• Nadav (1/5): Please avoid this place - Cleanliness was decent, and it had a cool design Even though it was clean and nicely designed, the room was honestly unbearable. The only source of air in the entire dorm came from a tiny bathroom window. No windows in the room itself, no fan, nothing. After a night there I barely slept because the room felt suffocating. The ladder to the top bunk was probably the most dangerous hostel ladder I’ve ever seen. Instead of trying to make the place look “stylish,” they should focus on basic safety. One day someone is seriously going to get hurt using that thing. What frustrated me the most, though, was the attitude of the staff. The morning after my first sleepless night, around 9:00 am, I went to reception to ask if I could cancel the second night that I had accidentally booked. The receptionist was scrolling on her phone the whole time, barely even looked at me, and coldly said: “No refunds, but you can leave if you want.” After that, I actually went and booked another hostel and stayed there instead — even though I had already paid for the second night here. That’s how badly I wanted to leave. And it wasn’t just her. The general attitude from the staff made guests feel like intruders rather than customers. Easily one of the worst hostel experiences I’ve had.

• Roos (6/5): Prima maar gehorig - De locatie is fijn, en de inrichting is prachtig. Het is er heel erg gehorig. Wij sliepen op de begane grond naast de entree en we konden letterlijk alles horen. Je kreeg daardoor het gevoel dat iedereen die komt en gaat ongeveer in de je kamer staat. Waardoor geen van onze 3 overnachting echt rustig was. Verder waren de meiden van de receptie wel aardig maar echte informatie konden ze slecht leveren. En wij misten een plek om je tas neer te kunnen leggen. De kamer is niet groot maar functioneel ingedeeld. Alleen is er dus niet over de bagage nagedacht

Cuando solicitamos nos permitieran una hora más fueron muy groseros, simplemente dijeron "no se puede ya hay una reserva" y se pusieron a atender a otras personas dejandonos allí sin solución. Tuvimos problema con el tour que nos cambió la hora lo que modificaba también un poco la estadia. No sentimos que hayan sido empáticos o preocuparse por la situación.

Llamamos más de 12 veces; tocamos la puerta pusimos whatsap, y nadie respondió pese a que el anuncio decia 24 horas. Nos dejaron en la calle. Que nos dejaron en la calle. Nadie abrió y tamppcp cancelaban la.reserva que me permitiera tomar otro sitio. Realmente desagradable la.situación

No aeration system in the box nor the room not even a fan. No space in room to do anything and one hook available per person is just not enough

• John Fredy (9/5): - La atención del personal es lo que mas me gustó, en particular la atención de Belén y Mauricio Belén porque siempre estuvo pendiente de las necesidades, sugerencias para conocer y ubicarme a donde ir Mauricio porque estuvo pendiente de la alimentación, pendiente de las necesidades que tenia de alimentación y buenas opciones y modificaciones ofrecidas Quedé muy agradecido con ambas personas. La ubicación de la habitación, es una habitación privada y las costosa para ser tan ruidosa en el exterior, realmente es imposible dormir en esa habitación y no se la recomiendo a nadie

• Alena (7/5): - Die Lage und das Personal war super. Auch das Hostel ist schön aber leider wirklich sehr hellhörig. Sehr hellhörig (man hatte das Gefühl das Bett is direkt auf der Strasse) keinen Treffpunkt, Chillort ausser die Dachterasse und im Privaten Zimmer gabs keine Reinigung, so dass wir anfragen mussten um den Mülleimer (wo man ja auch das Toilettenpappier reintun muss) auszuwechseln. Preis- Leistung von dem Privatzimmer stimmt nicht.

La habitación (suite) indicaba que tenía 20m2 y un salón independiente y el cuarto eran 6m2 . No había lugar ni para poder abrir la maleta. El cuarto decía insonorizado y por la ventana se escuchaba todo y había hueco en la puerta de la habitación

La habitación no tenía ni una balda para poner cosas ni colgar nada y como estaba al lado de recepción era ruidosa. A mí no me importó porque viajo siempre con tapones para dormir pero se escucha todo y como da a la calle pues por ahí también

Realmente no está insonorizado, ni aislado, las puertas que tienen las habitaciones individuales son correderas sin más, pero no es una puerta/ventana que aísle. Entra el agua y el aire. Me hubiese gustado que limpiasen la habitación a diario.

Hanno organizzato un tour per visitare la valle del cocora ed il ragazzo con cui abbiamo fatto il percorso è stato bravissimo e dopo il tour abbiamo pranzato insieme . Un saluto a tutti lo staff 🍀
• IGNACIO (1/5): Imposible dormir - La situación es buena Es imposible dormir. El ruido de la calle es insoportable. Las habitaciones que dan a la calle no tienen directamente ventanas, solo madera y cristal que ni cierra. Se oyen las motos, caballos, el gallo de enfrente a las 5 de la mañana y las conversaciones de la calle. Es un infierno. Jamás pudimos dormir más de 3 horas. No limpian las habitaciones, incluso cuando lo pone en la habitación. No tuvimos agua caliente por la mañana y no pudimos ducharnos. La solución fue que nos duchásemos en el baño público de la recepción. Personal cero competente y no hicieron nada por ayudarnos. Han sido 3 noches en las que solo queríamos irnos. Encima caro y sin desayuno

• David (2/5): A fuir (pour la chambre individuelle) - Localisation et propreté des chambres. Confort de la literie. La chambre individuelle est petite et surtout elle donne à la fois sur la rue en RDC (avec des fenêtres simple vitrage), sur l’entrée où il y a du passage nuit et jour (et de la musique) et sur les toilettes des chambres collectives. Des boules Quiès sont fournies mais c’est insuffisant. Impossible de dormir dans cet endroit.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I had a medical problem and the manager took me to the hospital, waited with me and translated for me. I highly appreciated her help!

• Nikky (7/5): Right in the centre - It is a beautiful hostel, very new and people are super friendly. We took the private room, a pretty room with a massive tv and cute balcony. The hostel also has a nice rooftop bar & the location is perfect. If you are looking for some activities and want to get social, this is your place! This is a 'party hostel' if you ask me. Music until early in the morning, nothing wrong with that - just make sure this is what you want. This is not a place for a comfy long night, it is just too noisy. Also: for hot water - get up early!

• Martin (8/5): Great location and nice place - Really nicely decorated, super close to the main square, good hot shower. We stayed in a private double room which was a bit cramped and there was no where to put your clothes/bags other than in the narrow walkways around the bed. There was also 0 soundproofing, you could hear every horse/bike/car passing outside, ebery time the room next door opened their door, their voices and music etc.
• Laura (10/5): Excelente calidad-precio - El hotel moderno y habitaciones súper limpias y lindas, cuenta con agua caliente, la cama grande y un televisor de muy buen tamaño, el personal super amable, dan el whatsapp con el que te puedes comunicar y atienen super bien, el desayuno estaba muy bueno, tiene una azotea donde venden diferentes productos tanto de comer como de tomar, está relativamente cerca a la plaza y se pueden hacer tours con el mismo hotel. Creo que tiene una excelente calidad precio ya que era realmente cómodo, la cama muy buena dormí como bebé Personalmente no me molesta el ruido, pero no deberían poner de característica "insonorizado" si no lo es, se escucha mucho ruido en la calle, carros y caballos, afuera de la habitación también y como arriba está la azotea se escuchaban mover sillas y caer cosas. Probamos con el televisor a ver si se escuchaba por fuera de la habitación y si, se escuchaba también de adentro hacia afuera, así que no tenía nada de insonorizado. Sinceramente eso no hace mi instancia peor ya que el ruido me da igual pero habrá personas que si les moleste ya que es mucho

We shared an 8-bed room and the little pods were great and offered privacy, great to meet people and also have your own space. Would’ve maybe liked more activities a bit later in the afternoon as opposed to 17.00 or so.
• FABIAN (7/5): Buena ubicación, habitaciones ruidosas. - Lo mejor fue la ubicación y el diseño de las habitaciones que es muy acogedor. La cama es muy cómoda. Nos quedamos en Habitación privada y realmente muy ruidosa, cero aislamiento acústico, se escucha todo el ruido de la calle y de la gente que va por los pasillos, sinceramente no se puede descansar. Por otro lado la habitación no cuenta con espacio para colgar ropa o alguna mesa al menos para organizar las cosas, lo cual hace que la estadía sea incómoda.

Het personeel was heel gastvrij en gezellig en de faciliteiten waren uitstekend! Wij hebben erg genoten. Een hele kleine tip is misschien kijken naar de afzuiging van de badkamer.

• Andres (10/5): Descanso pleno en el corazon de Salento - Bindi esta muy bien ubicado, es un hostal sencillo pero muy moderno y limpio, la cama la encontre super comoda para tener un buen descanso, la ducha con agua caliente resulta muy relajante despues de todo un dia de actividades. Tuve la oportunidad de probar el desayuno y lo encontre muy rico, ideal para iniciar el dia con energia. Agradezco la gentileza que tivieron tanto el chico de la recepcion desde el check in hasta para realizar el check out asi como el gerente, quien pudo darme una solucion satisfactoria ante un error interno respecto a otra reserva. Aprecio que tengan el servicio de resguardo de equipaje, me resulto muy conveniente mientras estuve varios dias de expedicion.

The hostel is super close to the main square. I didn’t like the fact that I only got one sheet to sleep with for four nights. The rack to dry your towel in the shower was broken.

• MONICA MONSERRAT (10/5): El mejor hospedaje en Salento ! - Para de buscar hospedaje en Salento. ESTE ES EL LUGAR! BINDI no es solo un hostel, es una experiencia, son buenas vibras y es todo lo que está bien hecho. Diariamente, organizan actividades en su rooftop (que además tiene todo lo necesario para pasar un muuuyy buen rato!) ademas de excursiones para conocer distintas actividades imperdibles del EJE ☕️ Desde el día 1 tuvimos el placer de conocer a Sebastián (la mente maestra detrás de BINDI). Quien no dudó en recomendarnos restaurantes, actividades y hasta servicios que llegamos a ocupar y que fueron de bastante ayuda 🤘🏼es alguien que si tienes un problema, buscará darte una solución y siempre de la mejor manera Espacios limpios cómodos y la energía del lugar simplemente única. Si buscas un sitio donde sentirte bienvenido y conocer gente increíble, este es el hostal perfecto. Definitivamente volveremos 🤙🏼 Todo increíble
• Sebastian (10/5): 100% recomendable - Las instalaciones del lugar eran muy cómodas, pero por sobre todo la calidez del personal. Manu, Mauricio y Caroline fueron de una amabilidad, simpatía y cercanía con sus huéspedes que no se ve en todos lados. Las actividades que organizan para todos y todas, las recomendaciones y la comida muy rica que ofrecen es increíble. De verdad ellos hacen de este lugar un espacio muy cómodo y divertido para los pasajeros. No hay punto negativos, solo que a nuestra llegada no estaba disponible el secador de pelo pero resolvieron esto muy rápido y nos entregaron uno para el uso.
• Alba (10/5): El mejor hostal de Salento - Hostal muy nuevo, con unas instalaciones increíbles. Hacen muchas actividades para conocer gente, Manu, es un encanto de persona y hace que te sientas como en casa.

• Irene (10/5): - Todo maravilloso, la habitación preciosa con balcón a la calle, el desayuno en el rooftop increíble pero lo mejor de todo fue el personal: trato inmejorable por todas y cada una de las personas que trabajan en Bindi, nos sentimos como en casa. También la ubicación, a pocos metros de la plaza de Salento Como única pega diría que se escucha mucho ruido del exterior pero es una habitación que está en una primera planta que da directa a la calle
