Guest Reviews
- Sello (10/5): -
- Zizipho (10/5): Everything about the place is just perfect - It’s very safe and clean, there was even a heater of which you don’t get that often in other places Nothing
- Omosa Tours And Travels (10/5): Exceptional Stay. - I loved everything. The bed was comfortable and the place was cute. Sibongile (the owner) was so helpful, oh and she’s such a sweet person, always reachable and ready to assist. The location is a 10/10. We'll definitely be coming back again. Nothing at all.
- Daniel (10/5): A relaxing and refreshing stay that I only wish lasted longer. - I really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and the chance to switch off from everything for a bit. The peaceful surroundings and comfortable setup made it easy to unwind, and the overall experience was refreshing and memorable. Honestly, there wasn’t much I didn’t like—if anything, I just wish I could’ve stayed longer. The only downside was having to pack up and head home so soon.

- Kumalo (9/5): - Everything None
- Jansen van Vuuren (9/5): Clean and comfortable. Secure. Friendly hostess. - I liked the security and how easy it is to reach from the highway and closeness to shopping centres. Everything needed was at hand and all basic needs were met. Thank you - will definately book again. When sending the address, the name of the complex could be included, as there is no sign from the road to indicate that you reached Petalsoft. Once in the complex, the owner could ask if she could maybe put up directions to petalsoft, that will help a lot!
My mom has hip problems, maybe a step in front of the wooden porch will be a bonus. She did use the step closer to the main house.

- Matsane (10/5): - I appreciate the host and the high quality of the facilities. It was definitely an unforgettable experience. If you looking for a sign to make that reservation this is it ...this place is a 11/10. N/A
- Pat (7/5): - The place needs an air conditioner, other than that is a nice place to sleep for one day, I was attending something at Villa Africa and it worked for me No air conditioning, I had to request a fan because it was extremely hot

- Teri (10/5): Bliss and luxury - Everything was wonderful. I was 600m from my conference at Villa Africa, but had a nicer room, nicer bathroom, more space and more quiet.
The host was so friendly and helpful, e.g. Trying to find me a charger when I had the wrong plug shape. I think she might buy some for future guests.
The room was spacious and clean, nicely decorated and not too busy. There was a fridge, kettle, plate, cups, cutlery, games, tv. Pictures were accurate.
The neighbourhood is super safe.
Would love to come back here. Highly recommend

- Edwin (8/5): Great value for money, this was perfect for our trip and will return anytime. - Very clean, well equipped, safe and a quiet area. Cold water for shower on final night and early departure the following morning. It would appear to be on a timer. It was late at night and did not want to bother the owner, planned to shower early morning but was still cold.
- Valerie (5/5): Passable -

- Mari (10/5): Safe, clean, and close to amenities - Genuine value for your money. Spacious bathroom, with twin wash basins, shower, and bathtub. Exceptional body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Thick, durable towels, and super crisp, high-quality linens on the bed. Coffee tea, milk and sugar was replenished every day. Staff came every day to clean the room and bathroom. Hostess was friendly and very accommodating. Quiet, safe, and near all major roads. Some of the best stays ,I've experienced during my recent trip.
- Fikile (8/5): Good stay nice bathroom specious but plates and cutlery are a necessity not luxury. - Good location for where we needed to be Everything thing was good except that there were no cutlery to eat.
- Melisa (10/5): Comfortable and the host was friendly. - The room had its own entrance and it was a quiet area. There isn't anything I could change as it was exactly how they said it would be.
- Pearl (10/5): Perfection -
- Petunia (9/5): I have enjoyed my stay to the fullest - Location was perfect, quite and private for my liking. Smallest shower gel
- Thabiso (10/5): Exceptional - Great stay !
- Tshepo (10/5): Exceptional -
- John (7/5): Good - Comfort bed and nice Victorian bath.
The owner's daughter was super helpful. Advertised all TV channels, sadly only selected channels, no SuperSport, International News, etc.
- Justiene (5/5): Bleh - The bathroom The smell in the room
The fact that there wasn't air-conditioning or a fan at least.
- Tshepiso (8/5): Very good - Value for money, great communication with the host, perfect location, spacious room and amazing bathroom TV no volume, no Netflix, door connecting to the rest of the house/another room felt uncomfortable.
- Koketso (8/5): Very good -
- Tintswalo (4/5): The place is good for one night only - The shower was nice.. the bathtub was small but okay The tv did not a volume,
The lights were bad, it was only one switch
The parking space was small, didnt allow us to travel with two cars
- Du (6/5): Pleasant - No soap holder at bath
Mattress is uncomfortable
Hot water was lukewarm
Bath towels too small
- Thabanh (5/5): Passable - Lovely place in a very nice neighborhood Had to wait over 4 hours for hot water
- Van (10/5): Exceptional -
- Van (10/5): Exceptional -
- Heidi (7/5): Good -
- Peter (7/5): Good -
- Clive (10/5): Exceptional -
- Loraine (9/5): Good for sleeping over only stay. - The price.
Owner/Manager was very helpful and always available and very friendly. The garden was not very neat and the neighbours looked right into the room being only a few meters away since their kitchen door and windo is only 3m from the deviding wall with no privacy for either party.
- Kabelo (8/5): Very good -
- Maropeng (5/5): Passable -
- Ngwenya (7/5): Not bad - Their shower was good. The fact that there was no TV when it was supposed to be there🤷♀️ and a door inside the room going in a room that I don't know, it made feel uncomfortable and not safe because anyone could just come in without me knowing.
- Frechow (9/5): Superb -
