- Lucian (1/5): Bad - The owner did not show up! I've called him 30 min before arriving. He responded and said that he'll meet us at the property. After arriving, I tried calling several times and his phone appeared closed. I also called at the entrance of the property and again no one answered. I ended up booking at another location, and called the customer service from Booking.com to ensure that I am not billed by this property.
- Verano (1/5): A Confirmed Booking that was not Honoured. - This is a bogus accommodation as when we contacted the accommodation several times, to check-in, the host failed to respond and provide the self check-in instructions. We tried to call the contact number and it was answered by someone else who had no knowledge of such accommodation arrangements. We had to book other accommodation at short notice. What a hassle and stressful. Do not book this accommodation. Booking.com should remove this accommodation and host from their site. That we had a confirmed booking on Booking.com which was not honoured. The host failed to respond to communication for the self check-in instructions. The contact number on Booking.com is not the 'hosts' contact number. The accommodation as arranged was not provided.
