- Florin (9/5): Vizita scurta in București. - Apartamentul este situat foarte aproape de centru si de palatul parlamentului. Camerele spațioase si foarte luminate . Cateva aspecte trebuie schimbate sau revizualizate.

- Veronica (7/5): - La casa molto capiente, 3 letti matrimoniali, lenzuola pulite ,spazi grandi e ben divisi,cucina con tavolo e sedie che non abbiamo utilizzato ,posto tranquillo a 15/20 minuti a piedi dal centro, split nuovi aria calda funzionante e molto utile. La città mi è piaciuta e le Terme sono bellissime! Purtroppo un solo bagno maleodorante di fogna, la pulizia da rivedere molti dettagli da non sottovalutare, vetri delle finestre e mobili alonati, tenda sporca in camera, maniglia della porta senza viti e alcune cose da sistemare con un po' di manutenzione.

- Sorin (7/5): - Localizarea față de centrul orașului și spațiul. Curățenie minimă, mulți gândaci în baie, mirosul de canalizare foarte puternic în baie, fără saci de gunoi de rezervă în bucătărie, prosoapele foarte uzate, ușa intrare deplorabilă, dușumea neigienizată/nespalata

- Kovacs Attila (9/5): Merita prețul daca sunteti grup de 6-8 persoane , pentru 2 recomand hotel. - Saltelele foarte bune , camere mari si curate , doamnele de la curățenie , forță de muncă din exteriorul României , foarte amabile si zâmbitoare, ar merita cate un bonus , asa angajati sa tot ai. Usa de la întrare pare a fi un foarte veche si nu este încurajatoare de început si zona in sine . Am plătit de la ora 16.17 parcarea pentru 12 ore , a sunat telefonul si la ora 5.04 am teimis mesaj pentru încă 5 ore sa dormim liniștiți dar am gasit masina cu roata boocata , la ora 4.29 au întocmit procesul verbal si au blocat roata. Nu e vina locației , am înțeles ca politia locala sector 4 și ceva serviciu extern de blocări si deblocări sunt handicapați , si pentru 2-3 minute daca apauca te amendează-blochează roata .

- Alexandra (1/5): Avoid! - Extremly dirty! Listed as non-smoking but the smell of cigaretts kick's you as soon as you enter. Slippery floor, bathroom not clean, bed sheets looked like were not changed, oil on the gas burner. Public parking needed payment. Left the apartment after 10 minutes and requested and received a full refund. Overoall a bad experience. Avoid!
