Schon beim Ankommen spürt man sofort die positive, entspannte Atmosphäre – jedes Detail im Hotel ist liebevoll gestaltet und strahlt Ruhe aus. Der Empfang war außergewöhnlich herzlich und hat uns sofort willkommen fühlen lassen. Unser Zimmer war sehr stilvoll und mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Der Poolbereich ist ein echtes Highlight: eine Oase der Ruhe und Entspannung, die zum Verweilen einlädt. Besonders erwähnenswert ist das wunderbare Frühstück, das mit seiner Qualität und Vielfalt den perfekten Start in den Tag garantiert – das darf man auf keinen Fall verpassen! Ein magischer Ort zum Abschalten und Genießen. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!

• Lettie (10/5): Beautiful & tranquil haven - Gorgeous and tranquil hotel. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Pool was beautiful and day beds were super comfortable. Location was fabulous too. We both had massages and came a way saying they were the best massages we've ever had. We would go back in a heartbeat if they could guarantee no kids were there! Our room was tiny and unfortunately the wifi didn't work in it and the aircon wasn't great. I think we did have the smallest room there though so would just book a bigger room next time. Additionally I noticed that it's a child friendly place, which surprised me as its charm really was that it was so quiet and peaceful. It's the only thing that would make me think twice about booking again.

First we entered inside a room that was a bit humid then the owner was so kind to change us the room and was a garden one, beautifully spacious and with lots of light 🙏🏻✨
• Chukwuebuka (1/5): I didn’t stay there, the Owner had to refund my payment, I’m waiting for booking.com to refund - They refused me from entering the property, please refund my money. They are terrible The owner of the property is very rude and shouldn’t be working with Booking.com. The environment is very dirty, I wish you can go for inspection to confirm what I just said.
• Sophie (8/5): Lovely small intimate hotel, friendly staff, clean room and within short walk to main stretch in Santa Eul. - The property was very clean, the staff were very helpful and we were about 5-10 min walk to the main area of Santa Eulàlia.
• Melis (9/5): Loved the everything about my stay here - The property is set up beautifully. The pool with the beds are stunning and very comfortable. I very much liked the self service bar at the pool; it contributes to the laid back and chilled atmosphere. The room is cozy and everything is set up so you can feel relaxed and at home.

The hotel and rooms are very clean and comfortable. There is everything amenity wise, even beach towels and bag. Very friendly staff. Nice pool area with chill areas to hang out. Beautiful garden.
• Sarah (7/5): Good - It’s lovely and quiet, the pool area is great and the pool itself is perfect. Really loved that we could find space around the pool at any time of the day - the staff remove towels when people have left so you can’t reserve them for the day and come in / out which I think is fab. The staff are lovely - the two ladies in front of house were always super helpful and friendly. Every other member of staff we passed said hello and came across very friendly - they’re all a credit to the hotel. Location was great for us as we had a car and it’s such a great place to explore from. Food in the Santa Eularia area is fantastic - so many great options to eat. We didn’t like that you couldn’t bring food in from outside the hotel - completely understand this as a rule around the pool (and respect it) but it would have been nice to be able to eat/drink our own things in the area outside our room. Whilst we did spend some time around the pool and use the honesty box for food and drinks, they were so expensive that we decided to spend more time away from the hotel. Our room was really small - it didn’t bother us too much and we had read reviews to this effect prior to booking. The only other negative was the lack of sound proofing - there was a locked door between our room and next door and we could hear them quite clearly. The same for the ceiling - the chill out area was above our room and we were awoken each morning by the banging (we think cleaning). We’re early risers so again not too much of an issue for us.
• Stephen (10/5): Exceptional - Found this little gem by accident during a stay in Siesta 2024. Thought we would like to try it in 2025 and we are are so glad we did. From the location which was so close to everywhere, to the staff who are so friendly and couldn't do enough for you, this boutique hotel has it all. We will definitely be revisting this year.
• Sharon (8/5): Fantastic ambience. Tranquil. Superb pool and area. Wonderful bali/Indonesian decor. Rooms reconfig needed. - The location was great although you need a car and the unmade path was not nice at night. General ambience of the hostel was fantastic. Patricia was brilliant, very warm and welcoming. We did not eat breakfast or food because we were fasting and wanted to join friends who live on the island in the evening. Aircon and shower pressure were excellent. Pool and area were amazing. Chilled ibiza tunes. The decor was nice however some aspects were poor and did not match the high-end price tag. The bedroom layout was very odd. It would have been better to remove the bath and have a bigger toilet as well as another sink. A long mirror in the room near a plug would have been useful to check clothing and use the hairdryer. The kitchenette was a bit old and grubby. Kitchen roll and washing-up liquid would have been a nice touch. The hot water did not work because the tank was not filling. A simple pre-check-in check would have picked it up so we had cold showers on our first night of arriving. There were tiny drain flies in the shower and basin area. But we managed to swot them. Not enough sun towels and lounges when the hostel was full upon our arrival. Might be good to have some in the garden area. “Gym” equipment and rack as well as outside garden bench were tatty. Maybe it was end of the season but it felt that some of the areas needed a little sprucing-up.

• Vee79 (10/5): Just lovely - Absolutely loved this hotel and will return.. staff were attentive as soon as we arrived and helpful. The ambiance was so peaceful :) I would of preferred breakfast a little earlier, 9am was a little late.
• Nathan (7/5): Good - The hotel was overall very clean thanks to the cleaners. The receptionist's also worked hard not just on reception but carrying out other tasks. We arrived at 9.30pm and were told the keys would be in a lock box they were not, no way of getting in the hotel as it was all locked up. Had to phone to get the keys brought to us. Once in the hotel you had the keys … but 24hrs a day the hotels entrances were locked very strange. There was also not intercom or bell so whatever time of day you arrived you could not gain access. I had to let a guest in myself and walk them to reception as he could not gain access having been there 10 minutes trying. The hotel RULES !!! no food and drink to be brought in to the hotel ,you are only allowed to purchased drink from the bar !! Well it’s not a bar!! it’s a fridge which you help yourself and write down what you had. So self service for limited drinks at inflated prices ie 3.50 euros for a small can of Estrella ,whilst at the supermarket its 85 cents !!!, where you do the same thing take it out the fridge and pay. The only way to get into town on foot is down a dirt track, which has no lighting and around 15 mins to centre. To sum up in my opinion it’s more an Airbnb than a hotel.

• Ian (9/5): Zen - We Had a poolside room a little on the small side but perfectly well thought out and the most comfortable of beds with great a/c. The poolside and bali beds are all fantastic, has is the honesty bar. The whole place in general is like heaven- so peaceful!! Thankyou to the whole Zen team and cannot wait to see you again. The location is a little difficult to find, mainly due to the main road upgrades.(sat nav & taxis find it perfectly) Also the track you need to walk along to get to the beach/ town is very dusty and dark at night- but safe!! Do not let this put you off- it all adds to the peaceful/tranquility of the place.

Rooms on the small side. Never quite understood the rules about what food could be served where. No spirits in the honesty bar - some of us like a nightcap!

• Velko (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing vibe at the place. Pool space is extremely relaxing and well looked after. Breakfast/ food is superb quality and the honest bar makes it effortless to enjoy your days by the pool with a nice drink in hand. The location is perfect for a relaxing week away from the busy part of the island and it's still 5 mins walk from a really nice beach and a busy couple of restaurants and bars at the seafront. Nothing I can think of - place was great, staff were amazing and we really had a fantastic time. Only thing to note is that the villa is quite difficult to find so make sure to call the taxi company as we had a few taxi drivers go to the wrong place.
• Jody (7/5): Relaxing, chilled, easy, stress free - Very chilled, laid back atmosphere, lovely location and surrounding restaurants, lovely staff, lovely pool area. Easy late check in with thorough clear instructions from staff and ample parking. Personally I don't like memory foam mattress/pillows....which gave me a very stiff neck and back. Late booking meant we got the last room which was tiny - which was challenging as my partner is 6'6"!

Lots of appreciated special touches like authentic Ibizan gowns in the bathroom, a circle of trust pool bar and sweet shop in reception area. The location is lovely. Would have loved this place even more if there was beach access but we knew there wasn’t and booked there anyway.

However could have been better staffed and still prefer an actual bar. bit too zen for us, could have done with some low level ambient music the emphasis on being quiet was a little stiffling. Too quiet, no bar, pool abit warm so not particularly refreshing. Although like the salt water. Breakfast expensive for the produce offered.

Breakfast is served in a pretty little area outside reception and near a lovely buddha water feature which ensures a ZEN start to the day !

• Cady (9/5): the name says it all, it is pure zen - excellent location, beautiful pool, honesty bar a lovely touch, really kind helpful staff, the turtles nothing that I didn’t like, but the room didn’t have all the amenities listed (e.g the movie menu wasn’t available during our stay) and it would have been lovely if there were some more drink choices like G&T (but that’s just a preference)
• Jimmy (10/5): Stunning and so relaxed. - We absolutely loved our time here. The staff were friendly and helpful, and it was the perfect place to begin our honeymoon. We'd recommend the afternoon tapas - and breakfast was exceptional. We hope to visit again! Nothing, it was perfect.
• Vladimir (4/5): Not coming back. - Room was much different than on the pictures. Probably around half of the size than on pictures. No Window in the room just the entrance glass door. Definitely never coming back. Worst thing is that you get a much different room than on the pictures. Absolutely not acceptable.

• N.n.h. (9/5): Superb - A lovely tranquil oasis with very nice staff. Healthy breakfast Car is needed to have the flexibility to explore the island, beaches, local markets. Nothing to comment.
• Sophie (8/5): Relaxing and peaceful - The pool. The vibe. Very chilled and relaxed. Could provide more free water. Felt counter intuitive for a zen style hotel to be selling tiny plastic bottles of water.
• Milk. (10/5): Exceptional - The staff were so friendly and helpful, the pool and whole hotel was so relaxing and tranquil, there is definitely a reason it's called IbizaZEN! I also loved the little deck for yoga or working out, so was nice in the morning to wake up and do some morning movement there.
