• Shkurta (8/5): Would recommend, we loved it! - We liked all the facilities and bathroom products provided. The stay was overall very nice. Heating provided. Comfortable beds. Wi-fi was amazing! We didn’t like ants from the bathroom window!

• hechek (1/5): Imaju li korisnici ove aplikacije ikakvu zaštitu od Vas u ovakvim slučajevima? - Najgore iskustvo na Bookingu ikad doživljeno.Otkazan mi je aranžman pola sata prije ulaska u apartman sa obrazloženjem o tehničkim problemima.Na pitanje šta da radim jer sam 400 km od svoje kuće u 16 i 30 h subotom dobio sam odgovor da se sam snalazim.Čak sam morao Ja otkazati jer navodno vlasnik nema tu mogučnost.Sramota,odvratno FUJ.Nisu htjeli oni otkazati jer bi vjerovatno plačali penale.Ovako sam bio primoran platiti 100 Eura više da ne bi bio na ulici i skroz poremečen plan boravka.

• Pavlin (3/5): - Gospodin koji nas je dočekao popravljajući vrata na tuš kabini bio je iznimno ljubazan i susretljiv. Jedino je on pozitivno, a da je vezano za smještaj. I madraci na krevetima su odlični. Apartman je u podrumu i jako se osjeti vlaga. Hladno je i vidi se da je sve još u fazi radova, ispod umivaonika curi voda, pipe su u lošem stanju, tuš isto, za pokriti se imate plahtu i u ormaru nešto kao poplun, ali nemate presvlaku, pa je nehigijenski. Doslovno ste u hladnom i vlažnom podrumu, i nije baš čisto, ali dobijete cijeli tekst o tome što ne smijete, pa čak i koliko smeća smijete ostaviti. Prevelika cijena za ono što se nudi. Na fotkama sve izgleda puno ugodnije, nego kada ste tamo.

• Rudak (10/5): - Чисто , затишно, центр, всюди близько пішки. Якби залишили капсулу для прання , і чай з цукром , булоб прям дуже в нагоді. Але це так побажання а не обов'язок. Ще діти розлили воду і я не знайшла швабри чи ганчірки щоб прибрати. І сушки для прання не вистачало, не було де розвісити.

• Károly (10/5): good location, kind hosts, cool temperature in the apartment - The lady who helped to get the keys was super friendly and helpful. Although I was not precise and forgot to check the check in time, we arrived around midday and this way that they let us get the keys sooner, we could have a fantastic siesta time with our 15 months old son. It was essential. The apartment was in the basement level so it was super cool while outside it was around 30 degree celsius. The city center is 15 min on foot and the neighbourhood is calm. Breakfast is 5 min walking distance. We loved to stay there, hope we will be back some day. The old man who was renovating the house's other flats was coming in, and was extremely kind and cheerfull with us!

• Desiree (5/5): Passable. - It was cute. It was cold and humid. Additionally, we left some food on the table, and the next morning we woke up with ants in our food. I have to highlight that we did not leave any remainings, as we left the food adequately closed in bags.
• Davor (9/5): No issues whatsoever.. - Comfy apartment in a quiet street. Leisurely 15 min walk to the main city square. Recomended.. :D Parking place hard to find after work hours.
• Florian (2/5): Very poor - The garden is nice The appartment is dirty în a basement with small windows and humidity. It smells bad. Strong smell of mold in the kitchen furniture.There is no TV, no AC, and a lot of musquitos. Avoid it.
• Marijan (2/5): Bad. Except for location. - The location is good, just a few minutes walk from Britanski Trg. Parking on the street is available, that is II.1 ZONA, for which 8 Euro is a daily ticket. A day before arrival, we got a message that check-in is between 17:30 and 18:00 and not at 16:00 as stipulated in the "house rules" section on booking.com. That is outright rude, but we had no other option but to comply with it and go along. Had I known check-in was from 18:00 I would have booked another property, but finding that out a day before arrival meant we could not cancel anymore without further complications. Once arrived, the flat was full of mosquitos as there was an insect net installed only on one window, but not on the other four. The water boiler was turned off even if the hosts knew we were arriving shortly. So, we had to wait further to take a shower. Kids showered with cold water. Lack of toilet paper was the least of a problem, but that should be mentioned too. The apartment is located in the basement and that is not disclosed anywhere in the description on the site. It comes with the usual smell of dampness in the staircase leading down to the apartment. What is also wrongly advertised is that it says in the apartment description: "A flat-screen TV is featured" but there is nothing as such. To put it shortly, these people should not be in the hospitality business without learning to be honest with their guests.
