• Ai (6/5): とても便利な場所 - 場所が良かったです。周りには飲食店や売店が多く、食事や買い物の不便は一切ありませんでした。ただ、滞在当日に宿泊する場所の変更を依頼されたので、Booking.comに掲載されている部屋が便利かどうかはわかりません。 あと、エアコンが使えることと、トイレットペーパーを便器に流せるのは良かったです。 到着が夜遅くなってしまったのですが、オーナーさんが外で待っていてくれたのもありがたかったです。 衛生面に問題がありました。恐らく掃除されていないと思います。バスルームからは下水のような異臭が漂い、ベッドリネンやタオル類の匂いも、香りの強い柔軟剤とカビが混ざったような匂いがして、最初はベッドで眠るのが苦痛でした。小さなゴキブリのような虫がしょっちゅう部屋に出て辛かったです。部屋にはデスクがありましたが、引き出しの中には誰かが使った脱いだ状態の靴下が入っていて、洗面台にはいつから置かれ得ているのか分からない水の入ったコップが置きっぱなしになっていました。キッチンはありますが、調理器具などは一切なく、ケトルしか使えません。

• Max (1/5): Don't book this! - Owner asked for 50k VND additional service fee at arrival. Gave too little change back. In the middle of my stay, while I was in the room, he let a stranger in to view the place for potential renting.
