• Darin (1/5): Never again - I didn’t even get a chance to get in the front door Ehen I arrived. I called for service and she said she had already booked the room so it’s 5:00 PM and I have no room .Then when I called and complained, she hung up on me very rude. Poor service ! No room because she over booked !

• ANGELIKI (4/5): - The location is near the downtown. This is a shared accommodation. This means that you stay at a room next to three other rooms with common areas and a small bathroom. For unknown reasons, the whole house as well the room I stayed in had a very intense scent, a kind of perfume covering something. I had booked for two nights but I was not able to stay for the second night and I left the accommodation earlier.

• Joseph (7/5): Clean and well kept with nice commodities, though the listing was a little misleading. - I stayed for about two weeks and really enjoyed my stay. The room was very clean, WiFi was reliable, the coffee and tea commodities in the kitchen were very nice. The owner was very nice, and the price is very reasonable. The TV in the room is also very nice, and the A/C worked very well. The listing implies that this is a private small home, but that is not the case. You are renting a room in a house, and I was a bit surprised to find another person on the porch when I arrived. He was, however, very kind and unintrusive. Several people came in and out of the other room overnight during my two week stay, though they as well were respectful. I also had a few issues with locking/unlocking the front door.

I left a voicemail, but no one returned my call. The key that was in the lockbox did not work. Another gentleman was coming out of the property, and he said the owner was in Brazil and was having problems with his key locking the entrance as he was trying to leave. I then discovered this was not a private accommodation but a facility with only one bathroom and kitchen that would require sharing with people that were strangers and in and out for overnight stays. This was never revealed when I booked the property, and the pictures falsely suggest this is a private accommodation. I would like a refund for a the amount I paid due to not being able to enter the property and not staying there. Please contact me . • Amy (10/5): Perfect budget-friendly crash pad for your visit to St Pete! - The location was great! It's in a quiet neighborhood and a block away from a bus station. The soundproofing between rooms is great and having the AC adjustable was nice to come "home" to after a long Florida day. The desk was great to work remotely and no issues with the wifi. While it isn't a luxury resort or a hotel, it provides you the basic necessities needed for a quiet stay. There's a lot of mis-matching but everything is functional.

• David (4/5): This was a good stay for anyone wanting cheap accomodations. You got what you paid for. - The location was okay, but not in a great neighborhood. The bed was comfortable. There was a shared bathroom between 3 units...not an ideal rental situation. There was no notice in room about free Wi-Fi and passwords, etc, so could never use. The same for the TV....no instruction. There were not enough electrical outlets for todays electronic needs. Coffee was provided but there was NO creamer. Key code did not work well for me several times, and tried to get help from landlady but no response at night. Finally was let in by other tenant after pounding hard on the door. No emergency actions in place.....disappointed with booking.com's lack of help thru customer service.
• Save (8/5): Very good - The room was big enough to move around in with a double bed and a futon in it. I also enjoyed the smart TV with Roku. It was also very clean and quiet. I wish I could have stayed longer. I didn't have a traditional blanket and the ac unit was stuck on fan, but that's a quick fix. I'll definitely be back.

• Jan (6/5): Pleasant - price is in line with the facilities. The bed is too soft and the pillows are low. Good, clean bed linen and towels. Clean bathroom. And we took advantage of the kitchen for dinner. We had problems getting into the house, as the secret lock had poor contact. The wifi password that was sent to us didn't work, and after a while we discovered that the first letter was supposed to be lowercase, and it was sent to us in uppercase.
• Laurie (5/5): You get what you pay for - From the outside the cottage was very cute. Inside it was relatively clean and my bed was comfortable. I had a small TV and microwave in my room. The owner was very accessible when I had a few issues during my stay. When I booked the property, I didn’t realize I was booking a bedroom in a house. I was shocked when a young male showed up who was also renting a room. If it hadn’t been for the fact that I had a key to lock my bedroom and the only shared bathroom in the house. I probably would not have stayed the night. When I woke up the next morning early to eat my breakfast, there was a critter scratching on the wall behind the closet. I don’t know what it was, but I immediately alerted the owner. I left soon after.

• Brown (10/5): Exceptional - I was so pleased with my stay at sunshine. My room was clean and accommodated, the atmosphere was amazing gives you a sense of a vacation home. The owner was sweet and very welcoming. I’d recommend anyone to this place you’ll absolutely love it!
• Freddie (6/5): Nice for $50, but cockroaches everywhere. - Amber was extremely nice and welcoming. The room was a decent size for the price. There was a futon, mini fridge, and smart TV. First, cockroaches. Many of them. White stains on the sheets, I slept in my clothes. The part of the room with the bed had a very low ceiling. Did I mention cockroaches? The area was not good either, south St Pete. And there was a child being loud. Everyone talking loudly like there weren't other guests.
• Nini (1/5): Pissed off - I like that the house is beautiful on the outside & clean on the inside when the owners are home & how people's things don't go missing whe they're home! I didn't like that our belongings were not only used without permission but also stolen due to the owner giving someone control over the house while they're out of the country just because they feel like they've known them for a while not knowing that they are a drug addict who invites drug dealers over so she can score & also smokes weed & cigarettes inside the room with her daughter whos at least 5 might i add❗️it's sad that the owner had to make her give us most of our money back because she's a theif. I'm pissed off because I've spent quite a bit of money staying here & even though I got my money back for this past weekend (which wasn't all of it because she had the same person pay me & she didn't pay me what she was suppose to) I don't feel like that was enough also I feel like I was paid off to not give a bad review!!! The owner is a sweet lady with a nice home don't get me wrong but with those kind of people living there taking advantage it's sad.

Bathroom plumbing, weird drug addicted tenants and spy cams/ Nanny cams in living room. Thin walls. Very little privacy. No control over air temperature. Front door locking system. Drug house directly next door. Owner is a bit judgemental and wear phony smile for personal gain.
• Andy (6/5): A few surprises, but it was what I needed at that moment, and at that location. - proximity to where I needed to be, and price. I wasn’t expecting a shared bathroom (especially by so many), and was occasionally conflicting - occupied when needed. Seemed to be more people around than what was expected, with a guest sleeping in the common area.
