- Slobodanka (9/5): - Die Unterkunft liegt etwa 5 km von Karlovy Vary entfernt. Alles ist neu und makellos sauber. Mit dem Personal hat man kaum direkten Kontakt, da alles problemlos per E-Mail funktioniert. Besonders gefällt mir das Konzept der Gemeinschaftsküche. -

- Susi (5/5): Geht, aber für den Preis viel - Gute Parkplätze, guter Check in Bequeme Betten Treppe löste sich aus Verankerung und dadurch wackelig und instabil. Schwierige Kommunikation. Toilette verschmutzt und Teekanne mit Schimmel. Nutzung der Sauna/ Whirlpool 75€ für 2,5 Stunden

В остальном отель великолепный! - Очень новый (до сих пор идёт строительство) - Очень чистый - Очень современный, много цифровизации (умный дом), много света - Очень удобный, красивый и очень большой лифт - Бесплатная парковка - Парковка для электромобилей - Нестандартные решения для номеров (второй ярус очень понравился!) - Нестандартное решение для пати-зоны (два яруса на крыше, с грилем, столиками и подстветкой - Дополнительные современные душевые и туалеты в общих коридорах - Очень удобная зона общей кухни с холодильником, бытовой техникой и посудой для пати. минус 1 балл за сложность регистрации в первый раз. Нам при регистрации в письме не правильно указали номер наших аппартаментов и этаж (немецкий и чешский этажи не совпадают, а понять, что нам нужно из лифта выйти на крышу и вход на 3 этаж через крышу в другой корпус - в первый раз понять сложно). Мы бронировали номер в отеле Плавирна, а в итоге нашли наш номер в корпусе Водарна (вход через крышу). А вокруг совсем никакого персонала! Мы больше часа пытались найти наш номер. Это, конечно, не стандартно, но очень не понятно и не удобно. В номере не хватало телевизора или окна. Наше окно было в потолке, поэтому взгляд всё время упирался в стены, пространство казалось маленьким и замкнутым. Летом в номере может быть немного душно, было желание проветрить, но нет окна, чтобы его открыть. Окно в потолке мы всётаки открыли (нашли длинную палку в общем коридоре), но этого в жаркую погоду не достаточно.
