• Tom (5/5): - Nice apartment, centrally located. Noisy, music from neighbouring bars went on into the early hours on the weekend and midnight on other nights. If you don't mind this it'd be a good stay. Could do with a bit of TLC wobbly furniture broken mirror etc.

• Sabine (8/5): Alles in allem zufrieden - Die Lage war sehr gut. Man konnte die Stadt mit den Shops und Restaurants schnell zu Fuß erreichen. Außerdem gab es eine Garage als Unterstellmöglichkeit für ein Auto. Die Vermieterin war jederzeit erreichbar und hat schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet. Abends/ Nachts war es fast jeden Tag laut wegen einem Club ganz in der Nöhe. Die Musik war teilweise bis nachts um 2Uhr zu hören.

• Jesse (10/5): Everything you need in one place! Location, comfort, and style. - The location is fantastic - walking distance to anything you need really. The air conditioning is a must in the stellenbosch heat, and the flat was in a neat, calm block. We had a wonderful time. Having a bin in the kitchen would be helpful but otherwise everything was lovely.

• Malan (8/5): As a family, had a wonderful stay at Akker. Good qualify furniture, pretty street, great loaction - Location great and close to town centre. It is easy and safe to walk the streets. Home is beautifully furnished. Good big doors that open out to let in fresh air with a tree view from the first level. Everything we needed and more. Host is very helpful.

• Ghaleelah (3/5): Place for parting not for peace and quiet - I apartment was nice and neat. Our stay was a nightmare. Despite the advertising saying that it was on a quiet street there was music playing loudly till the early hours. People were constantly hooting outside and we literally had people banging on doors in the apartment block. Though everything appeared clean I was bitten by and insect resulting in a swollen eye. We barely had any rest and decided to check out the next morning to find a new place. We have still not heard anything about a refund.

• Cronje (8/5): Very good - Location is very good. Area is safe. Our car could be in a locked garage behind a security gate. The property itself is spacious. Aircons in livingroom and primary bedroom helped hugely. Fan in 2nd bedroom didnt help much with the heat tho, maybe add a aircon. I would add a tall mirror in each bedroom. We would stay there again. Nothing.

• Brandon (9/5): Superb - Strange that there were two lock boxes with the same combination, but in very separate locations. But only one had the keys to the apartment which led to confusion.
