• JUNGHWA (10/5): 8~10명이 묵는다면 피렌체 최고의 숙소가 아닐까요 - 방이 아주 깨끗하고, 공간이 여유있어서 좋았습니다. 주방에 비치되어있는 접시, 잔들도 넉넉하고, 프라이팬 상태가 새것 같이 깨끗했어요 욕실과 집 어떤 구석도 모두 깨끗하고, 세탁기나 건조기에서도 아무런 냄새가 나지 않게 잘 관리되고 있었습니다. 안내를 도와준 모니카는 너무나 친절했고, 저희는 8명이 3박을 했는데, 정말 최고의 숙소였습니다.

La cercanía al centro histórico y a su vez a la estación de tren. La decoración y el diseño es excepcional. Los 4 dormitorios bastantes grandes. Todo excepcional. Es una maravilla de apartamento por todo. Recomendable. A menos de 5 minutos tienes supermercados y panaderías. La comunicación con el personal es bastante bueno. Se preocupó por todo a la llegada. Nada de ruido del exterior. Creo que no hubiera nada que nos gustara.

The hostess was very helpful, she personally received us and provided all the information and instructions for our stay.

The apartment is tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, and equipped with high-quality bathroom toiletries and luxurious linens that added a touch of elegance to our stay. With four spacious bedrooms, each with its own attached bathroom, it was ideal for our large family group—everyone had their own space and privacy. We especially appreciated the modern keyless entry system—each adult had their own code, which meant we could come and go freely without worrying about keys. The location is fantastic too—just a short walk from the city centre, yet peaceful and quiet. Highly recommended for families or groups looking for a stylish, comfortable, and well-located place to stay in Florence. We’ll definitely be back! Nothing

Location was a quick straight walk from the train station. 5mins to Statue of David, another short walk to everything else. Two groceries between apartment and train. The hosts were extremely helpful and responded to any questions quickly. Beds were very comfortable. Very quiet, didn't hear any street noise. Quiet street. AC worked well during a heat wave.

• Daniel (10/5): Cozy it is! - We where 2 families of 4 and the apartment was perfect for us all. Very comfortable, clean and a perfect location. If we were to complain, and we are not... The WiFi was spotty at times, but this did not impact our wonderful stay.

Dryer took a long time to dry clothes, and water needed to be emptied from it after 1 or 2 loads. Building entry had no lights in the hallways, so we couldn't see anything at night climbing the stairs back to the 2nd floor apartment.

The basic facilities provided including kitchen, washing machine, definitely give you a home like feel. However, the bathrooms are a bit tricky as the water is on the floor maximum times and it doesnt dry up easily.

• Ashley (10/5): Perfect Florence apartment 😁 - It’s in the PERFECT location. Not too far from the sights and the train station. Rooms are spacious and clean, bathrooms are equally as nice. The AC works wells as did the internet. Beds were comfortable. Being able to leave out bags before and after official checkin was a huge help. Arianna met us there and got us all checked in. I have no complaints. This was our favorite location we stayed at in Italy!

It has four beautiful bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, a stylish and spacious living area, a well equipped kitchen and air conditioning. The apartment is within walking distance to every tourist attraction in the old town. No parking but there is a paid parking lot near by
