• Susan (4/5): Look elsewhere - A typical one bedroom apt with the required necessities I booked this apt based on reviewers score, which is often reliable, but this one turned up to be unreliable. The environment where it’s located doesn’t look desirable. There was a continuous intermittent noise that seems to be originating from the next door neighbour. It is more noticeable at night as the noise can be heard directly from the wall where the bed was located. Suffice to say that we didn’t have a good sleep during our stay. In addition, the bedsheets didn’t seem to have been changed as it had some hairs on it and it didn’t smell fresh. It was also old and it’s overdue for replacement. The bed has a dip and not comfortable at all.

• Michael (5/5): Too much trouble for a good night’s sleep. - It was clean and comfortable for an apartment in a large building with many residents in many ages and stages from students to professionals and the elderly. The address we were given was miles from the true location and we ended on the south side of a roundabout. We were only given the correct address after finally reaching the contact person by cellphone. This reminds me of why we quit Airbnb, because we had to wait until the last minute to receive the true address. We will not make this mistake again. Two heavy locking doors to pass through-before getting in-was also off putting.
• Thomas (9/5): Nice convenient well equipped apartment. - Nice self-contained apartment. Kitchen, washing machine, private bathroom. Secure underground parking. Excellent communication from Estrella via booking.com. The location was initially hard to find. When I entered the address from booking.com, Google maps took me to the wrong location. Estrella sent me a pin in Google maps and then it was easy to find.
• Pavel (9/5): Very nice apartment that suited well to my needs. - Perfect location for me - close to the hospital, which was the purpose of my trip. Clean apartment. "paper walls" - loud noises from neighbors. But it was not a problem for me.
• Steve (9/5): very much out of the way but the host was very good - very clean and comfortable shower very small for me
• Joy (8/5): Wonderful stay - Very comfortable and well stocked with almost everything you need. Excellent welcome and assistance. The condition of the surrounding area and some parts of the building are underwhelming.
