• ccakmak (8/5): A convenient and comfortable apartment in a great location, ideal for exploring Milan - The apartment is comfortable and in a very central location. The host is very helpful. The location is excellent: it’s easy to walk to the center of Milan. The apartment is small but has everything you need, and it works particularly well for a solo traveler. The complex can be a bit noisy some mornings due to courtyard cleaning and trash collection. I struggled a little with the entry code system at first. The host helped quickly, but clear instructions in advance would have been helpful so I wouldn’t have needed to call. The apartment could benefit from small updates, such as a fresh coat of paint, improved lighting around the entrance and potentially a wider entry door.
• Szabina05 (6/5): Location great, only for sleeping - The location was great; it is a cute little flat. The design is nice. It is for 2 people and not more. How to get into the house was not an easy way. Maybe it needs further instructions. Secondly, there were very few things available. Perhaps paper towels, napkins, and a knife for cutting could be provided. There was only one coffee pot and sugar. We stayed for 2 nights, but there were not enough coffee pots. The fridge is not intended for two people to stay in and keep food for the next morning. It was a mini fridge; we could barely keep anything in it. I think the owner should invest a bit more in the room. Some shelves could be drilled on the bathroom wall to save space around the sink. Basically, the flat is for sleep, which we understood, but it needs more investment. It was a wonderful location, but it has to be considered who the flat is catering to. Our review is purely constructive feedback and does not bring the score down. The owner was available when we had issue, but entering the flat is not a very well instructed or we were not understanding fully :(

La struttura molto carina con un bellissimo pavimento originale dal colore azzurro. L’Host è stato molto gentile e disponibile per risolvere un piccolo problema per accedere alla struttura dove è stato prontamente risolto. Tutto ok, l’unica cosa da rivedere è stata la doccia che secondo le mie esigenze, avendo i capelli lunghi era scomoda poiché l’acqua scaricava lentamente.

• Olena (5/5): Passable - Location is great The apartment is not prepared for living. There is no knife, microwave, drawers, or space for belongings, nor a coat rack. We stayed in the apartment for 4 days, and no one cleaned it. Additionally, there were no cleaning supplies provided for us to clean ourselves, not even to wash the dishes. We had to clean them with soap and warm water. There isn’t even a toilet brush.
• Tîrnovan (1/5): Bad - The location was good, right in the city center. It was the worst experience I've ever had with a booked apartment. The place was filthy—dirty walls that seemed like they had never been whitewashed since the building's construction. The bathroom was so unhygienic that I couldn’t bring myself to take a shower. The entire apartment had a bad odor, felt poorly ventilated, and to make matters worse, the heat was off. After a long journey, we arrived to a cold, unwelcoming space.

• André (4/5): Disappointing - Central location in a quiet neighborhood. The directions to find the apartment were confusing. The only information provided was the building's door number (10), but inside, there are dozens of apartments spread across different floors. Finding the right one was a matter of guessing. The TV was faulty. Although it was listed as an amenity, it didn’t work, and no discount was offered when I reported the issue to the property management.

A microwave would have been useful. Toilet seat was wiggly and was not checked beforehand. There were no concise instruction manuals on how to operate water and apartment heating, had to message host.

• Karen (10/5): Small but perfectly formed! - It is an excellent position, easy to walk to the centre of Milan but also on the edge of Nivigli area which is great for bars and restaurants. The apartment is small but has everything you need and the entry instructions were very clear. The kettle turned itself off occasionally, but nothing major!
• Gabriele (5/5): Good location, but very essential apartment. - The location of the apartment is good, between the Navigli and the centre. The apartment is funished with the bare minimum: the is a sink but no cooking facilities - not even a kettle or a toaster. Toiletries for two days consisted in one sachet of soap per person - not even hand soap was available, and only one sheet of linen to cover the bed. Essential is ok, but this is less than a hostel would offer.

• Anonymous (8/5): Great stay! - The location is great! The flat is super nice and cozy, and really quiet and peaceful in the evenings even though it’s located in a busy area. I’d say that the one thing missing in the flat in a full length mirror.

Room was clean and bed was comfy Large towels would be good, couldn’t get the room to heat up so instruction on the heating would be good. Details of travel from Bergamo airport to the accommodation would be really helpful. There was only one cup at the apartment which was a nuisance as the coffee pods were delicious
