• Daniel (9/5): Hazelwood - Philip island - Spacious and modern unit with 2 living areas seperate from the other units Less then a minute walk to the beach Ocean views from the really nice corner seating area on the first floor great ocean view from the second level I would/will stay here again but longer next time No linen supplied ....was not obvious in the booking but luckily was supplied at additional relitively high cost
• Ka Ki (9/5): - Super comfortable and has everything we need for our family. Quality furniture and perfect layout. Close proximity to beach and shops. Kitchen was well equipped and and the roof top deck is mesmerizing! Thank you. Linens were only left on the beds, we had to make the beds ourselves.

• Sarah (8/5): Extremely comfortable stay close to everything you need! - Fantastic Accommodation and very close to restaurants and shopping etc Plenty of space to spread out and relax! Not enough linen was supplied- but overall stay was fantastic!
• Joanne (10/5): - Prime location - easy access to the beach and local surroundings. We had a really nice stay here in this place as a whole family. The host / management team is responsive and helpful to our queries. We would definitely consider this property if we are to visit here again!

• Liza (9/5): Wonderful vacation at this clean & modern property in a perfect location with great ocean views. - Property was in a great location with lovely ocean views. Property was easy to book and check in/out of. Owners and property mangers were responsive and very helpful. Beautiful and clean modern property with plenty of room and great furniture & amenities. The front courtyard was beautiful and secure. We had a wonderful vacation at this property. The only improvement is some shade on the balcony/roof top so it can be enjoyed more on those harsh sunny days.
• Markus (2/5): We should get a refund - Location was good We had to clean everything first. Dishes, cupboards, barbecue, patio. Just everything. We complained with photos and were told that a more thorough cleaning was indeed necessary! But that was it. It didn't help us; this is unacceptable for the price.

• Ozitis (10/5): Amazing days in Cowes - 3 level modern home. Had everything what we needed ro feel at home. Is located very close to the beach and Main Street with the shops. There was a washing machine. I loved the separate living areas with connected bedrooms and bathroom. Large kitchen. Terrace and rooftop terrace overlooking the ocean. Noisy neighbours, not the fault of the owner of this beautiful home. Had to take my own linen and towels or pay extra for it.

• Karen (9/5): We had a great stay, the house is in an excellent location. - The hob could have been better cleaned. The place also did not smell very fresh, in fact it smelt of Indian Food and when we entered, the sliding door upstairs was wide open, obviously trying to get some fresh air in. First thing we did was buy some air fresheners for the rooms. Bedrooms were also quite cold.
• William (1/5): Nice house, nice owners, unhappy with condition of several ceilings and shower - quite disgusting - Location great. As per email sent direct to Booking.com very disappointed in the fact there was black mould in several rooms which has been acknowledge by local agent that it is an ongoing problem and owners had been asked multiple times to rectify. No apology has been given and I will take the matter further - photos can be provided
