• ele (9/5): - La cercanía al centro en unos minutos. El trato del Anfitrión inmejorable, en contacto con nosotros todo el rato y nos ofrecieron una plaza de garaje por un precio muy barato para así ahorrarnos buscar parking que era complicado.
• Sandra Polšak (10/5): - Sve je bilo kao na slikama, apartman je u samom centru Murcie i sve se može obaviti hodanjem ili busom. Apartman je malo glasan i sve se čuje pošto u ulici ljudi rade i žive. Sve ostalo je bilo super. Apartman je u prizemlju i sve se čuje.

• Léane (8/5): - L’emplacement est vraiment superbe, l’appartement est proche des commerces et à 10min du centre ville de Murcie. La déco est sobre mais efficace, on s’y sent bien. Étant au rez de chaussé, l’appartement manque un peu de luminosité. Il est difficile d’avoir de l’eau chaude pour 3 personnes lors de la douche.

• VIVEK (7/5): Good location - Good location, walkable to train station and town center Sofa bed in the living room isn't the most comfortable. also, since it's on the ground floor, you can hear any noise from the street and lights from cars passing by is visible in the living room(bedroom has proper blinds so it's better).

• Oxana (1/5): - Было не грязно. Стабильный интернет. Перед заездом уточнили у хозяина, есть ли стиральный порошок (мы заезжали поздно, не были уверены, что успеем купить). Он заверил, что есть. Порошка не оказалось. В душе не работает сток и вода вытекает на пол. Также течёт бойлер. Мы поставили 2 кастрюли. Я написала хозяину, что такая цена неадекватна для номера без душа. Он ответил только после нашего отъезда, что проблема возникла внезапно и они ее решают. Но это не соответствует реальности - в ванной плинтуса, дверь повело от прошлых (как видно) более масштабных потопов, фитинги позеленели. Окна и дверь объекта выходят на улицу. То есть открыть окно не представляется возможным. Нет чайника, фена. Есть стиральная машинка с сушилкой, но надо иметь свой парашок. Вещи после сушилки влажные, развешивать негде. Одеяла в пятнах, пододеяльников нет, надо заматывать в гигантские простыни.

• Arroyo (3/5): - Por lo general nada Es una planta baja y si abris la venta ya te están mirando desde la ventana desde la calle pegado ala vedera, la habitación sin aireacondiciondo ni ventilador con el calor fuerte de Murcia no se puede dormir tranquilo ,solo hay un aireacondicionado pequeño en el estar, el baño larga un olor a humedad insoportable que agarra todo el establecimiento porque esta en el fondo sin ventilación desde la primera noche de los tres noches me agarró un dolor de cabeza muy fuerte debido al olor de la humedad insoportable

• Judith (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is in a great location , very clean, everything you need for cooking ect free WiFi plus Netflix Couldn't fault anything
• Radu (10/5): Perfect for a city break - Clean, well positioned, friendly host. Everything was perfect. The internet was working as I have sent some urgent emails, as well as the coffee machine. There was a nice kitchen but I didn't use it. I cannot complain of anything as I have had a really short stay in Murcia due to my schedule, so I have used the apartment only for rest and shower.

• Małgorzata (9/5): Superb - - Clean and spacious apartment equipped with everything you may need. Even washing mashine with a dryer. - Very good location. Close to train station, bus stops and it's easy to reach bus terminal. Nice grocery store is just 100m away. - Friendly host.

Even though the Host could not meet me on arrival, as agreed , she was very responsive with all the queries that I had. Being able to watch Netflix was a great plus Bit of a walk to the old part of town
