• Elena (7/5): - It was an easy one nights stay with a comfy bed. The power was out for a few hours and the host was really helpful responsive. The kitchen is really strange and didn’t seem very clean. The back garden was really cluttered with random stuff.

• Hans (10/5): Calming Humble Recharge on a shoestring - Extremely clam - perfect mattress and bathroom next door. My vote goes on Room 6 Perhaps a bed side lamp, a couple of towels for a double room rather than one towel. Maybe a communal fridge or something - but there might be one already in the building.
• Patrick (2/5): Too much noise and all the doors seem to creak? - Location for business From 9pm excessive noise. Loud banging. Screaming and shouting until about 10.30pm. Phoned owner said he was on premises with the police dealing with a drunk guest. Also loud building machinery noise in back garden until after 11pm. Work being done on a cement slab.

• Zane (8/5): Lovely room with very nice summer view. - As always it's a lovely room. You can see the sunrise fron there on a clear day. It's stunning. The view out the window is really nice. And the bathroom is literally out your door. So it's like a private bathroom.

• Zane (8/5): Fabulous - I've stayed at this property before. It's fabulous. I like the sheets in the room i stayed. Super warm.
• Clementina (10/5): True Velvet - Everything, there is a presence in the room. I sleep very well. It's quiet. The host has all the rooms warm and cosy. There is nothing about the room. Sometimes doors bang a bit.

• Muhammad (9/5): Value for Money received ✅ - it was the best value for money accommodation available in the area. it was neat, quiet, clean and cozy with proper heating facilities. its in front of the bus stop and there is a tesco across the road. The tube is a 15 mints walk. the room was on top floor but was spacious with a double bed. there was a coffee machine with complimentary pods available, which was very sweet. Although the kitchen was clean and had utensils and fridge, there was no stove we could use for cooking.
• Persis (4/5): Peaceful bcz no tv - The room is warm bed is comfy and Management is good. The rooms are minimal. No tv I've never been to a bnb without a tv. The floor unclean with easy to see mess. Toilet with soiled marks and shower pressure to low.

Secondly no kitchen, you will not get any coffee or tea in morning, you need to order from outside. ATLEAST PLEASE PUT 1 KETTLE AND 1 CUP SOME COFF3 YA TEA BAGS IT JUST COST YOU AROUND £15 .. but the owner was not willing to spend this much .. overall 5 out of 10...

• Brendan (7/5): Construction workers only - I Was directed to the wrong address on the app ,stairs and bathroom needed a good clean ,no mirror in bathroom ,bed was not comfortable.
• Abdullah (1/5): When we came to check in at 4pm he took us up and then told us wait the he started cleaning the room. When he was cleani - it’s was horrible, we arrived at 4pm the room was dirty. He told us to wait outside the door so he clean it quickly. he had a long period of time to clean but he decided to do it in-front of us. The owner had I really bad odor as he came in twice we had to put spray in the room he smelt very bad. We went in, their was stains on the cover sheet we asked him if we can get a new one he hesitated he did not want to give it to us saying it’s just stains it ok. we asked again we still need mew ones we are customers.Me and my partner had to put the cover on. we saw stains on the sheet their was gum it was disgusting we wanted to ask for a new sheet he was already gone. the pillow smelt a little bit and we was just very upset. The sink was blocked it had hair all over the sink. whenever we tried to wash our hands the water was filling up it was blocked. the toilet was very dirty and was not smelling nice. The door was very stiff and it was hard to pull and open, every time you had to open the door with force it was very hard to get out or come in. We opened the door to go outside but the Handel came off we was locked inside for 2 hours I’m claustrophobic I was having a panic attack luckily my partner was their to calm me down. finally we opened the door and we still tried to contact him to complain. what type of hotel would allow to have a bad door, which was very hard to close and open and get their customers stuck inside. we was terrified thought we had to stay inside till someone came the next day but luckily we managed to get out. the owner was not picking up when the situation happened we did not know who to call. it was an awful stay bed was not good it was just horrible I request you to not go because we had an awful night and was trapped inside a room. when we came in the room was dirty, told us to wait outside of the door. he started cleaning the room in front of us which was very shocking. the toilet sink was cover in hair and whenever we wanted to wash our hands the sink was blocked. the toilet smells, we saw that their was stains on the cover we asked him if we can get a new one he hesitated and saying it just stains then when we asked again he said yes the pillow smelt really bad and the sheet had gum on it but when we wanted another sheet he was gone. the owner had a bad oder and he came to the room twice when we checked in and the room started smelling bad Oder we put spray so the smell can go. we striped our best to have a nice stay but every time it would get worse because the bed was not nice we felt the room was very dirty. The door was very stiff and it was hard to pull and open, every time you had to open the door with force it was very hard to get out or come in. • Chadani (10/5): Great stay!! - Clean spacious place. Good value for money. Hamid who manages the property is very helpful and always available to answer questions. Bus stop is right outside the house that takes you to Arnos Grove (Piccadilly Line).
