I loved the cleanliness, minimilistic design and comfort of the apartment. I would definitely book this apartment again for my family of 3. Nothing

Overall a great place but only issue was the wifi router was noisy (buzzing sound) and we had to turn it off at times.

- ChingWen (8/5): - 301四人房 先說優點,缺點的部分真的要看個人接受度 地點是一流的，超級方便應有盡有 巷口出去一直走就是熱鬧的弘大一條街，可以逛街到晚上12-2點之間 街口一出去有一間換匯所 餐廳與店家很多 離地鐵大約是七分鐘 白天跑行程 傍晚回到飯店小憩（午睡）晚上就是逛街購物 乾淨度蠻高的，室內燈光很充足 房間一進去有張大餐桌，走道空間大約夠2個大行李箱展開 床墊支撐不錯不會太軟（枕頭不行） 有洗衣機（無烘乾） Wifi301連不上 要連201 價位就在這裡整體而言空間不算小 熱水很熱也很快熱 缺點 缺點的部份真的要看人 廁所是乾淨的 但廁所沒有洗澡的位置 水龍頭在馬桶和洗手盆上方 當初都沒有看到這個資訊 對於習慣乾濕分離的我 非常不適應 廁所設計如果是四個人使用是相對不足 一旦有人洗澡後 廁所都是濕的 枕頭屬於低枕（羽絨枕）幾乎無支持作用 我看小孩最後放棄枕頭 直接躺床 給店主的建議 一般旅客回到飯店就是躺床滑手機 抱枕要增加 可以增加回到飯店休息時的舒適度 浴室需加裝放衣服的架子，可以設立在沐浴乳架上方 四人房即使是家人同遊也不會沒有穿衣服出廁所才穿 廁所裡面根本沒有地方可以放衣服啊 廁所

It’s in one of the quite area in Hongdae. The rooms are clean. The linen is amazing. The essential facilities are well prepared.

- Winnie (7/5): It's value for money but the facilities can be improved - I like the location, it is only 7 mins walking distance from the metro station. The host is very responsive and helpful too. It is a small room that can fit max 4 people. The facilities in the underground toilet are quite disappointing. There is a window in the toilet which makes the toilet super cold during winter time. The shower head is not located where it is supposed to be, and the hanger is facing the sink and the water will leak to the room. Another issue is when it was winter and super cold, you couldn't hang the shower head, you had to close the water which was not convenient.

It made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. The host was very responsive and replied to WhatsApp messages quickly, making communication seamless. They also provided extra bedding for my kid, which was much appreciated. The room was well-equipped with a kettle, toaster, fridge and washing machine. Check-in was easy. The host also kindly allowed us to store our luggage before and after checkout, which was very helpful. The room was a bit small for a family of five, with little space to open luggage. The kitchen had an electric stove but no pots, pans, or cooking utensils.

Extremely close to the most happening places. lot of eat out and nightlife. I stayed in A1 type property, the photos of the property while booking and actually move in is not same. I booked the room for 2 adults and 3 kids 10, 6, 3 yrs. The room i booked had 2 queen beds and 1 bathroom. Actually there is no bath area, is it just a handshower attached to washbasin to be used as a shower and a water closet. I saw few mosquitos in the bedroom. The internet in my room was not working, hence need to pick the next room internet connection. There are no wardrobes at all. Only small window, the fridge was kept in some yard area. Even if you carry normal 1 large suitcase and open it, there will not be a place to walk either in living area or in the bedroom. We have 3 large suitacases and we had great trouble arranging and sorting our stuff. This is a very small space, ideal for 1 or 2 person stay definitely not for family. Property dont have any lifts, car parking area is also small, but we did not use any cars. May be 2 cars can park at a time. There was one helper who stayed in the property and she was also very helpful. overall is okay experience.

The room is clean and good value for money. I have stayed at many accommodations in Hongdae, and when I compared them, this one was very cost-effective and good.

Hongdae main area is within walking distance and there was plenty of restaurants to eat. Apartment was not quite the same as photos advertised. Windows frames were half painted. There were no visible signs outside, making it nearly impossible to find. The building was completely unmarked, with no indication that it was the 'Oasis' we had booked. To make matters worse, the building itself looked old and run-down, which was not at all what we expected based on the listing. This lack of clear signage and the state of the building left us extremely dissatisfied. The room had significant issues, starting with the mosquito infestation. There were large mosquitoes everywhere, most likely coming in through a broken window in the bathroom. This window, which had not been repaired, served as an easy entry point for these pests, making it extremely uncomfortable to stay in the room. Additionally, the sliding door didn’t function properly—it wouldn’t slide at all—and had another broken window, creating yet another source for mosquitoes to enter. A more concerning problem was the exposed electrical wire hanging from the air conditioner, which was positioned directly above the bed. Sleeping underneath this was unnerving, as it posed a serious safety hazard. This kind of negligence in maintenance is unacceptable, especially when the room is priced at a premium. To make matters worse, the YouTube feature on the TV wasn’t working. After two frustrating hours of trying to figure out the problem, we realized a cable was missing. We had no choice but to use our own cable to connect it to the power socket, which was a needless inconvenience that could have been easily avoided if the room was properly equipped. Throughout all these issues, the host remained unresponsive. Any attempts to contact them for help or resolution were met with silence, showing a complete lack of responsibility and care. Overall, the room was advertised and priced as a luxury stay, yet it barely met the standards of a budget accommodation. The price simply didn’t match the quality, leaving us feeling overcharged and dissatisfied.

- Anastasia (7/5): Great location and the facilities were tidy and clean. Don’t stay here if you are sensitive to noise. - Location can not be faulted. Close to the subway and food and shopping. The subway line is handy to both international airlines. The noise coming through from other apartments. The other guests were noisy and you can hear everything! Children running and stomping from next door at all hours of the day, loud neighbours exiting/entering their apartment was annoying.

- Lulu.80 (8/5): Nice stay in the middle of hongdae - Very close to metro line 2, bus stops and the airport metro line. Right in the middle of hongdae, the location is great. The building is old but the apartment was restructured though there are still a few things that might need attention. Anyway the place was clean and no noise from the outside was discernable. They also allow pets to stay (we traveled with our cat) Water pressure is good, but there is no shower stall, just the shower hose.
- Matk (8/5): Very good - The facilities were amazing and the location was amazing. The place was very dusty and 2 kids slept on the top room the first night and we're covered in bites the next day.
