• Neil (8/5): B&B in Belfast - Great price, very clean. Basic, but pretty central. Would have been nice if you could use the WiFi As far as I could tell, you need a 3 account to use the WiFi.
• Daniela (1/5): Don't try saving some bucks! It will cost you! - There was no separate bathroom! It was there in the same room, no walls apart! wtf? Is this a small jail? Communication was terrible since the start, we got lost and no one answered, we didn't even get the Wi-Fi. There was no one to ask for help. They took 2 days to reply to our messages, before we didn’t have any towels, toilet paper, soap and heaters! The shower head was broken, blinds didn’t close all the way and only one outlet worked.

• Aidan (1/5): A roof over our heads for two nights, but nothing at all more than that. - Nothing. The bedroom was dirty. the carpet wasn’t properly fitted with stains on it, the skylight was tiny and the only access to natural light in the room, we were only given 1 towel for a double room (2 guests), and although washed, the bedding was completely bobbled and used. The room looked NOTHING like the photo - it was tiny and like a box.

• Adebayo (6/5): Good but it could be better. - Somehow quiet of a place, not that hard to locate. It wasn't that clean and tidy up enough, somehow not spacious and the toilet well far away. At a.pojnt, hard to get across to the owner or whoever is at a point of contact for issues.

• philippe (6/5): Bonne option - Etablissement bien situé, à proximité de Cathedral Quarter, dans un quartier sympathique. Le prix est vraiment très attractif, environ moitié moins cher que la plupart des établissement hôteliers. Cuisine très bien équipée, présence aussi d'une machine à laver. Communication déplorable. Il faut insister pour obtenir les codes d'accès même pendant le créneau d'arrivée, ce n'est pas normal. Par ailleurs, j'ai demandé plusieurs fois s'il y avait un bus pour aller du centre de Belfast à l'hôtel, on ne m'a jamais répondu (pour info, c'est très simple : à Donegal Place, prendre la ligne 1 Antrim Road, arrêt Lincoln Avenue et c'est tout près). Question sanitaires, sur les deux salles de bains, l'une est rédhibitoire tellement l'odeur de moisi est prenante ! Enfin, ce n'est pas très malin d'avoir placé les WC dans les salles de bains !!! Bonne option si vous n'êtes pas trop exigeant...

• Elisabete (1/5): Établissement pas adapté pour logement - Il n’y avait rien du tout pour aimer Mauvaise odeur, bruit des gens à entrer et sortir et qui marchait dans les couloirs et escaliers, duché à 2h du matin, portes qui fesais du bruit, mauvaise état du matelas avec les ressorts qui s’enfonçait dans le corps, pas de sèche cheveux, pas de fer à repasser, pas de papier toilette, pas de serviettes, draps de lit qu’ion pas vue le repassage, salle de bain sans aucune privation

They only decided to let us check in reluctantly later but we had already found somewhere to go. They didn’t message us until we checked in to the other place across town. The repeated messaged after cancellation request. Wouldn’t answer phone when we were at the property. No one on site for checking in

• Howard (6/5): Good enough for our few days stay and good value for money - Good value for money; good location; local shops; easy access to nearby (but not too close) main roads; quiet; website said "shared bathroom" but our room had a wash basin and shower in it (only the toilet was "shared" however our room was the only one on our floor, so not really shared at all); shared kitchen with breakfast bar - fridge, microwave, hob & oven, washing machine, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery; free and plentiful street parking; about an 8 minute drive from Belfast City Airport (Belfast international Airport a bit further away). The owners have obviously put some effort into refurbishing / redecorating, but there were small issues like paint on the back of the curtains etc. The shower curtain needed refreshing (it inevitably smelt damp).

• Barbora (1/5): the worst accommodation we’ve ever been to. - The location. Probably the worst accommodation we’ve ever been to. At the arrival we agreed a time of arrival but were left stood outside in the rain waiting for the host who wasn’t replying. We were forced to go hide in a nearby pub and the host replied in two more hours, with a code that they could have sent us straight away….. when we arrived to the room, it smelled overwhelmingly like mold. There was a shower in the room which made the cold room even more humid. During night the shower was making a clicking sound the whole night. The next they we found out the radiator was torn off from the wall only supported by chairs. We couldn’t sleep there so we asked for another room. The second room was almost as horrible as the first one. The heating wasn’t working there at all. The room was extremely cold. Later on we saw cockroaches at the property. The property was also visited by policemen. We came back and saw people wearing masks and policemen who told us there was a wee bit of an incident, but didn’t tell us anything more. We did not feel safe at this property and felt the need to change accommodation. We asked for a refund for the last night and moved to other accommodation. But the host ghosted us and apparently booking as well, because we still haven’t heard from them. We do not believe this accommodation should be on Booking.com. Surely this accommodation is not meeting even the basics of safety requirements.

The room was clean, well-maintained, and featured a comfortable bed. The shared kitchen downstairs was also a nice addition. The lack of central heating made it quite cold at times, and the host’s instructions were somewhat brief and unclear, which made settling in a bit challenging.

The location is great, literally 10 minutes walk to city centre. Ive already booked to stay again. Nothing to fault.

• Claire (9/5): If your looking for somewhere clean, great value and close to the city centre-Stay here👍🏻👍🏻 - The bed was very comfortable. It had stuff in the kitchen to make a cuppa before bed. The price was unbeatable, very good value. I seen a washing machine too which was for customers use. communication was easy and if I needed to ask the host anything I got a speedy reply. Bedclothes were clean and it even had free wifi 👍🏻
