• Alena (10/5): Хорошее место для семьи или компании - Отличное расположение. Поблизости магазины с прекрасным ассортиментом. Остановка автобуса до выставочного центра буквально за углом. Центр города в пешей доступности. В квартире есть все необходимое. Вообще очень живописное место. И вполне аутентичное. К сожалению, нам не очень повезло с погодой - все время шел дождь. Из-за влажности почти не сохла одежда. Но в квартире были зонты, А буквально в квартале от нас начинались сплошные аркады, так что дождь беспокоил только при переходе через дорогу.

• serge (6/5): Bologne est une très belle ville mais l'éloignement de la résidence ne permet d'en profiter !... - La réactivité de l'hôte , le calme et la sécurité de la résidence et surtout le parking privé pour le véhicule !.... Des cafés et des restaurants d'un très bon rapport qualité/prix juste à côté du logement . Le centre ville est trop loin , 45 minutes à pied même si l'arrêt de bus est juste en face de la résidence , ceux-ci sont toujours bondés , compliqué avec des enfants ou pour des personnes âgées ou à mobilité réduite .

• RomLV (8/5): Court séjour à Bologna - Les espaces de l'appartement sont généreux. Le parking privé et sécurisé. L'appartement est très bien équipé. La literie et le canapé ne sont pas très confortables mais acceptables. L'accès de la SDB par la chambre mais nous avions réservé en connaissance de cause.

• Ivo (10/5): A rivederci presto - La casa è in una posizione ottimale, a due passi c'è una fermata degli autobus per andare in centro. Il parcheggio interno è comodissimo, all' interno della casa si respira un profumo di pulito, il proprietario Roberto, è disponibile, gentile, premuroso, attento ad ogni nostra esigenza. La casa ha un bel bagno grande, con doccia, le stanze sono comode e spaziose. Se vogliamo trovare una pecca, sostituirei il divano.

The place is really fancy, used to be a monostary in the past. The flat is nice and spacios. Bathroom is attached to one of the room

• Konrad (10/5): - Pierwszy pobyt w Bolonii bardzo udany. Apartament czysty i w pełni wyposażony, z klimatyzacją. Widok z sypialni na piękny dziedziniec z arkadami. Prywatne miejsce na wewnętrznym parkingu. Otrzymuje się klucze z piootem do bramy i furtki. Zatrzymując się tu poczuliśmy klimat Włoch i Bolonii. Stały kontakt z miłą właścicielką. Bardzo polecamy.

The nearby restaurant was a delightful surprise—delicious and welcoming, making our evenings effortlessly enjoyable. Honestly, it was everything we’d hoped for and more—a place we'd be thrilled to return to. There was nothing we didn’t like – everything was perfect. • Eva (9/5): Really nice stay in Bologna! - If I could suggest something: it would be nice to have the option of low lighting and more hangers for towels.
• Rangelov (8/5): Good enough stay and not far from the centre. - The property is good value for money, it has everything you would need to stay for a couple of nights. It also has cafes and places to dat nearby, as well as bus stops to quickly reach the centre of the city. The host was really helpful and she let us use the parking spot for a few hours after we had to check out because we had a later flight. Overall a good stay! A few minor things to note - the TV is not smart so unless you’re Italian, you won’t be able to watch anything. There was a bit of an odd smell in the apartment, but you get used to it quickly. And as others have already stated - you don’t have a door separating the kitchen from the second bedroom, and the boiler is positioned next to one of the beds there and makes a noise when it’s heating water.
• Jana (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment looked exactly as in the pictures, it was spacious and we felt comfortable there. We were welcomed in person and instructions were clear. Area is nice and safe, many restaurants around. We enjoyed our stay. :) Second room doesn't have door, but it's separated from living room and kitchen by movable partition.
• Kardašová (7/5): Good - Great communication with the host, parking place available, good location. One bedroom is a corridor to the bathroom, which we knew and were ok with. But this bedroom does not have a door to the main room (with a kitchen and entrace door) and there is a water heater located in it, right next to one of the beds. That makes the room noisy, not good night's sleep.

• Magda (6/5): good for one night - good location, walk to the old part of the city about 25 minutes, bus stop under the building, close to a large supermarket, parking inside the courtyard, hassle-free check-out process, bar with coffee and breakfast in the same building, the host allowed us to check in early the air conditioning is old and cannot cool the rooms as it is only in the kitchen, there are fans in the bedrooms, but they are very noisy at night, in the bedroom with bathroom there is no door, only a screen, so if you are traveling with friends there is no privacy, and every time you turn on the light in the bathroom at night it woke us up in this bedroom, very short beds for a 1.8 m person, half of the legs were sticking out, there are low cabinets hanging above the beds in the bedroom, my partner broke his head when getting up, there is no shower head in the bathroom, there is no way to wash only your hair - you have to take a shower or wash your hair in the sink, upon arrival there was a strange unpleasant smell in the apartment - perhaps too strong chemicals used for cleaning.
• Jessica (10/5): Amazing - We are a family with a 1,5 year old son. It was such a nice suprise that the host has left in the flat some toys. There were everything in the flat we needed. We did not miss anything. The location is good. Just 1 min from the flat is a gelateria with amazing gelato. The host let us stay in the apartment even after check out time so our son could nap before evening flight. We loved our stay.

• Alice (9/5): Great location and amazing flat with private parking - Great location just outside the historical center of the city. Fantastic internal courtyard with private parking that makes the place very quiet despite being on a big street so close to the center. The beautiful flat has everything you might need. The beds were very comfortable and the internet connection was the best we had in Italy. Huge supermarket just a few meters away and very nice restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Very good communication with the host. It was a pity we only stayed one night!
• Yvonne (7/5): Adequate for one night stay. Staff were responsive to communication but difficult to coordinate . Be aware the hosts are - Very secure and characterful old building. Second bedroom only good for children, tight space, no bedside table or hooks. Bathroom had dirty mops and cleaning products, first thing you see. Place a bit tired, could do with a deep clean.

In the apartment you can find everything what you will need for great and peaceful stay. Big bonus for the closed and safe parking for the car inside the condominium. Location is perfect, because it is very close to the old town of Bologna, walking distance. In vicinity of the apartment are supermarkets (INs and CONAD), restaurants, café bars, salumeria's, enoteca's and much more.

• Dumitru (8/5): Very good - The host, Roberto, is an extraordinary man. The apartment is clean, well equipped, close to a train and bus station, has a supermarket very close. The small bedroom has no entrance door, just a screen. Access to the only bathroom is through the small bedroom. The boiler is also installed in the small bedroom and makes a noise when the heat and hot water in the bathroom and kitchen come on.

• Tianxue (10/5): The few days I lived here were very comfortable and warm. Thank you for the host's hospitality. - The host, Roberto, is very friendly and helped us a lot. Contact us in advance before we arrive to inquire about our arrival time and whether we need a car. When we arrived, we were also asked if we lived comfortably and if there was anything we needed. Because we need to do nucleic acid in Bologna when we return to China, the clinic we found for the first time was in Italian on the phone, which we couldn't understand. Roberto helped us make a call enthusiastically and said he could take us there if we couldn't speak the language when we arrived at the clinic. Later, we did the nucleic acid in the exhibition hall, but we needed to print a paper report, which was also printed out with Roberto's help. Thank you very much. During the stay, there was another small episode. The key broke at some point. After contacting Roberto, he gave us a new one immediately. On the last day, Roberto sent us to the airport. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you may need to cook at home. The second room with the twin beds could use something to make it more private, but otherwise good for family to use as an extra room.
