• Rajakumar (7/5): Good stay - The front hill view from the room is magical especially with mist on. Take the room with balcony to enjoy the climate and view. The property is exactly on the vilpatti to pallangi not too hard to reach only if we have own vehicle. The standard room is not having ventilation felt suffocating and moved to the deluxe rooms with balcony.
• Tondrang (5/5): Never coming back - Like the free water No tv remote. Bathroom were in dilapited condition and no cleaning of room during my stay. Even though I booked a suite i was given a tiny room where at night all the shouting of other customers and staff can be heard leading to causing me to stay up all night. My room was placed just beside the check in counter.

• Kaleel (7/5): Calm and neat little away from main area Big issues is Heater is not working properly - The place was very calm and neat Worth for money Big disappointment is heater is not working at all even we waited for more than 20 minutes but no use so just ask them about the heater it's little outside from kodaikkanal main area so if you dont have vehicle support it's little inconvenient to travel

• Ravichandran (10/5): Banyan Three Resorts, Kodaikanal - Pleasant vibes & Happy Memories for sure.🙂👍 - The Banyan Three resorts in Kodaikanal was the ideal place for those in search of peace & calm, far away from the noisy & polluted city life. Located amidst serene surroundings of mountains & greenery is this relatively new property acquired & run by Mr.Paramesh, the perfect host. The rooms are spacious & cosy for comfort with beautiful wall decors all over the resort. This resort has a fantastic chef who makes delicious food at affordable rates. Special mention about the caretaker Boys - Karthi & Vivek, always ready to take care of your needs. Nothing. Everything was fine.
• Gowda (4/5): Disappointing - It was disappointing one despite being top rated home stay. Staff were not so caring. Couldn't tolerate foul smell of bathroom. Control valve of wash basin was leaking. Mainly they don't have solar water heater. They have electric geaser.That too wasn't working properly. Hardly you will get half bucket of hot water after waiting for 25-30 mins. Only thing I liked about the room was cots/ beds and furniture they have provided to us. Parking was decent. House keeping needs to be improved.
