• Jutta Schumann (8/5): Sehr gute Lage, aber einige Nachteile - Die Lage der Anlage ist wirklich gut. Alles wichtige in der Nähe: Supermarkt, Restaurants, Strand, Parkplatz, Bushaltestelle. Nur zu den Fernbussen ist es entweder etwas weiter zu laufen oder man muss 1x umsteigen. Die Anlage mit dem Pool in der Mitte ist sehr schön. Es gibt in den Schlafzimmern genügend Platz in Schränken bzw. einer Kommode und einen Spiegel. Der kaputte Toaster wurde prompt ausgewechselt. Es ist eine Randwohnung innerhalb der Anlage. Das bedeutet: Schlafzimmer zur Straße, weitester Weg zum Pool. Die Terrasse ist nur durch eine Mauer getrennt direkt an der Straße. Die Straße ist wenig befahren, aber trotzdem zuweilen sehr laut. Die Wohnung ist anonym eingerichtet, die Möbel sind alt, Sofatisch mit großen Rotweinflecken, Esstisch und Stühle aus Plastik und abgenutzt. Kaputte Griffe in der Küche, kaputter Haken im Bad. Nachts stört eine Pumpe, die sehr regelmäßig für ein paar Sekunden anspringt. Im Bad war oft schlechter Geruch nach Kanalisation. Die durchgehende Federkernmatratze im Doppelbett ist sehr hart und unbequem und man spürt jede Bewegung des Partners. Diese Nachteile relativieren den "guten" Preis.
• Nathalie (9/5): Familienquartier mit tollem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - Das Quartier war perfekt. Ich habe diesmal lange gesucht nach einem passenden Quartier und trotzdem hat es hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Es ist in einer ruhigen Lage (Jalousien im Schlafzimmer oben schließen) und trotzdem nah beim Zentrum. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Gleich ums Eck sind der Supermarkt Poplife und der Bus 612 zum Flughafen. Es gibt zwei Terrassen - eine mit Morgensonne und Markise, die andere ist überdacht (meine Kids haben sie geliebt). Man hat ein ganzes Haus für sich mit der Atmosphäre eines Familienwohnortes, statt einem sterilen Hotelzimmer. In der Küche gibt es eine eigene Trinkwasseraufbereitung. Vor der Anreise bekamen wir ganz genaue Anweisungen für Schlüssel und Eingang und Evita hat sofort auf eine Anfrage reagiert. Ich finde das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis wirklich gut und die Realität besser als die Fotos - darum gebe ich noch ein paar Bilder dazu. Es gibt ein paar Kleinigkeiten - wie in jedem normalen Familienhaus.

• Joko (8/5): - Bliskość do morza i sklepów, spokój, podczas ciepłych miesięcy idealne miejsce z basenem. Byliśmy w 5 osób niestety miejsce nadaje się tylko dla 4 osób, wersalka na dole nie nadaje się do spania. Właścicielka zareagowała szybko i przywieźli łóżko polowe, które było jeszcze bardziej niewygodne. W dzień odlotu pozwolono nam zostać do 14.30 co było bardzo miłym gestem.

Mysigt område, Två av sängarna hade inte rena lakan/kuddvar….hittade sminkpad i ena sängen och kuddvaren luktade använt/smutigt hår. Hade varit bra med fler husgeråd, tex ugnsfomar och stekspadar.

• Louise (7/5): Pleasant stay in a great location maybe due for a bit of updating but would stay again - This property was in a great location only a few minutes walk from bars restaurants and the sea front. The owners/ managers were accessible when we had a minor issue. Air con was great We had a comfortable stay It was a little dated and lacking a bit of equipment ie no microwave (maybe take it off the equipment list) or bottle opener and limited pots and pans when cooking a meal. Also the safe didn't work due to a previous misplaced key. Generally clean but the shower/ tiles could do with a deep clean or replacing
• LYNWEN (8/5): - Beds were comfortable, bathroom and toilets clean. Kitchen was lacking a couple of things such as a towel for drying dishes and could have done with some kitchen roll as well. Happy with the location. There was a loud vibration upstairs that lasted a couple of minutes each time. This did have an impact on our sleep.

• Makek (9/5): - Das Appartement/Haus war top. Habe gut geschlafen, obwohl ich häufiger zu Rückenproblemen neige. Hatte ich im Doppelbett tatsächlich nicht. Es war geräumig, der Außenbereich war angenehm, jedes Zimmer hat eine eigene Klimaanlage. Zudem gibt es dort tatsächlich Mückengitter!👍 Die Lage zu bewerten ist ja immer sehr individuell, je nachdem, worauf man Wert legt. Für uns war es hervorragend. Die Anlage war durchaus ruhig gelegen, gepflegt und mit einem ausreichenden Pool ausgestattet. Man war in 3 Minuten im Supermarkt und in 5 Minuten begann schon der Bereich mit Bars. Zum Sandstrand waren es ca. 15 Minuten. Zur Promenade maximal 10. Ebenso zu den nächsten Restaurants. Wir werden definitiv wieder buchen.

• Amr (9/5): Superb - Location was i described about 5 to 10 minutes walk to the beach, 2 minutes walking to reach a big supermarket, free parking. The Apartment was good in general and had a swimming pool. The host is super helpful and very fast in responding to any messages, which is very important. Would I come back again to this apartment? The answer is yes I would. Duvets were not very comfortable. More lights are needed in the Bathroom for a better shave 😃.

The 1st floor bedroom, the bed was very uncomfortable, and there were no pillowcases on the pillows. Why there is a desk in the bedroom on a holiday let is beyond me as it took up a lot of room and needed a dressing table and mirror

• Deborah (6/5): Nice enough place.would go back if it was cleaner - Quiet area but close to main area/ harbour Pool was nice and quiet People were friendly Felt safe and secure Owners responded quickly to queries. Air con was a god send I had read the reviews which were good and said it was very clean but we felt it could’ve been cleaner especially the bottom of the shower and around windows. Cobwebs on the terrace walls which isn’t nice if you are eating out there. There were handles missing off kitchen cupboards which could’ve been an easy fix as the handles were still there. Some of the cups in the cupboard were dirty. The safe wasn’t working it wasn’t a big issue because the property is quite secure.

• Oonagh (8/5): Average stay overall but would pick somewhere better next time - Good location and spacious property well laid out. Lack of information - there was no guest welcome information pack at the property. There was no furniture for the front patio so that was unusable. The sunbeds at the pool were dirty.

• Krzysztof (10/5): Great apartment in Kato Pafos near the sea - The best choice to stay in Pafos! The apartment is perfectly located in Kato Pafos, so we could easily explore the city on foot. There’s a bus stop for the 612 line (airport shuttle bus) just a few steps away, and the neighborhood is filled with many restaurants, car rentals and shops. The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped. Above all, the hosts are incredibly friendly, helpful, and always reachable

• Michael (9/5): Great lovely accommodation easy to find straight up from bars when been out on the ale - property very close to all bars shops and sea front and quite no drunks etc also only 15 min walk to donkey and cat sanctuary , 5 min walk to charity shop for animals, pool clean and quite most of the time. Always hot water air-con in summer oh and few locals cats which we like to see etc.tv could not work owner offered to fix but not really interested in tv internet was great as I needed to use for work few times, nice and clean could use a few more cups glasses and another cooking pan sauce pan and a few extra items for cooking

• Nigel (8/5): Very clean/modern property that's in a good location. - The accommodation was the most modern/up to date we have ever stayed at in Pafos. It was very clean and bigger than we thought. Everything worked well with hot water and good pressure. Kitchen appliances all Bosch. Good location with Super market 120 metres away and close to tourist area of Pafos. Excellent Air con and available in Living room. Good comm's from owner. Sound insulation between neighbours. Main concern is availability of Sunbeds/Mattresses at pool. They are all marked up with other owners house numbers and you felt you were using other people's property. We could not find any for sole use for our property. Considering that the pool(which was very nice) is a big asset to any holiday we think this needs to be addressed by having beds allocated for use for all of this owners properties.
• Elitsa (10/5): Spacious, comfortable condo with a perfect location. - Spacious, comfortable condo with a perfect location. Just a few hundred meters from a supermarket and one of the main streets with bars, yet in a very calm and quiet area. The appartment itself is a part of a complex, but also has a private secluded patio with access directly to the pool and the nice garden. Free municipality parking lot very close, and parking spots on the back street. Easy access by foot or by car to main areas of Paphos. Bus stop to the airport, Tombs of Kings, and the waterpark very close by. Very easy check in instructions and super responsive host! My only reccomendation for the host is to think of supplying wine glasses and a few blankets for when we want to stay outdoors in the evenings.

• Cristina (10/5): Great family stay! - We had an amazing stay. It’s a good size house with two bedrooms, 1 and 1/2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen. Great that you have the small courtyard in the back where we drank our coffee and fed the neighborhood cats :) Kitchen - the basics plus washing machine and nespresso coffee maker !!! Water pressure is really good as long as you keep the water pump turned on. It’s near the bathroom door and it’s written not to turn it off :) Hot water is not a problem as long as you remember to turn the boiler on in the evening or morning. Blue button near the bathroom door. During the day water is heated via solar panels, so no worries. One TV in the living room- smart so you can have netflix and they have all UK SkyShowtime programs Great communication with the owners :) I really do recommend this place for families. Absolutely nothing to complain about.

The amenities in the apt were great, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, iron/board, hairdryer The fact you didn't need to take travel adapters as 3 pin sockets I would book again despite the flaws There was nowhere to hang any wet towels or clothes so I would invest in a pull out line The sofa was absolutely disgusting, full of marks that could of easily been rectified with a throw non of the towels provided were clean so I would highly recommend purchasing new ones I also would clean in between the windows and shutters as so much muck which doesn't look good and only takes a hoover nozzle to do
• Martin (10/5): Very nice apartment in good location. - Excellent location, walking distance from food market, close to sea and archeological park. Basic equipment in the kitchen to prepare food and coffee/tea. We enjoyed the stay. We had some problem with electricity, which was solved immediately by hosts. Quite area with swimming pool behind apartment. We enjoyed our stay and fully recommend this apartment.
• Maskovska (8/5): Nerina in February - Very good location. Only about 5 min walk from a fairly large supermarket with a good selection of food/household items. Lots of bars/restaurant within walking distance. Around 15 min walk from Paphos Harbour- main bus stop and the Archeological site. The apartment was very spacious and clean. It had everything that we needed. Beds were very comfortable. The bedding and towels were clean and soft. We used swimming pool on several occasions and this was very good. It was very easy to contact the host who responded very quickly.

Checked in on us and provided a beautiful space for us to enjoy our visit. Well equipped kitchen if you feel up to cooking on your holiday. Stunning outdoor area to enjoy the hot evening's, and easy access to a great pool that you can enjoy after sightseeing in the Cyprus heat! We loved our stay in Nerina and would definitely be back!
