• Rasa (10/5): - We come back there regularly, excellent place for a short getaway. Great location, comfortable beds, very well equipped. I would highly recommend to add paper towels in the kitchen.

• Indre (10/5): Spacious house in perfect location - A spacious house for a larger family. We loved that every room has its own bathroom, the beds are comfortable, and the linens were clean and fresh. Bring plenty of firewood for the fireplace, as the draft is very strong (or maybe we just didn’t know how to use it properly), so we ended up using quite a lot. The kitchen has all the necessary dishes and utensils. Beautiful surroundings — in summer it must be a real paradise. There’s a great outdoor terrace with plenty of seating, a wonderful lake, a playground for kids, and small piers. We really appreciated that the house was warm and cozy, as we visited in late autumn. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay. As for cleanliness, there’s some room for improvement - especially inside the fridge, drawers, and the corners of the shower floor where there’s some mold. The location of the hot tub is also a bit odd, hidden behind the outdoor fireplace wall, while in other cottages it usually comes with a nicer view. :)

• Klaidas (10/5): Labai smagus apsilankymas - Graži, švari aplinka, smagus paplūdimys. Namas labai tinkamas 8 draugų kompanijai ar didelei šeimymai. Name praktiškai yra viskas ko reikia ir manau viskas veikia, bet ne viskuo pasinaudojom. Ką veikti ar neveikti pasirinkimas platus. Atskiras pagyrimas darbuotojams, taip greitai iki galo sprendžiamų reikalų dar neteko matyti, o sutikom ko gero beveik visus, super... 12 balų keliauja būtent jiems visiems Keletas smulkmenų, bet kaip minėjau darbuotojai padarė, sutvarkė ir suorganizavo viską.

• Kaukenaite (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice location, perfect outside area of the house, the lounge aream the fireplace no AC in the bedrooms, just 1 AC in the living area. The beds could have more pillows and blankets.
• Hanna (10/5): Amazing!! - Gorgeous wooden high class house right near the lake!! Spectacular view!! Unforgettable family vacation! Free Bikes! Rowing boat just a step from the house. Amazing! Great communication with staff! Will be back for sure!!!
• Aistė (9/5): Very nice place to stay with friends or family - Super nice location, the house is beautiful with a cozy terrace and not very far from the lake, area itself is very well maintained. The rooms very clean, spacious, with everything that was needed for one night stay. Staff was super helpful as well.

• Aurika (8/5): Great house for groups in summer - Nice place and nice house, loved the restaurant, highly recommend it. We visited as a couple in the autumn, would like to come back with friends in the summer. We had to pay extra for the wood to light the fireplace, which was 10EUR for the basket. Had only 2 small pillows to sleep with, the mirrors and glass doors were not clean.
• Rasa (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious villa, everything what you would need inside, comfortable rooms, nice terrace with a fireplace outside. Will definitely be back! Nights in October in Lithuania are usually already chilly, so having some wood for fireplace inside the house would be excellent. Other than that - everything was perfect.

• Mantas (10/5): Spacious house next to a lake for a big group of friends - The house is brand new and very spacious. It has a terrace surounded by pine trees and a hottub next to it. Living room has amazing fireplace at the center. Kitchen is huge with two small fridges and a freezer. The beds are very comfortable for a good night sleep. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower.

• Judita (1/5): Very nice place, but... - Good quality amenities Very nice place, BUT… The management is AWFUL and does daylight SCAMS. Recommend to avoid those apartments. Long story short - We were looking for whole apartments with a sauna and hot tub. It was clearly seen that in those apartments the services that are not relevant to us are charged separately, but the Hot Tub/Jacuzzi, Sauna, Steam Room are included in the total price. After asking hosting member for additional information about services, they have informed us that none of those services are free (sauna is not available at all). After some discussions host just offer to cancel reservation for free (and also made corrections in Booking.com)… Before arriving at those apartments, we saw in advertisement that there were 6 beds, but in reality, there was 4 beds and not 6. Moreover, on arrival at the Ranča, we were met by employee who immediately informed us that we had not paid for 8 people, as the price stated was for 2 people (which is a lie because we have paid maximum price for whole apartments). After long discussions, employee has agreed to provide the remaining keys for all the bedrooms… Finally, In the morning, we were informed that we are charged an extra 80 EUR for “additional” guests not specified at the time of booking. Few unscheduled guests arrived uninvited to congratulate one of our guests on his birthday, so they stayed for a few hours and left. In our long history of using the Booking.com, such guests who arrive for only a short, reasonable period of time are not charged. Also, nowhere in the additional conditions is it stated that pricing for additional persons is applicable We were shocked by the presentation of this situation, as we have been forced to pay even before leaving properties… We have contacted the manager about this situation, however after promising to come back with the asnwer ASAP they have just ignored us. That's one of the worst experiences.
