• Ilona (7/5): So lala... - Sehr freundliches Personal, wenn auch die Verständigung etwas hing. Es gibt keinen Aufenthaltsraum das karge Frühstück wurde im Zimmer serviert. Die sanitären Anlagen wie Wasserhahn oder Dusche sind total verkalkt. Bidet nicht nutzbar. Griff am Kleiderschrank defekt.

I nostri host sono stati davvero fantastici: gentili, accoglienti e sempre pronti ad aiutarci con consigli preziosi su cosa vedere e dove mangiare. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa. L’alloggio Kalos è comodo, pulitissimo e curato in ogni dettaglio – non ci è mancato nulla. Un posto che consigliamo col cuore! Giuseppe e Gabriella -------

• raffaella (9/5): - Is easy to reach from station. Is a 15 minutes walk to marina piccola for the ferry. There is a bust stop not far from the property for travel within sorrento. The house is quiet. The room is clean and spacious , the bathroom was also clean and spacious. The host are friendly and welcoming. Everithing was just fine.

• Mary (10/5): We had a wonderful two nights here, the accommodations were delightful, breakfast was superb, and customer service excel - The hosts were SOOO amazing. So nice and accommodating. There is a balcony that has a cute table and chairs. Super clean. The beds were so insanely comfortable. 10/10
• Kate (2/5): Very poor - It doesn’t state anywhere on booking.com that this is a room in the families apartment. Lots of shouting late in the night and early in the morning. Host waking us by banging on the door and coming into the room screaming in Italian at 11.30pm
• Vittoria_3 (10/5): The best place in Sorrento ❤️ - We really enjoyed our stay! Francesca and Gaetano are very friendly! And make our stay in Sorrento very comfortable :). They shared with us the best tips to move in Sorrento and the surroundings!. The room was in perfect condition. It is very clean and the balcony is really nice. In addition, the breakfast was very delicious. A very good coffee to star the day 😊 We really liked the location. The place is very central in Sorrento. It is possible to reach the train station by walking 10 minutes. We definitely will recommend this place to our friends 🧡 Everything was perfect!. We are very happy with our stay 😊
• Kenya (10/5): Lovely place, near the city and nice host. - This place has a great location, very close to the train station and we went by walking. The hosts are very nice! they give you good tips for everything that you want to do or visit. The beds were comfortable and has a nice balcony with a nice view where you can have a nice breakfast. Love this place. It was a little bit difficult to find, cause it doesn't have any sign outside the building.
• Vikki (8/5): Great location worked fabulously for the Circumvesuviana and the Sita bus. - A room in a family apartment, it was clean, beds were comfortable, had AC, a modern bathroom and friendly hostess and host. Breakfast was slim, no yoghurt, nor ham or cheese. It was just a sweetened croissant, juice, and coffee. But, as we had to leave early on checkout the hostess graciously arranged a “take away” bag for us to eat on the train.

• Dale (2/5): DO NOT STAY HERE unless you are Italian, speak italian, like living with an Italian mother & son in her apartment an - location, photos of accommodation looked suitable for our needs. where does it mention that we are renting a master bedroom with an ensuite in someone’s apartment that you need to enter THEIR apartment and are living with them on the website. The keys do not work to enter the apartment or the room. The owner has to let you in every time. She peaks no English, her son a little English. It is advertised as a B & B with a TV. On the second day our TV was removed. On the next day we did e washing and hang it up on portable clothes line and when we returned that night it was removed and placed on the balcony on a clothes hanger to dry. You have no privacy, you hear all conversations in their lounge room next door. We were told to remove extra bags that we had stored in “ our” room because the friends of ours we being picked up latter that evening by the grooms parents to be taken to the wedding venue to stay after we met up for dinner that evening after flying in from overseas. We had to ask for more toilet paper, just enough hand/shower gel for the 4 nights. CLASSIC EXAMPLE OF MISREPRESENTATION ON THE WEBSITE!!!!

• Andjela (5/5): Passable - Good location and it was really clean. Nowhere does it say that it is just a room in the apartment where a older woman lives with her son. Every morning they were arguing very loud, we couldn't sleep and it was very unpleasant that we couldn't wait to get out of there.
• Elena (9/5): Wonderful stay in beautiful Sorrento - The owners were very friendly, gave a lot of trips for local sights and cheaper ways to travel. The mountain view from the balcony was one of the best to have breakfast with. We appreciated the hospitality and very comfortable location! The breakfast is a little light, but it is probably cultural thing, we didnt complain and enjoyed the effort.
