I telefoni non andavano , lui appena arrivata mi ha inveito contro …..5 minuti e stavate fuori casa, mi sono rotto le scatole di aspettarvi! poi gentilmente al check out, ci ha lasciato a l’appartamento senza suppplemento
- Guest (6/5): Da migliorare.. - Staff ben organizzato a gestire i clienti. Le dimensioni della camera e dei vari spazi, la posizione rispetto al centro, all'aeroporto e al porto. La pulizia molto carente, in quanto i pavimenti molto sporchi con polvere accumulata negli angoli. Addirittura abbiamo trovato indumenti intimi sotto il letto, segno che lì sotto non era stato pulito. Abbiamo dovuto lavare il set di asciugamani a disposizione perché aveva un cattivo odore. Dalla doccia veniva fuori uno sgradevole odore di fogna. Tanta umidità presente nelle pareti della casa. In cucina i vari sportelli e cassetti impregnati di fumo di sigarette.
