- Carlos (1/5): Muy mala experiencia. - Nada. Todo muy bonito, pero roto. No va internet, los cacharros de cocina estropeados, los muebles desencolados, bailan. Piso lleno de goteras y chorreras en las paredes, falta de mantenimiento. Muy mala experiencia. Propietario muy falso y maleducado. Hace mucho calor, el propietario t hace regalos absurdos cuando llegas y t pide q le dejes referencias nada más llegar. Dice q admite perros, pero mi perro enfermo y vomitaba y tenía que sacarlo varias veces por la noche y se enfadó muchísimo el propietario. Estuve 15 días y fue desagradable. No recomiendo ir pero si es necesario, sólo ir a dormir y marcharse a primera hora. Un tercero sin ascensor y el último piso del edificio imagínate el calor, insufrible.

From the moment I made the booking until the day I checked out, everything went smoothly and exceeded my expectations. The host is amazing — very caring about the apartment and its cleanliness. He is also very friendly and always ready to help, whether it’s recommending places to visit in the city or suggesting where to buy groceries. This is not a 5-star hotel, but it feels like staying at a friend’s home — warm, comfortable, and welcoming. At the same time, everything is well-organized and professional. There is a large, spacious kitchen with everything you need, a washing machine, and two bathrooms with showers, which is very convenient. The living room is also spacious, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location is another big plus — everything you need is within a 5–10 minute walk. I definitely recommend this place. It was a very pleasant and memorable experience!

- LAAFREYA (10/5): - Прекрасная квартира! Она очень большая, светлая и по-настоящему красивая. Внутри идеальная чистота, видно, что за жильем следят. Огромный плюс — наличие двух ванных комнат, что очень удобно для семьи или компании. Расположение просто супер, всё рядом. Отдельное спасибо хозяину: очень симпатичный, дружелюбный и отзывчивый человек. Обязательно вернемся сюда снова! Рекомендую всем."

- didier (5/5): - C'est propre et refais à neuf, certainement depuis peu de temps L'emplacement n'est absolument pas à la hauteur de ce qui est dit dans l'annonce. Situé en cœur de ville, sans possibilité de se garer, au 3e étage sans ascenseur, partage des toilettes et salle de bain.

- Ian (6/5): FAMILIA MENESES - Un apartamento muy amplio y muy bien ubicado, tiene muy cerca, la estación de tren, muy céntrico, supermercados, muy buena comunicación con los encargados, todo muy limpio. no me gusto que el apartamento tenga cámaras, hacia sea por seguridad pero la privacidad mía y mi familia no puede ser expuesta, también la habitación principal se acostaba uno y se le caí todas las tablas el cual quedaba en el suelo, del resto todo fue perfecto.
