן ו4 כסאות) וחסר בו חימום.

Comfortable beds, we'll appointed en suite bathrooms Great position, on Király Street, but at the rear of the building, so no noise from the street 3 flights of stairs, with no lift The rest of the building not modernised 4 different doors/gates with individual key codes, to reach the apartment
• Valentina (7/5): Bello l’appartamento meno il palazzo - Appartamento pulito e recentemente ristrutturato. Dotato di tutto ciò che può servire in cucina e in casa in generale. Zona centrale di Pest fermata del tram a poche centinaia di metri. Struttura al 3 piano senza ascensore ( tot 98 gradini) e le scale non sono comodamente agibili perché il palazzo è in ristrutturazione. Androne sporco e utilizzato dai vari affittuari e da chi effettua i lavori come pattumiera e scarico rifiuti edili. Scale polverose e poco sicure. Mio figlio è scivolato due volte.

Clean rooms & Bathrooms. Online Coordinators (Immltco) were helpful. We did not know that the apartment was on higher floor of an old dilapidated building without lift. We had to climb 99 steps of spiral staircase. It was an ordeal for us. Room were so small that it left hardly any space on the sides of the bed. Always worried if we would get hurt while climbing the beds. The ACs were making strange tik tik sounds every few seconds and interfered with our sleep. There was iron board but no Iron to press our clothes.!

• Elisa (7/5): Abbastanza bene - Molto comoda come posizione. Ben strutturata la zona notte con doppi servizi. Utile anche la stanza lavanderia/ripostiglio. Zona giorno decisamente troppo piccola. Non è possibile cucinare. Il palazzo avrebbe bisogno di molta manutenzione, al pianterreno ci sono mucchi di sacchetti abbandonati, diverse parti scrostate e polverose. Manca l’ascensore.

• Lily (8/5): Overall we loved the apartment - it was very large and pretty and good location but the facilities could be updated a li - The best location right by bars and restaurants! Lots of space for everyone, two bathrooms, everybody had their own bedroom instead of a couch bed which we loved! Lots of space to hang clothes up and lots of glasses/mugs/plates etc in the kitchen. Little nespresso machine in the kitchen also. I liked that we were sent an online brochure with restaurant and bar recommendations and info about the apartment. Overall a lovely apartment, we really enjoyed our stay. Lots of steps and codes to get to the apartment so not the best if you struggle with stairs. Not enough toilet paper - we ran out halfway through. Also would have been nice to have some cleaning things like spray to wipe the table and kitchen after cooking. The beds were not very comfortable. The place could also use a bit of renovation - the terrace in the apartment and the communal terrace were both very run down. Some light fixtures were loose
