- Eun Joo (10/5): I am very satisfied! - I really like this place and if I come back to Busan, I will stay here again. Convenient location, amenities like apartment, quiet places and many restaurants and stores including Lotte department store are all in walking distance. One thing I would like to mention is throwing garbage was not easy, I think this might come from the government’s policy - separate collection. I often dreamed my place’s(California, USA) lean policy. Overall, very very good place. Thanks.

- YI CHUAN (10/5): 便宜舒適的住宿 - 位置離西面地鐵12號出口很近，且樓下就有超商，附近也很多吃的。房間乾淨，應有盡有，整體很舒適，下次來還會來住！

- ETSUKO (10/5): - 施設は綺麗で、駅からも近く便利でした。 事前に送られてくるチェックインの手順などのメールが、分かりにくかったです。前日にオンラインチェックイン出来るのかと思いましたが、当日のチェックイン予定時間の30分前くらいにルームナンバーとドアナンバーが送られて来て部屋に入れる流れでした。 ただ、メールでの問い合わせには早いレスポンスで良かったです。

- IKUKO (8/5): - フロントが無い分不安でしたが、色々わからないことや困った時にメールでの対応ですが、きちんと短時間でメールの返信も対応していただき、良かったです。 立地も1号線西面駅12番出口からすぐ、下にコンビニもあるのでとても良かったです。お部屋とても綺麗でした。シャワーだけがトイレと共同なので狭いため、トイレまで水しぶきが飛び濡れてしまうので星4にさせていただきました。気にならない人なら、コスパも良いし、とても良いと思います。
- MASASHI (6/5): 不満なし - 全体的に綺麗でよかった。 しかしカーテンがなく朝は少し眩しさを感じました トイレの奥にシャワーがあるのだが、押扉だったのでドアが邪魔で入りにくかった その他不満はなく快適に過ごせました

- Kylie (10/5): - This place was super clean and having an in-room washing machine was very convenient. Walkable to Seomyeon street and the Metro. Checkin was a little confusing beforehand, since there is no desk. You are emailed the code to your room at check in time, thats it.

- Verified traveler (10/5): 非常好 - 地點非常好，離地鐵入出口步行1分鐘即可到達。入住手續很輕鬆方便，密碼鎖可免除攜帶鑰匙或房卡的困擾。內部設施相當齊全且非常乾淨舒適，惟最後一晚熱水不夠熱。未來再到釜山，我會再選擇該飯店，謝謝！
- Thien-Thanh (10/5): - We really liked this place. The room was comfortable, clean, and perfect for our stay. Check-in was handled via email only (which might be a bit challenging for elderly people), and communication was also exclusively through email. For us, this way of communicating was perfectly fine. Response time was very fast and helpful.

- Michelle (10/5): - Great no contact property for a short term stay. It's great because you can easily open the window when the room gets too hot. just enough space to feel not cramped. It is also good because it includes a washing machine (no dryer) with drying rack.

There is also a washer, and small kitchen equipped with a microwave, large fridge, stove, pots and dishes, which we didn't use since there were many restaurants in the surrounding area.

- Kawon (4/5): - 갖추고 있는 시설은 주방용품 등이 참 편하고 좋은데(세탁기도있고 건조대도 있고) 위생불량합니다. 체크인했는데 세탁기에 남의 양말 들어있고 화장실 벽에 남의 머리카락이 떡하니 붙어있고. 침구는 흰색이긴 한데 먼지 붙어있고 까슬해서 거슬렸어요.

- Toshitake (8/5): - 便利な立地、綺麗な施設、対人のチェックイン手続きもなく、届くメールの番号だけで部屋に入れるのは楽。シャワーの水圧が低いのと、シャワーカーテンが無いのが少し残念ですが、快適でした。
- MAIKO (8/5): - 10月22日から3泊しました。 西面駅の12番出口から徒歩2,3分の距離で、滞在中に雨が降った際もあまり濡れることなく移動できました。 連泊でしたが、滞在中の清掃はなく、清掃してほしいと伝える手段がないのが少し残念だな、と思いました。 部屋は少し狭いながらも静かでゆっくりできて、短期滞在ならおすすめできる場所でした。
- Verified traveler (10/5): 地點佳，拉行李很方便 - 住宿體驗很棒，環境很乾淨，寄放行李很方便，距離地鐵站很近還有電梯，拉行李一點都不累，宵夜想吃炸雞超讚，對面就是橋村炸雞，地理位置佳，大推，住宿費用便宜也不貴～

- Cyril (8/5): Bien… mais mauvaise surprise d’alarme incendie - Chambre propre et fonctionnelle, pas très grande mais on pour deux. Malheureusement, il y a eu l’alarme incendie à 5 heures du matin avec lumières clignotantes, alarme et message d’une voix. Cela a duré plusieurs minutes et plusieurs voisins étaient surpris en pyjama sur le pallier. Puis la voix a annoncé que c’était juste un exercice d’alarme et que tout était ok. Je trouve cela un peu abusé de faire subir cela à. 5h du matin dans un immeuble proposant du service d’hôtellerie. Il y a des horaires plus convenables. Nous n’avons pas pu nous rendormir après cela.

Heads up, the washing machine is only to wash clothes not to dry, but there is a nice hanging rack in the closet. Recommend to run “dehydrate” 1 more time (10 minutes) and it will take out more mositure.
